    Called and was able to talk to someone right away. They sent a person out to give an estimate. Overall, I didnt think it was a bad price, so I went ahead with getting 5 windows replaced. Half due now and half due when the job was done. The company kept in contact, letting me know the windows were being built, when they were done, when to schedule installation, etc. The tech who installed them was great. Efficient, friendly, and quick. So far, the entire process went smoothly. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

    Our experience with Window World OV was wonderful. The staff all the way from sales, installation, and even post-installation are kind, professional, and helpful.     Very impressed with the windows and the workers that put them in got 11 windows replaced and it took them three hours to do the job the 3 men had a job to do and did it well. We are very satisfied with the work and the windows they even cleaned up after could not ask for a better job my windows are so much better. I would recommend WW and the estimate they gave me at the end they lowered it ! and to me that was very honest because most places would not do that .

    Very prompt professional very reasonable priced with the lifetime guarantee is what sold me. Gave estimate which was very reasonable. 2 weeks later came and measured everything to the tee. 6 weeks later. ( earlier than quoted) and installed the door and cleaned everything up like they weren’t even here. My sliding glass door looks beautiful and works perfectly. I am extra pleased with window world and would highly recommend.

    From start to finish, we had a very good experience with WW. They were very organized and kept us informed on all aspects of where we were in the process of getting new windows. Jason L was excellent in the type of windows we should get for our house - no pressure sales and we really liked his approach with us. Ben and Rob installed all windows and patio doors and did a wonderful job. They were very professional in their work. Lucille kept us informed and followed up with us in the end to make sure everything went well with the installation. We are very pleased with our Window World experience and highly recommend them when purchasing new windows. Our house now looks very up to date with our new windows.

    The quality of the entry and full view storm doors are excellent. Ben, the installer, was professional and able to address any complications. There are 2 minor issues from the factory, but WW is addressing them immediately. We are fully satisfied, just like we are with the windows they installed for us several years back.

    All windows in my home except for a couple are now new from Window World. I have an older home that still had old aluminum windows. The installers were very efficient and respectful of my home. I can already tell the difference with my home staying warmer, especially in my bedroom. Ive been able to turn my heat down a couple of degrees at night. Amazing how windows can affect that.     We had an octagon window just replaced and installed by Shane Cacciacarro. We also had him replace windows in our home last year. His craftmanship and attention to detail is unmatched! The window is absolutely beautiful. Shane treats every job as if he was doing it for his own house. He is very meticulous and professional. He is also very kind and caring. He has been installing windows and doors for many years and his work speaks for itself. What made this job even more impressive was that Shane told us after the completed work, this was his first octagon installation! Absolutely remarkable! Window World has a treasure with Shane!     From Kelly who did the estimate and went over all my options to Steve the installer. Both are true assets to the company. They were extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and punctual! Both individuals made sure that ever question or concern I had was answered and taken care of. After the work Steve did on the windows he was the deciding factor that made up my mind to have Window World so my siding when I go to have it done. If the siding crew is as phenomenal as Steve I will have a great looking house. I want to say to Steve again thank you for all that you do and did. Your quality of work is phenomenal. As a whole the company is truly phenomenal! I highly recommend to anyone needing new windows to call them! It has been worth every penny my wife and I spent so much that when I redo my siding I’m going with Window World to do it!     As a single-mother, I was looking for a company who was well-established with a great reputation for quality windows at an affordable price and excellent customer support after the windows were installed should I ever encounter any issue. I chose Window World because at no point during the process was anyone pushy. I never felt pressured to buy. I feel like I was dealt with honestly and with sincerity. I loved the fact that I also received reminder calls a day before anyone from the company arrived, I was given a time and a name, and I was sent an email with a photo. Talk about customer safety! The day of the installation, John Collins and Doc arrived and were as professional as I could be. Every room was prepared in advance by me with furniture moved and covered with all window treatments removed making it easier for the installers. They arrived, went right to work, and had all of the windows in the house finished from the inside by 11:00 am. They took a super short lunch break and had all of the outside trimming completed and their mess cleaned by 3:00 pm. They brought their shop vac and cleaned inside as they finished and did not leave any scraps outside. John even brought me to look at an issue with my house outside of a window that I was not aware of. He explained everything to me and I never once felt spoken down to. Thanks to every individual at Window World, I am completely beyond satisfied with every aspect of this experience that I had originally dreaded embarking upon! Their work and service is top-notch, efficient, and beautiful. I will highly recommend Window World to anyone and will be using them again in the future for any other improvements needed to my home.

    We replaced 14 windows in our house and they turned out beautiful! I am extremely happy with the results. I only gave 4 stars because it took longer to install than they told us and we had to clean up after the installers and even scrape some caulk off the glass of the windows and our hand rails. But overall I am very pleased with the windows and would definitely recommend to others!

    Sales rep was professional. Installation was scheduled for 2 days (13 windows). Installation crew arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. All of the windows were installed in 8 hours (one day). Would highly recommend Window World to my friends and family.

    Window World is a great company to deal with. No high pressured sales.They called before they came, even though we had set up a delivery time. The installation went very well and they cleaned up and hauled away everything outside. They laid down drop cloths in their work area and vacuumed before they left. Very neat and clean. Very respectful of your property and belongings. Weneeded a couple of adjustments. They came right away and made the adjustments and answered any questions we had.Followed up with a phone call after each visit to make sure we were satisfied.     Starting with the salesman....he was extremely informative and professional. He walked us through everything. He took his time and helped us make all the decisions on our windows, entryway door, storm door, and sliding glass door. He was fantastic! Now for our installer, Steve. This was a really big job for one person but Steve did it with ease. 12 windows, storm door, entryway door and sliding glass door. He did not rush, he did beyond high quality work and was so professional and kind. Sometimes it can uncomfortable to have a stranger in your home for 3 days but that was not the case with Steve. He explained everything he was doing, asked if we liked what he was going to do, and took the time to show me how the world does operated. If I could give 10 stars to Steve I would! Highly recommend!!!

    Impressed with the work that was done. Only took them a few hours to install our 9 windows. I didnt have to cleanup anything, you would never even know there were installers at our house! I was thinking I would come home to a mess and was more than pleasantly surprised that all we had to do was remove the stickers from the windows and move our furniture back into place.     Awesome job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them however I am updating this review as now that a couple of months have gone by some issues, mainly with the front door, have cropped up. We have yet to call and address this issue but will update once we do. Asking for a review a day or two after the install is a bit too soon in my opinion.

    Window World was the most affordable option we found. They responded to an inquiry within a day and scheduled the estimate within a month. It was 3 months from estimate to install, which was longer that I wanted but still worked well for us since the temperatures cooled off, allowing us to open our windows. We will be having additional windows replaced by them in the spring.

    Wonderful!! Our windows needed replaced. The windows were replaced in a timely manner...I should add... very nice gentlemen and knowledgable how they replaced them.....I cant believe we had such a bad windy day...it took one window in our bedroom out....completly blew it out off of its frame. The weather was 18 degrees, our furnace kept kicking on and off. Window world saved the day!!! Their crew placed a temporary window in until our were built!!! What else could we have done....they were woderful!!! Thankyou for such great service!!!!
