I love my new shower! Mario, my consultant, was very helpful insuring I chose accessories that met my needs. My installer, Dustin did a beautiful job. He paid attention to every detail and was friendly and pleasant throughout. The plumbers - Antone, Patrick, Tony and Aaron also did excellent work. The end result was a wonderful new shower that I can actually use. I didnt like having to step into the tub without a grab bar and now I have three. Since the installation, Heidi, in the office, was very friendly answering the few questions I had. I highly recommend Bath Fitter if youre interested in a tub to shower conversion.

Dustin and Brian did a fantastic job replacing our tub shower to provide a safer solution for aging guests, etc. They were polite, professional and efficient. I was at first skeptical of a 1-2 day installation solution since our 1940s home tends to open a can of worms every time we do an update, but the install went as smoothly as could be - they handled all the communication with our town for permits, ,etc. I highly recommend!

Bath Fitter removed our 40 year old tub/shower unit and replaced it with a beautiful, spacious shower with all new plumbing, mixing valve, removable hand held, permanent seat, grab bars and beautiful sliding glass doors. They told me it would be done by 5 pm that day. I was skeptical but at 5 pm the place was clean and the took all the debris and they were leaving my driveway. Steve was the foreman, the laborer and finish man who had just one other person, the plumber, with him. I was very pleased and would highly recommend using Bath Fitter for your new tub or shower.

I had bath fitter at my home twice this month. My technician both times I had Tim and I must say he is truly an asset to the company.The first time he came to fix my problem he completed that job, and upon further review he discovered something else and assured me he would alert the office and the problem would be resolved. A few days later Heidi called to prioritize another service call. The day of the appointment Tim was the technician and I felt very secure my problem would be addressed, as Tim found it in the first place. His workmanship and attention to detail is incredible and he was extremely professional and most of all, was very clean both setting up and cleaning up as well as explaining what he was doing throughout the whole process.I highly recommend Bath Fitter and and want to commend Tim for the excellent job he performed. My bath and shower looks FANTASTIC !!!!!

I recently had a grab bar placed in my shower. From my first call to Heidi, Marios appointment to see what I needed and take measurements, to the installation by Steve. It was a professional experince. My husband is a veteran and he had received a grab bar to install, from the VA but unfortunately it couldnt be used. Heidi mentioned it to her manager and they accommodated the situation and were able to install one that matched my bath surround. I thank you all for helping us out. In this day and age there arent many businesses out there, that you can truly be satisfied with everything. What a great experience!! I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks. My surround is over 20 years old and it looks as good as the day it was installed. What a great staff you have in West Bridgewater MA.

Wow. We did a bath to shower conversion and it came out perfectly. We have only had it for a day and I still cannot get over the quality. Every seam lines up perfectly to the fraction of a millimeter. Our installer, Cooper, was a mild-mannered guy and took his time to do everything just right. BF is lucky to have him. He set expectations and delivered. The shower works well, every aspect of our new shower is fantastic. The whole experience was great. Straightforward, quick, and easy. Kudos to Cooper again. I could not be happier with my entire experience working with Bath Fitter. I needed to convert my father’s bathtub to a shower and called several companies. When I decided on Bath Fitter, one of the companies tried to convince me not to use them because they did not have a good reputation. This could not be further from the truth.From the moment John came to my fathers house, he didn’t try to “sell” me, but instead had a conversation with me and walked me through all the details of how things would be done, the options I had for the shower and accessories, the time frame for installation, and every last detail. John was always available to answer questions - and I did reach out to him many times and he always got right back to me, even in the evening and weekends.One of the other companies that provided a quote came in and gave me a scripted “sales pitch” and when I asked the other company to stop “pitching the script” and just tell me what my options were, he didn’t know what to do or say and I never heard from them again.It was an easy decision to work with Bath Fitters. John made me feel comfortable and confident that I was in good hands.The installation was going to take 2 days because I wanted the walls in the main part of the bathroom redone as well. John was able to accommodate a request I made to arrange the installation to take place on a Wednesday and Friday so that I could have someone come in an install the floor on Thursday, while the toilet and vanity was out of the bathroom.Patrick and AJ were the two gentlemen that came to do the installation. They were professional and did a fabulous job. There was a lot of water damage to the walls behind the tile where the tub was. They removed the damaged material, installed new insulation and rebuilt the walls. They put mats down on the rug and were very neat and organized. When they left after each day, they cleaned up the area where they were working and you wouldn’t even have known they did any construction because it was so clean.Patrick and AJ were super kind to my 86 year old dad….who wanted to know how they were doing on the job and poked his head in a few times to check on them. The bathroom looks AMAZING and my father is thrilled with the results.I am so happy that I selected Bath Fitters for this important project. The installation was flawless and they over delivered on service. I would definitely recommend Bath Fitters for any bathroom project.

