We added a new room onto our living room with double doors facing the river. In this room we added a closet to house our washer and dryer. Best move ever. Also added a gas stove in that room that heats most of downstairs. Modex did all the work in reasonable time and cost. Very flexible with ideas and changes. The work is very professional and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We have called them for another job to be started in a few weeks.

We live in an A Frame and needed 12 new 81 inch windows. Pat is the only one that would take on our project. The price was fair! The workmanship was second to none! They cleaned up every day, showed up on time and were extremely nice! Pat and his team will get all of our business going forward!!!

They provide excellent service and are very meticulous. Our deck is perfect, including an unexpected bonus space underneath! Theyve also done a handful of other smaller jobs, including electrical work and patching our siding. Highly recommend!
