    I had the pleasure of working with Jason T, a service technician from Custom Electrical Services, and I couldnt be more satisfied. Jason hooked up the power line from my house to the garage quickly and efficiently, leaving it in better condition than it was originally. He also performed a complimentary inspection of my outlets and breaker box. Jasons expertise was evident as he walked me through potential issues, such as my house having no grounded outlets and the breaker wire being rated only for 100 amps when it should be higher. He educated me on potential solutions and answered all my questions, including about installing the line from the power company to the house underground. I highly recommend Jason T and Custom Electrical Services for their professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional service.

They also replaced an outlet under our outdoor fountain with one that is perfect for around water. They were fun, professional, honest about their pricing and did a great job!     I found myself without electricity after a storm overnight. MidAmerican energy said there was electricity to my home, so it wasn’t their problem. I called custom electrical services and Jason T was sent as the service technician. He notified me approximately when he would be arriving and arrived at the assigned time. He was very friendly, he listened to my explanation of what was the problem and then set about to solve it. It wasn’t long before he had located the problem – the breaker underneath the midAmerican energy utility meter was thrown. I guess the utility company chose not to check that breaker. Jason thoroughly checked the rest of the breakers as well as a small problem I had where my air conditioning Electrical hook up was located as well. I felt the price was reasonable and any other electrical needs I have I will call custom electrical services and ask specifically for Jason T.

    Showed up the day I called. There were some burned ground wires, so the house very nearly went up in flames. The tech changed his remaining schedule to get the new box started and at least have heat for that night. Came back first thing in the morning and finished the job. They also offer financing which is helpful if u cant just drop a few thousand on a situation like this.I just felt like they got the job done timely and really saved my butt. Very nice people on the phone to get things scheduled as well. Really good company.

    After a snowstorm blew through, our daughters house began having what seemed to be random electrical issues ( dimming lights, dead microwave, blown outlet). We called Custom Electric and were able to get an appointment the next day. Jeremy was thorough, explained everything to us clearly, and called the power company to explain the issue that needed to be fixed as it was due to outside power lines. Everything was resolved within a couple hours. We couldnt have hoped for a better, easier outcome!
