I can not thank Howard Septic Tank Cleaning enough. The day before Thanksgiving I had 4 relatives come up for the long holiday weekend. I was doing laundry and water backed up into my bathtubs. What a mess! Long story short they came out and emptied my septic tank. They were here on Thanksgiving morning not many places would do that . I couldn’t even get 4 companies to call me back the day before. I would highly recommend Howard Septic Tank Cleaning.

My FIL had lots of family up this week and his pump stopped working and holding tank was full. He called one company early in the a.m. and never got a call back. We called Howards later in the afternoon and Adam called right back and said he would stop by later that evening after his next few jobs, which he did. He drained the tank so we could at least use the bathrooms. He came back the next morning and installed a new pump in no time at all. Adam was polite and was an extremely hard worker. We were all very impressed and will definitely contact him in the future if any other issues come up. Thanks again Adam for coming to our rescue.

Fast response to my call, very friendly and helpful, fixed a simple power re-set issue to the septic pump, that this first time septic tank owner had no knowledge of and offered good advice. I will certainly call Howard Septic for my future cleaning and any problems that may arrise.

Needed our tank pumped right away. Called another service who could schedule for four days out. Called Howards; they said they could be here within a couple hours and they were! Friendly, professional and quick. Would definitely recommend! Very nice people. Fairly priced, too.
