    Christian Flooring installers arrived at my home as scheduled. The guys were very professional, efficient and did an EXCELLENT job. This is my second flooringexperience with Christian Flooring and I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough about tff he installers, they were fantastic.

    Sales staff was helpful. Installation crew was courteous and pleasant. The floors are beautiful. BUT 2 days later 2 of thetransition moldings were scarred and peeling. We called and were told a work order would be submitted and we would have a repair within 48 hours. It has now been over 2 weeks and we have seen no repair crew and heard nothing. Really lousy way to do business. Today 8/14 they came and replaced the damaged moldings. Everything looks good. We are satisfied with their resolution of the problem.

    Everyone was kind and courteous. The contractors did a great job. The only thing I’d recommend for the Spencerport location is better communication. There was a mix up on when they’d be arriving to complete the project and I’ve tried reaching out a few times since to get my bedroom doors shaved without any direct contact back.

    We’ve had carpeting installed throughout our entire house by this company over the years and are so pleased with the service! Bob (the person who comes over and measures the space) is so personable and kind! Tim (the sales manager) so easy to work with and will get you an amazing price for high quality products. And the installers (particularly Eric) is so professional and his workmanship is perfection. We are so happy with the quality of our most recent carpet purchase (Mohawk silk strand) as it has totally transformed our space!

    Everyone at Christian Flooring was a pleasure to work with. Tim was very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet, making it easier to choose the right type of carpet for my home. Chris & Matt did a flawless job installing. Their clean up after the rip out and install was very thorough. I highly recommend Christian Flooring. 😊

    Christian Flooring was excellent - I wanted to add a runner to my stairs (hardwood) but wasnt sure what kind of carpet to use. We wanted something that would look nice and was durable enough for our dog to walk up and down multiple times a day. The staff showed us a ton options and was very knowledgeable, let us take home a variety of samples and didnt pressure us to make a decision. Once we were ready, they walked us through all steps so we understood the process, broke down cost for us so it was very clear, and flawlessly installed the runner on time as stated. Highly recommend and will use again for the next home project!

    The whole process was so smoothFrom start to finish ... the Christian flooring team is knowledgeable, professional and so skilled .It was a pleasure to work with salespeople at their design center , they go above and beyond to give you an unbelievable finished productThey offer so much more to flooring and that is what we loved ! To be a full service provider took away the guess work when it came to my master both remodel as well. They did it all !!Truly a superior flooring company in the Rochester area !

    Wonderful experience from start to finish! Carin, the saleswoman we spoke with, was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and all around helpful when my husband and I chose carpet for our home for the first time. Marki, the gentleman who measured the area to be carpeted, was professional, friendly, and also very helpful with the many questions we had about installation. Paul, the gentleman who called to schedule our installation, was flexible, detailed, and went out of his way to make sure the installation went smoothly. Matt and his team worked quickly and did a fantastic job of installing our beautiful new carpet. All of this excellent customer service came with a fair price, and we would highly recommend Christian Flooring to anyone!

    Christian Flooring was fabulous to work with to get our new vinyl flooring. We started looking at laminate flooring but quickly changed to vinyl flooring due to its durability.We were going to put a new hardwood floor in our entryway but decision to continue with the vinyl flooring. I expanded to having them redo my stairs with new wood steps and tear out the old carpets. I then decided to continue with vinyl flooring into the upstairs hallway.At the last minute I added the upstairs bathroom flooring as well. They were prompt and pleasant with all my changes. The job was done within a few weeks over 3 1/2 days and it was perfect.Im glad I did it and now we are talking about doing the kitchen !

    Christian Flooring was a customer of ours( Monroe Sealers) so I wanted to use them as I always try to do busines with people who are our customer. I Built a new house in 2013 and had them install my carpet and laminate flooring. The installers were professional and courteous. They did a great job of installing and the floors look new today - even with a couple dogs.Pleased with the quality of the products! I highly reccomend them!

    I would definitely and also have recommended these guys to everyone. I was fortunate enough to be in the store last year while the owner Chris happened to be there and he personally walked me around and made me feel like I was part of his family. I was very happy with the price and quality of my new carpet. Recently I went back and worked with Phil who was just as great to deal with. He was low pressure, knowledgeable, and had a ton of patience in answering all my questions. They’re a big store with a family feeling and welcoming atmosphere. You won’t feel like a sleezy salesman is trying to sell you something you don’t need. They take customer satisfaction very serious. Thanks for everything guys!!!!

    I want to Thank Christian Flooring for doing a wonderful job installing our new floor in our home. Unfortunately when we build our new home the floor that we upgraded to was not of good quality and instalation was awful.. Christian Flooring sales rep Marki was wonderful to work with and guided us to choosing a wonderful new floor...We had it installed this week by Jeff who I cant express enough how wonderful he was...Jeff is a very hard worker, he is very professional personable and takes great pride in his work and cleans up totally...I would highly recommend this company...Thank you so much we are very Pleased with everything!!!

    Their 2 workmen put in heavy-duty, non-slip vinyl flooring in my kitchen in the past year. I was extremely happy with the work when it was complete. The floor area is not square on two sides; there are 2 angles, both of which were not finished well with the original flooring. With the Christian Flooring workmen, it was professionally done, with no mistakes.

    The flooring is great and matches well with the living room, bedrooms and family room. The basement utility room floor covering serves the area great with a more homey look as compared to the poured floor.The process from: sales rep, in home measurements, to the installers were great service.

    We have used Christian Flooring for carpet in two of our houses now. Very friendly employees and reasonable prices. The carpet looks great and has held up very well. I don’t even worry when our dog has an accident or the kids spill something it always cleans up well.
