    Earl came out to the house in about 40 minutes after I called and was the complete professional. He was able to clear a big grease clog about 35 feet down my drain. Would highly recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing needs. Military discount applied to the service. We used them at our old house so when we moved to our new house two years ago, Mr. Rooter was a no brainer. Very happy customer.

    Earl is an amazing plumber. He diagnosed the problem within a short time. The overall time was about an hour to clear up all of my lines. I definitely recommend him for future work.

    I had another plumbing company here twice for the same problem and they really said, “That’s weird, I don’t know why it keeps happening.” Cody from Mr. Rooter came out quickly, worked on the line until it was completely unblocked, showed me the problem on the camera, and gave me all of the information and estimates of what needs to be done to fix the problem. He also informed me that there’s a lifetime warranty on any work they perform on the repair. Absolutely efficient, professional, and knowledgeable and I would recommend Cody and Mr. Rooter to anyone.

    We had a serious plumbing problem which we couldnt fix ourselves we never used Mr. Rooter in the past but we needed a quick fix. We called Mr. ROOTER and were told help was on the way within an hour. The technician was able to determine the problem and gave us two options but recommended what he believed to be the best we trusted his recommendations and he solved the problem. He was personable and professional. If we need a plumber in the future we will definitely call Mr. Rooter.

    Yes you may or may not pay alot depending what you need but they will show up and you wont get better service and even helpful advice from the tech, mine was Cody..and in todays world its rare to have dependable service or even call backs..and as far as pricing goes look around, just about everything is costly and in that consideration theyre actually compatible

    The only reason I am giving a 4 star review and not a 5 star review is because of the price. Please know that my service was an emergency call so your experience may be more affordable. However, as a small business owner, $600 for a 45 minute visit was not something I wanted to hear. Especially in the midst of dealing with a plumbing disaster. That being said, the service we received was good. Earl Barrick came out as soon as possible, assessed the situation and was able to help us solve the issue.*Edit added to respond to owners comment*- I believe your calls are recorded correct? If you listen to my conversation with your receptionist. You will hear me ask for the price at least once. You will then hear her explain to me that she cannot provide a price because the bill is determined at the end of the service. Even when Earl got there (as much as I liked him) he also would not give me a price and instead each time I asked him he replied with “It won’t be as bad as you think.” If making the customer aware of your pricing prior to the service is your company policy then you should remind your staff instead of implying that the customer forgot about the bill.

    Earl had been awesome to work with. This was my second time working with him and he goes the extra yard to figure out tricky problems in my old house.I had two separate issues involving rust and clogs with unorthodox piping and he figured out each issue methodically.     Our family gives this company a 5+ rating without hesitation. Our hot water tank went out the night before my Mother-In-Law’s viewing, around 8PM. There were up to 9 people that needed to shower before 9AM the next morning. There were no technicians available on that short of notice, so the manager took care of this himself! He was at our house to measure for a new tank early the next morning and we had water before 8AM. The customer service for this company was outstanding and we are grateful to them for their compassion during a very challenging time.

    My wife applied for an appointment on the web, received an email verification, and spoke with dispatch on the phone later. Interesting use of technical resources, and I approve.The plumber came the next day, before 9AM, evaluated the problem, and rather than come back later requested an hour to fix the issue immediately. One hour later he was gone and we were back in business.The price was a bit higher than I like, but for that speedy service I cannot complain. Excellent work, and very quick: a bit pricey. Recommended.

    My morning began with dismay, huge plumbing issue, I immediately called early (maybe around 5am or 6ish?), and was quickly given a appointment.Jesse, came over around 9ish? He was completely friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to find the root of the problem; when I was in a panic and worried, he went out of his way to cheer me up along with explaining to me why and what was happening.I would highly recommend this location, and especially Jesse!

    When called, I was told they would call before they would come. They did, and was here in time said. Price was reasonable and was in and out in no time. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