Bath Fitter of West Bridgewater did an awesome job in our bathroom. We had an old grungy tub and walls and they installed an amazing tub/shower and the surrounding walls and ceiling. Our shower is odd because there is a window in it, but they did such a nice job framing the window, it looks great. Weve been using it for a couple weeks now and every time I step in Im so happy. Our plumber and installer (Cooper) showed up right on time (amazing considering traffic around here) and got right to work. They were really friendly and respectful. Because of some of our complexities, Cooper could have made this a two-day job, but I was so grateful he stuck with it even though it was a long day for him. Our sales rep., Rick, was fantastic also- he answered all our questions and put in extra work when we needed to change something last minute. The entire install only took 2 days.

Great experience from start to finish! My husband and I contracted with Bath Fitter for a new bathtub and wall liners that were to be installed over our existing ones (40+ years old.) Sales rep (John from West Bridgewater office) was professional and informative as he showed us sample materials, took measurements and walked us through the process - making sure all of our questions were answered. Wait time between sales rep visit and installation was quite acceptable. Day before installation Pat B, plumber, arrived on time to prepare the plumbing for next day installation. He did a great job - very professional and efficient. On installation day, Dustin arrived precisely on-time (8AM) and was an absolute gem! He explained the 1-day installation plan and got right to work. He, too, was professional, friendly, polite, very neat and efficient. Thank you Bath Fitter - especially Dustin. Hello,Weve lived in our Condo for 28 years and have also lived with a canned peas green color cast iron tub! It was just awful, lol! Weve painted it, tried to incorporate it into our color scheme, and tried to have it removed to no avail. We finally decided to have Bathfitters in West Bridgewater install a liner.We are thrilled with it!! It looks amazing! Like a new bathroom! Great quality and the best experience all the way around.From our initial call with Heidi. Very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. Then we had an appointment with their sales rep. John Loranger. He is such a nice guy and knows his product. No pressure whatsoever and very patient with the two of us, lol. We actually enjoyed his visit! When does that ever happen? What a great guy! So it took two days to install with having some new plumbing put in, and our plumber Dustin was also very professional and kind. He did a great job. The next day, Pat came to install our new tub liner. Once again, very professional and a total sweetheart!! Did a great job installing the liner. How he gets that caulking line so straight I dont know but impressive!I have to say this place has a great staff! I get a little stressed home alone, having strange people come in, but this time not one bit! I was comfortable with Dustin and Pat from Hello, and I thank you both for that! Tim A. from Fath Fitters came to our house to repair/replace a cracked tub shelf installed from about 20 years ago. He saw the issue he said no problem and replaced the shelf and installed it and was gone within 30 minutes! John Loranger, the design consultant, helped us get exactly what we wanted while Drew and Cooper were a great installation team and completed the project beautifully. We had a great experience with Bath Fitters of West Bridgewater MA. From our first contact with Rebecca, to meeting Mario to go over our options. We decided what we wanted and proceeded with getting the process started. It was a pretty smooth and easy process. We did have our electrician replace the out dated light in the shower, so it could be worked in by Bath Fitters. Once everything was ordered we received a call from Heidi to schedule when our tub to shower could be installed. It took about 3-4 weeks. Cooper the installer, and Tony the plumber arrived in a timely manner, and proceeded to get to work. We even had the option of using the bathroom if needed. We love the new tub that Batth Fitter installed for us. We obtain 2 other estimates for our bathroom and they each said the job would take 4-6 weeks. We pared back our project to just doing the tub and found Bath Fitter, who said they could replace the tub in ONE DAY. They also said they do not give estimates, they give “ACTUALS” and their “actual” was 1/3 the cost of the other 2 estimates. And they lived up to their claims. The new tub and wall look fantastic and was replaced in just one day. And, there were NO cost overruns. We could not be more pleased. The Bath Fitter people were very easy to deal with and Dustin was very easy and professional to talk with and he did an outstanding job replacing the tub. Our whole experience with Bath Fitter was very pleasant and easy and we highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone who needs a new tub and tub wall installed.

