    I called on Friday and got a return call fast and scheduled for Saturday and Karl came out and was very pleasant and I showed pictures from my HVAC guy told me to get done I showed Karl the pictures of what needed to be fixed on my HVAC unit. Karl went above and beyond rewiring my air hander to be up to code and secured the wire to the shut off breaker was well protected. I will be calling West Electrical for further electrical jobs and would highly recommend them for your Electrical jobs.

    I had them wire my shed for electricity and install lighting in the shed. They were on time and did not doddle. The bulk of the work was done on the first day. His team was very respectful also. When they had to come into my home, they would take their shoes off before entering.

    We used West Electrical Installers for a brand new hook up for a Hot Tub. He knew exactly what and how to do it. He sent us a quote and once the hot tub arrived he put us on schedule.     We had an issue with our GFCI switch. Our first electrician gave us an expensive and questionable estimate that included rewiring. Jeff came in reassessed the issue. The repair was straight forward. Jeff was honest, explained the issue in its entirety, double checked the wiring. Verified the wiring did not need repair.We will be keeping WEI in our files for future use!

    We had a wonderful experience with Jeff and the West Electrical team. They were prompt to give a quote and subsequently schedule service. On the day of the service, they arrived on time and quickly got to work. They had to cut drywall to install new lights for us, and not only did we barely hear a thing while they were working, the room was absolutely spotless after they finished. They were SO fast, I couldnt believe it. And best of all, they did incredible work! We are so happy with the new lighting, switches and outlets. Cant recommend them enough, we will definitely be using them for any electrical needs going forward!

    I had an excellent experience with West Electrical. I called Jeff, set an appointment about a week out, and they showed up right on time. I needed a new circuit added, so knowing it was a small job, I expected this to be a low priority job for them or any contractor, but it sure never felt that way. Byron and Nate showed up at my door right on time, ready to solve my problems. They were both extremely professional and courteous while there, and were great at walking through my issues with me and explaining the recommended repairs. They even found some existing damage that they repaired while there too. They were also very particular to clean up after themselves when done. Great guys on the West Electrical team for sure! I will absolutely recommend West Electrical to anyone that I ever hear needs that type of work performed!

    Jeff the owner of WEI did a great job wiring my new garage. He and his team arrived on the job on time and did a great job supplying power to the building, adding outlets, switches, indoor and outdoor light fixtures. They were very professional and cared about doing the job right by local and state codes. After the digging to run the under ground wiring from the main panel box to the garage, they replaced my stone walkway back in place as it was before. Jeff payed close attention to details. They cleaned up behind themselves after each work day. I would strongly recommend WEI to family and friends.

    Jeff was excellent to work with! Came out the same day I called to give a quote. Quickly turned that around and delivered a fair and competitive estimate. He installed a 50amp circuit, sub-panel and all of the conduit and hookups for a new hot tub. When the pool company came to check everything they called out it was one of the best electrical installs they’d seen. We’re already on the schedule for another job with him, would definitely recommend!

    Jeff and his team are extremely professional and very good at what they do. I was able to work with them a little bit on this project and learned a ton.     We hired Jeff halfway through a home renovation that had gone terribly wrong. Jeff - simply put - is a phenomenal individual and electrician. He worked tirelessly to ensure that all the prior work was brought up to code and made sense from a homeowners perspective.     I hired Jeff to remove a 1990s fluorescent box ceiling light in the kitchen and replace it with four recessed LED lights. I could not be more pleased! Jeff showed up on time and did a beautiful job. He was very thoughtful in measuring out exactly where the new lights would be placed and aligning them so they looked perfect. He takes pride in his work and it shows! Hes also very friendly, polite, and professional. I also thought his quote was very fair and reasonable.     We are in an older home built in 1925. We had what we thought was one strand of K&T. It turned out to be a few. Jeff was able to remove the K&T strand and rewire, excellent! We also requested to have ceiling fans installed on front porch as well as ceiling outlets for holiday decorations so we can stop using tons of extension cords, Installed a ceiling fan in the high stairway hall, and changed out the dinning room fixture for an vintage family fixture. We are very happy with Jeffs work. We have projects down the road and we will calling upon his services again!

    Choose West Electrical Installers. Jeff was prompt, polite, worked outside in the rain (I offered to postpone the job), and thoroughly answered all my questions. I asked him to install the largest gauge wire possible; he researched my parts and did exactly that giving me the desired safety factor. I have had experience where an electricians helper did my work. I have receptacles that are not plumb or securely attached to the stud. With Jeff, the licensed electrician did the work. If I lose power for any reason, I can now have it back in 5 minutes. Thanks Jeff!

    We had a problem with our stovetop in a 2.5 year old home. After the appliance repairman indicated it was an electrical issue, I contacted West and had them come out. Even though we both suspected it was actually the appliance, West diligently tested and found it was indeed a bad electrical connection and investigated and repaired the situation in less than 30 minutes. Many people wouldn’t have even come out for this type of job but they showed up and did excellent work. I will highly recommend them for any electrical work.

    Started looking for electricians locally for a problem at the house. Went through three other local companies that either wanted astronomical pricing or travel charges for local work. Most played phone tag or never returned calls. Jeff (owner) called back promptly, made and appointment.
