Great communication from the start. I had them come out to clear a backed up main sewer line in my basement, the dispatch called me to say the service tech was down the block and asked if it was ok for him to come up. The guy took 90 minutes and cleared up everything. Unfortunately, he didnt put one of the caps back on my main sewer line going out of the house, so water from my shower and toilet came out and I didnt notice it until later that night.I notified AAR plumbing about it and they sent someone out to apologize, they called me numerous times to see how things were going. Then the owner, Ron, personally came out to apologize and went above and beyond to fix everything. It was an honest mistake, they have great reviews, did an awesome job, good leadership and phenomenal customer service. Wont hesitate to call them again and have already recommended them to friends in the area.

We have used AAR Plumbing many times since moving to West Bend. The staff is very polite and ingormative. They have always been on time and budget to do a great job, even for emergency call. Would definitely use them again.

About a year ago, I had a shower valve not working and screw had broken off. Nick went above and beyond his duty and increased the bolt size with a tap. Saved the shower valve and replaced the insert - worked great. Called them back this morning at 7:10 AM. to replace an older valve to the clothes washer that was frozen and I really needed to work to restore water to the house. I requested Nick. By 10 AM valve was replaced, water back and and he replaced the other shower valve in about 10 minutes. Fast service and a very positive experience in both cases.

AAR does great work and are fair and professional. Ive scheduled everything thru Renee and had John on every occasion. We did a whole home remodel and with the abundance or work available out there I found many contractors have a take or leave it attitude. This is not the case with AAR, I highly recommend. They may not be the most cost effective option but in this case you get what you pay for.

Very satisfied on after hours service. Local competitor that we called didn’t show up when they said they would. I had used them previously for service severalTimes. Will call AAR In future for all plumbing needs.

Called with water heater problems. Came out the very next day, and turns out it wasn’t my water heater but an overflowing AC condenser line. Either way, they fixed it for me, and we’re very professional. Would call again!

Called them for a clogging issue on. Friday evening, explained how emergency the situation is as my basement was getting flooded. They agreed to be onsite in 20 minutes But was late. Even though that made me upset, once on site Andrew was prompt about finding the problem. He knew what he was doing!! Thanks a lot for the help!!PS :- Even though it is claimed to be a 24 hour business, the phone number doesnt have a voice mail or attendant after office hours

They were able to fit me in last minute when we had a leak somewhere we couldnt find. Brad came on time, the office called when he was on the way, and he was very helpful and explained everything. He was very thorough, checking all the options trying to find the leak. Even let my kiddo watch and explained things to her as he went. When he didnt have the part in hand to fix it, he got it stopped for the night and came back first thing.I will definitely call AAR again!

Overflowing toilet at 6am on a Sunday morning. I tried to plunge and auger it out myself to no avail. Tried calling through Google and struck out multiple times until I got to AAR. A real person picked up the phone, took the call and the plumber who would be coming out called me back within 5 minutes. He was at my house within an hour. Initially tried auger as well and had to pop the toilet finding a large wad of compressed toilet paper.put on a new wax ring and the toilet was working like new. Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Ill be calling in the future to AAR with any plumbing need !

Our kitchen sink drain was completely clogged, but AAR was able to come the same day and took care of it in a matter of hours even though it was a difficult clog. Nick and Ian were friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using AAR for any future plumbing needs.