It was a great experience from start to finish. We did a bathtub to shower conversion. Had Bath Fitters do the same bathroom 20 yrs ago and it lasted fine so that’s why we went with them again. John came out and measured after we went to the showroom to pick out what we wanted. We had to contact him a few more times to make a few changes and he always called us right back. They scheduled it sooner than was expected which was great. Steve and Jeff came out right on time. They were very professional and nice. There was some unexpected plumbing that needed to be done after the plumbing inspector came so the job took two days rather than one which was fine. Also no added cost for the extra plumbing work. They left everything clean and neat. Steve explained everything to us and showed us how everything worked. He left the bathroom immaculate when he left. Would highly recommend them.

You could see immediately that he was completely prepared. He was friendly but communicated to us that he was focused on the task at hand. I’m nervous during any renovation project. Contractors can be messy. Even though Cooper had to REMOVE a tub, the ‘mess’ was minimal. I got to see what was behind the walls of our shower (no leaks). The office staff (both Heidis are terrific) as are there installers (the only name I remember is Patrick) and their plumber Jeff. We are so happy with both bathrooms and as corny as it sounds, we smile every time we walk into them. They look absolutely gorgeous! We had a small issue with the shower door about a month ago. It was sticking and we called and spoke to both Heidis and Patrick came out to take a look. He noticed what we had noticed and also noticed that the shower had settled a little bit after install which explained the sticky door. He said that he could replace the doors and ordered them for us. They came in less than a week later and Heidi set up the appointment for the install of our new door. Patrick installed the new door and it works perfectly and beautifully. Because of the lifetime guarantee there was no charge. Honestly, I cant say enough good things about the Bath Fitter office in West Bridgewater. We couldnt be happier with the product, their service and their people. I was nervous to do anything in the bathroom for that reason, but figured Bath Fitters would be a great option because they could install the new shower/tub over my existing one. I hired Bath Fitter to remove and replace an old tub and shower walls. I am thoroughly impressed by Bath Fitter, in particular AJ (my installer) and John (the plumber). The building inspector rescheduled his inspection time the night before the installation. The original start time for the installation was 8 a.m. After a number of useless calls to the town, and one to Bath Fitter, Heidi from Bath Fitter arranged to have AJ and John arrive early to accommodate the time change. John drove from NH and was at my door at 6 a.m.! AJ arrived at 6:30 and they immediate began working. They worked so efficiently that they actually waited a few minutes for the inspector to arrive. Never have I experienced dedication like this before - whether from an independent contractor Ive hired or another installation company. I was amazed. Bath fitters recently installed a new bathtub, walls and shower for us. The process went smoothly from start to finish, from the Heidis in the office, to Phen Tran who measured and gave us a quote to the awesome installer AJ. AJ was extremely conscientious, very particular and didnt leave until everything was perfect. He also left the bathroom and surrounding area spotless. We are completely happy with our new bathroom and would recommend bath fitters of West bridgewater.

We started off with an old, cracked fiberglass tub unit that badly needed replacing and ended up with a beautiful, spacious, modern shower. The first day demo went fine until we found a problem with a hot water heating pipe that needed moving. That delayed the project while we found a plumber to make the fix. Even though their schedule was really tight, Bath Fitter managed to get another crew out to us the next day to continue the work and the whole project was completed on day 3. We had 3 different crews (Patrick, Steve, John, Brian and Jeff) working on our shower and every one was professional, friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom.

This week we had an old (very heavy) clawfoot tub removed from an old summer home and had a walk in shower installed by Patrick S ( mgr of project).Patrick B (plumber), Brian and Tim (carpenters). I was very apprehensive about this project because of the age of the house and never having any knowledge of the quality of Bathfitters . I cannot say enough about how seamlessly this job was done by the crew that came here. They were all friendly and approachable, answering any and all questions we had. In addition to how comfortable we felt with them and perhaps even more important was their professionalism. They arrived promptly each morning and worked without stopping til the end of their day.
