Sal and his helpers Kyle and Owen are amazing!!!! They came over and replaced a main septic line. I had someone else come over previously. They told me I had to replaced the whole system and they didn’t even do a diagnostic. Sal took the time to do a camera diagnostic and found the problem. I ended up saving a fortune. Instead of replacing the whole system, we just had to replace the main septic line. He found the cesspool and contrary to what the other guy said, the cesspool was intact and new! I highly recommend Sal and his team. I wouldn’t trust anyone but Sal. -

Sal honored the price he quoted and arrived even sooner than he estimated. He worked clean and was very thorough and I will absolutely use him again.What I found most refreshing was his willingness to quote a price range. I called 4 or 5 other companies first and each one gave me a low dispatch fee but absolutely no cost range for a basic kitchen sink snaking. Even companies advertising 35+ years experience wouldnt go in the record. That makes me very suspicious of a bait & switch or other unethical business practice.Honesty got Sal in the door. We had a clogged sewer drain due to roots growing into the pipe 30 feet out from our house. A prior emergency plumber unclogged the stoppage but did not address the roots and it got clogged again. Sal came and diagnosed the problem which he showed me on video he was able to take deep into the pipe. Instead to telling me I’d have to spend thousands of dollars to repair or replace the pipe, Sal came back with the right power equipment and was able to completely clear the pipe free of the roots that grew into between the seams. I was impressed with his competence at his job, his honesty, his ability to communicate with me and physically show me the problem and the results on camera. Not only that, Sal was very responsive to what was initially an event need and came the same day. I’d highly recommend Sal and his company. -

Sal responded to our emergency so quickly and was at our house within 20 minutes very late on a Saturday night. He is a really nice guy who was so knowledgeable. He was really patient with me to explain everything more than once. I was overwhelmed and confused and he made sure to explain everything in a way I could understand. Sal and Owen came to my house on a Sunday night to address an emergency drain clog in the main drain line leading to cesspool. We had just moved in a few days prior and didn’t know where everything was located. They were amazing! They located the trap that was sheet-rocked behind a wall and cut an access panel to get in so the clog could be cleared. They cleaned up after themselves like absolute professionals. When they left you would have never known there was an issue. Sal even spoke with my plumber, explained the situation and how to design and resolve this going forward. Sal & Owen resolved an extremely stressful situation quickly and professionally and turned us into lifetime customers as a result - albeit we hope to never have this issue again. Thanks guys! -

Sal Motto, owner has been my go to for many years. As a realtor, I’m as good as my team and best vendors. Starting with buyers needing to scope cesspools, septic or sewer lines….i was able to renegotiate in cases that the result of the scope was not good. He replaced many for my clients. When I heard he spun off on his own, I was thrilled and of course continued. Just last week he scoped for my buyer. Between what he found with main pipe to the system amd what the inspector found (all not good). Buyer was able to make a wise decision and walk away. I always say, money well spent to have piece of mind. One of my motto’s is DO IT RIGHT YHE FIRST TIME. -
