    Working with Chris and his team was a great experience. Chris really help us navigate the claims process with our insurance company. He stood by our side through the whole process and was able to turn what was originally a claim approval for only two sections of our roof approved for replacement to the entire roof. His knowledge and experience of his trade really showed through.Once the claim was fully approved, his team moved quick. Within weeks we were able to select, procure and install the new roof. We have a pretty large roof and his installation team show up on time and completed the majority of the roof in one day.     Clear Exteriors did an outstanding job from the start to finish. Jesse Lurito was our contact. We had storm damage to our roof. They entered a claim and were successful in having our insurance company cover the cost of a new roof minus our deductible. There were some difficult angles to the roof that they figured out solutions for. The installation crew was efficient and professional. We have a decent sized house and they were finished in one day.

    Clear Exteriors is a perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge and service. Phil (owner) was incredibly helpful from the first phone call. I called him to get a second opinion and he was so knowledgeable about the process and steps to take that I felt immediately at ease and switched over to his company then and there. He made everything clear, took time to explain all the costs line by line, and because of the software he uses was able to provide paperwork and estimates instantly. He and his brother Zach were professional and kind. Their workers were quiet (as can be when fixing a roof) and efficient and made sure the yard was pristine when they were done. They even came back a few days later after the lawn was mowed to do one more scan for any loose nails. I am pleased with the interaction every step of the way and 100% recommend!!!

Is your insurance company denying your claim? Need a lawyer to represent you on a claim? Look no further, contact these guys instead.     Originally, I was working with AquaSeal Storm Repair who were going no where with my roof replacement. They did not seem to understand what to do. Fortunately, Clear Exteriors were in my neighborhood and once they got involved everything went smooth. They know Roofs and it was a good overall experience working with CE from the start as they coordinated with the adjuster and then performed the replacement in a professional manner.     Highly recommend Clear Exteriors! We were visited by another roofing company a few months ago who indicated there were storms in the area and our roof may have suffered damage. They checked the roof, said they saw damage but never followed up. Phil and Steven from Clear Exteriors came by and mentioned the same storm and asked if they could take a look at the roof. Phil went up and checked, taking pictures of damaged shingles, gutters and downspouts. Clear Exteriors came back when my insurance company sent the adjuster and accompanied him on the roof. They reviewed the adjuster’s report and made corrections to ensure the new roof was up to code. Three weeks later my new roof was installed in one day. They came back the next day and installed new gutters. Phil and Steven oversaw the construction and followed up afterwards. I cannot imagine how the process could have been easier. Very professional from start to finish.

    It’s so hard to find a good and honest roofer out there. Chris and Zack from Clear Exteriors Roofing/Siding replaced our roof on October 2023. There was always management on the site to inform me about the plan and to instruct their team adequately. Our roof turned out spectacular and we were amazed how efficient they were.     Replacing a roof due to hail damage is a bummer. Fortunately, I was well supported by my insurance company. But the real assurance came when I started to work with Clear Exteriors LLC (CE), the roof replacement company. Communication is a big factor for me on any project. I need to understand each step of the process, both technically and financially. CE more then met that requirement. I was well informed on what went into their estimate by Chris, the CE consultant. Early on the day of the roof replacement I meet some of the work team, and Zach, the foreman, kept me apprised of the progress and the issues. (All jobs have pop-up problems. I understand this and was prepared for snags. Some minor catches were discovered on my roof, but as a matter of policy, CE absorbed the expense.) Zach kept the communication going as the job was completed and inspected. Chris followed-up with an inspection of his own. (I was given every opportunity to identify any glitches or disappointments.) After the job was completed, there was a snafu with processing the insurance company’s check. CE worked patiently with me through that issue until I was able to make final payment. Altogether I had a great experience with CE and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to my friends and neighbors.

However, in the case of Clear Exteriors we felt compelled to share what we felt was the MOST PROFESSIONAL experience in recent memory.     We knew we needed to replace our roof soon, but it was going to be a big expense. Phil stopped by after a hail storm and let us know that we might qualify for some assistance from insurance. After I started the claim, he stayed involved in the damage assessment and estimation process with the insurance company and then he and his crew executed the project with great quality and professionalism.We have a very large roof, but the crew pushed through to complete the job in just one day. Phil was present much of the time and I had great confidence that the details would be taken care of. We had a few followups to finish installing a new skylight and bathroom fans and every member of the crew was professional.Phil refused to take any part of the balance of payment until all the little details were complete even though that took a couple weeks due to weather and schedule conflicts on our side.I would 100% recommend working with Clear Exteriors!

    I had a great experience with Stephen and his team at Clear Exteriors. We have a gutter leak, and some general questions about some potential work needed to he done. Stephen came out on time, answered all my questions. Here is the best part. You can trust them. He’s not a used car salesman, he isn’t trying to upsell me on stuff I don’t need. He could have easily said, “get this done” “do this, or…” and I have seen that from plenty of companies, not these guys. They are honest, they are knowledgable, they will take the time to explain everything to you. They all have all my future business for gutters, because they are genuine and trustworthy.     I could not be happier with my experience with Clear Exteriors from start to finish. The communication and responsiveness is off the charts. The work was top notch and highly professional. On the day and a half when my roof and gutters were being replaced there was always a supervisor on site overseeing the process and answering any questions I had. That alone is a huge differentiator. The cleanup was excellent. As happens sometimes on big jobs there were a couple things that needed to be addressed afterwards. CE addressed them ASAP without delay. Look, things happen, you have to expect that. But it’s the response to those things that make a company great, and CE is a GREAT company to do business with.
