Exceptionally great workmanship and teamwork . They arrived on time. Tape the area the window would be installed so that dust would be contained and not spread in that entire area of the lower level. They cleaned up after themselves and then showed me how to use the window. Their service is top of the line. You definitely get what you pay for with them. I don’t usually do reviews (good or bad) but I needed to express my wonderful experience with Egress Pro. From my first call to set up an appointment, to the finish product was a pleasure. I felt extremely comfortable with Ron. I trusted him from the minute I met him. He is a man of his word and there was no doubt in my mind that if I was going to proceed with the work I was going with Egress Pro. I had estimates for lower costs but paid more to go with this highly reliable company. It was installed yesterday and my gut was correct. I am thrilled with my new window. It has changed my entire basement. Miguel was here 35 minutes early followed by the rest of his crew. Miguel made sure the work was done to perfection and my yard was swept clean and all garbage removed. The finish product photo is attached. As you can see. I can’t say enough about my experience. I am very pleased with my basement walk out that was redone by Egress Pros. My prior walk out was causing flooding in our basement. We dug out around it to see what was going on and we uncovered deteriorating cinder blocks (as you can see in the pictures attached). Ron came out and showed pics of his finished basement walk outs which would eliminate our bilco door. The install took 3 days and the crew was efficient and clean. I received several quotes from other companies before Egress Pros but you could tell the project was over their heads. Egress pros specializes in this type of job and has the process down pat. I highly recommend Egress Pros.

Ron provided all the information that i needed over the phone to make an appointment. When he visited my house he over communicated when he was running a few minutes late which was much appreciated! Most people dont do that. All the communication including the day of install went exactly how Ron described it would. Miguel and the install crew were top notch. Watching them work through the process validated my decision in going with a specialist in this field. I wouldnt have wanted to go with anyone that doesnt specialize in these types of installations. My wife and I recently bought a house and decided to have an egress window installed in the basement. We met with Ron Mayer with Long Island Egress Pros and felt very comfortable with his explanation of the installation process and the benefits of having an egress window. The installation team, lead by Eric, did the job in two days. The guys worked efficiently and were very respectful of my property. We are extremely satisfied with the work they did and how the window turned out. More natural light comes in to the basement space now and, in the event of an emergency, we have a quick way out of the basement. Less than half hour later my job was in contract. Lou was amazing. From their, for town permits, I dealt with Lou… everything was handled accordingly. This past Friday, the crew foreman Carlos introduced himself and told me what would be done. He was superb and his crew also should be commended. I had a small basement window changed to an egress window. The area outside was an unusual space at the end of a division between two sections of my house. Two other contractors I called wouldn’t do this job because of the tight location.I’m one of these people who over-analyzes and researches everything before I do it, and I selected these guys, mostly because of how responsive they were to my thousand questions. It’s now about a year later and I’m reviewing them now only because I forgot to do this a year ago. I’ve never worked with contractors as meticulous as these guys. They are specialists. This is what they do and the result is as you’d expect when you use a company that does nothing else. Wow- wish they did all the other things I need in my house! It’s a window I hope I never need. They were in and out in a single day and I wasn’t home. When I returned it looked like this window was designed as part of the house. Meticulously neat, no surprises and perfect. I’m now about to call them to use them again.

Our egress window install is about a week old and we are very happy so far. From start to finish Egress Pros have been very Professional. Ryan the salesman was very prompt, thoroughly explained everything, and showed us lots of pictures of how the install would go. We knew it was an expensive project, but Ryan was willing to work with us a bit on pricing. During install, Juan and his crew were great. Naturally its a big messy job, but they did their very best to minimize the mess. They tarped off the yard to prevent as much yard damage as possible. They installed plastic in the basement to prevent a huge mess inside the house. There was very minimal cleanup afterwards both inside the house and outside. The exterior skim coat with a bevel reveal around the window that Juan did was a nice added touch. Goes to show they work hard and take pride in every job. We love the additional nature light and obviously we hope to never have to use the window in an emergency. Its good peace of mind though. I would absolutely recommend Egress Pros.

We got a few quotes and felt best about Egress Pros price. We also really enjoyed our consultation with Ron, so we told him it was a go and him, Jorge and their team were here 2 weeks later. It only took a few hours to install and were so happy with how it turned out. They had several issues to deal with , drainage pipes as well as sprinkler lines had to be relocated before the egress window could be installed. Instead of asking me to call the sprinkler company they went to a local plumbing supply house picked up the materials they needed and relocated everything themselves. Exceptional service and positive attitude can only come from a thoughtful and well run organization.

They arrived on time, carefully measured, precise cut through thick cement foundation, Frame out and window install, wood work craftsmanship and touched up the sheet rock. Im very pleased and satisfied with Egress Pros. The whole process was seamless from meeting with the sales rep to installation. The salesman answered all of my questions and concerns.The install team was on time, neat, delicate and finished the job in just 6 hours. I was a little worried because there were sprinklers where I wanted my window. There was no need to worry because this company digs the hole by hand and the sprinklers werent an issue. The window is well built and brings a lot of light to my basement. Its nice to have fresh air in the basement. The window not only opens for egress it also opens from the top and has a screen. Egress Pros was absolutely fantastic. Period. First of all their price was right in line (and actually a little lower than) with what I expected. Ryan was personable and very low pressure. He worked with us to figure out the best placement for the window and reviewed our options.What I really liked was that it was a single price. No extras, No surprises on the day of install when the crew had to move a sprinkler line. Just a 10% down payment and in 6 weeks, they showed up. Did the job and where gone. Ryan contacted me several times during the day to make sure the crew was there and to check in. He stopped by afterwards to inspect the job and make sure I was happy.OK, so the job - WOW. Seriously. WOW. We wanted the egress for safety reasons but once installed it completely changes the space. This big window now replaces our tiny casement window. The amount of light coming in and the open feeling this one window creates is amazing. (As a matter of fact, I want to now do the other window now!)What you may not know is that they do almost all the work from outside! The crew was in the house for 10 minutes to tape up plastic and out don a tarp. After that they used the egress to come in and out. They completely finished the inside too While inside a taped off area (see pic). Wood frame, molding, spackle . All I need to do is some sanding and paint. That’s it!Outside looks great as well. They finished around the window to match the stucco and when the hastas come back next year you won’t even see the well!I you’re considering an Egress window - look no further. I am in the process of legalizing the basement and attic floors of my home. In order for this to be approved by the building department, it is necessary to have egress windows installed. The windows have openings that allows people to escape in the event of a fire. The most difficult part of this process was being told that the installation of a basement egress window means that a hole more then 4-5 feet deep has to be dug into the ground. When I called Egress Pros, I was immediately greeted by such a friendly person named Randy who made this process seem so simple. He indicated that his company installs hundreds of windows and digs underground pits on a daily basis, at least 100 times per month. I was immediately at ease, and knew that I wanted this company that has so much experience handle this project. An extremely knowledgeable man named Ron was the coordinator of this project. He responded to all of my emails and text messages within an hour. He was there through every step of the way; he truly eased my anxiety. This type of project as I was told by another Contractor would take one week to complete, Ron said that his team would complete this work within one day. Immediately I knew I would save money and time. I am so happy with the outcome of the egress windows! Ron saved the day! Prior to the installation process, he had a gas company map out the gas lines around the house. The Architect recommended egress windows in an area that was actually surrounded by gas lines. If Ron did not have the gas technician map out the gas lines, I would’ve had a hole deep into the ground and a hole in the side of my house, only to be told that the windows could not be installed in that location. Ron’s proactive approach saved me a ton of money and time in every way. Ron, you are heaven sent! You are so calm, knowledgeable and so kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I know this is your job, but you answered every text message and every call and was truly there for me every step of this process. I highly recommend Egress Pros, Ron, Eric’s Crew and Randy to every single homeowner in this country, or at least to those that are looking to install egress windows or legalize the basement area and attic areas in New York. Im a pretty handy guy, but this is one job I did not want to tackle myself. Digging down to the foundation, breaking through 10 poured concrete, and installing a new window that is guaranteed not to leak is a job best left to the pros. And like their name, LI Egress pros are just that. This is all they do, and they do it well. 4 guys from 8am to 3:30 made it look easy. They left the place clean and took measures to contain any construction mess. I am in the middle of redoing the basement and added a french drain so they did not finish up the trim work, but they did leave all materials for me to do so. It is a pricey job, but definitely adds value to the house and makes the basement feel much lighter. Give Ron a call if you are in the market for this. The expense is worth the added usability and peace of mind god forbid you need it. In the pic you can see where the old window was. They had no issue moving it down and over and did a great job blocking up the old hole.

When I originally called for an estimate I figured it would take a couple weeks for someone to come but Ryan was there that afternoon. We were planning to finish our basement and the egress window was the first one we should deal with. Our contractor recommended a company and got estimate but we were not happy with them because they didn’t look professional and it was too expensive. We decided to find another one and search it in google and found LI egress with very good reviews. Now I understand why they have a lot of good reviews. We decided to go with LI egress when Ron visited us to give an estimate and we could even get the date we wanted. Ron’s team did great job even in very cold weather. It took just one day and it looks perfect. I definitely recommend LI gress.

Today we had our egress window put in our basement by LI Egress Pros and we couldnt be happier. Ron who was our salesman and also the onsite supervisor, told us how professional and how neat his work crew was, but we have heard that line before from others. Ron did not lie! His crew showed up on time, introduced themselves and got to work immediately. They put tarps down on the patio and encased the window on the inside with plastic. When they left the patio was clean and there was no dust in our basement. Ron had also told us the job would be done in a day which I was skeptical about, but it was completed before 5pm.Our refinished basement now looks like a real room with plenty of natural light.
