    Excellent job by Collin H replacing some exterior cedar siding boards on our house and blending in. His cuts and application were precise and it turned out fantastic. Mainly though he was so likable. He was professional as well and cleaned everything up when done. We will request Collin the next time we need work done.

    I was looking for a place to fix my bathroom floor (had a slow leaking toilet), re-tile it and replace the toilet in that bathroom and my other bathroom. Out of the three bids I received this one is the one I picked. It was the mid level one as far as cost but the service they provided was what I was looking for. I was very impressed with their service and help. I even ended up having an issue with one of the new toilets leaking. Things happen, this is real life. What impressed me was that I contacted them about it and they purchased another new toilet and installed that at their cost and they are fixing the damage done by the leak. In other words, they stand behind their work 100% and make it right if anything does go wrong. I cant ask for anything more than that. Also, the new tile floor looks great. Great, honest company to work with. I highly recommend them.

    Rob came out to scope out the job of fixing up our old and hideous basement stairs. I didn’t really know how to fix the stairs — replace all the treads and risers? Install vinyl caps on top of the existing stairs? — so I wasn’t even sure what it was I was requesting, other than “make these stairs not look so terrible.” Rob recommended the vinyl caps. He told us exactly what to buy and how to prep/demo the existing stairs, and then he came out and gave our stairs a beautiful facelift! He also did some extra stuff that we hadn’t even thought about, like driving in some extra screws to get rid of some of the squeaking. He was efficient and friendly too. We will definitely hire Ace Handyman services for our next project.

    Ace arranged to install a bathroom light fixture within a couple of days of my call. It took an hour for him to install. I had used Ace before and am very pleased with the quality of their work!

    Hired Ace Handyman Services to reconnect a downspout that broke away from gutter in last big storm. Contacted 5 companies. One said they could get out and evaluate in a week and repair in two weeks, another wanted to sell be new gutter guards, another kept asking me for pictures and weren’t sure they had a ladder tall enough. Ace called me within 24 hours, had a service call scheduled within 5 days and repaired in less than an hour. Our handyman, Collin, was personable, communicated great, fixed the problem and had a bill that matched expectations. Thank you Ace. Hard to find good help these days and I will definitely hire them again for my next issue.

    I had a great experience with Tim at my residence. I had two projects I needed assistance with and he was much quicker than I thought hed be. I ended up adding on a third project while he was here. Tim finished that in a reasonable amount of time and its no longer an issue.

    We had a very custom door sent from CO and I was concerned about a correct install. Ace sent out their craftsman who read the instructions the night before and then again when he showed up. He had a really good understanding of how it needed to be installed. It turned out fantastic.Also the door was extra heavy and we needed 4 people to carry it up the stairs. Ace was able to connect with 2 other guys in the area and we got it up the stairs without damaging the door, our walls or anyones backs.For our application Ace was perfect, we will use them again.

    Rob installed 6 doors including frames and casing. He also installed bi-fold doors on 4 closets and 30 feet of baseboard with some difficult angles around a stairway. We are very happy with the result and definitely recommend him.

    We had Rob out to do some work on fixing our soffit issues that came from clogged gutters over the past couple of years. Over time, birds began eating away at the exposed wood which made the problem even worse. I had purchased and painted the wood that was used on the repairs and within a day and a half Rob had fixed 5 of the areas of concern and installed new gutter covers on the high areas of home. Overall it was a great value and was the perfect hand off to where I felt comfortable continuing the repairs. Rob was very professional, communicated well, and I think has a new life long friend in our golden retriever.

    Would not use Ace again. Workmanship was bad. My bathroom ceiling looks as bad as when I called them to fix it. Hard to spend over $400 for it to look the same. The siding guy showed up and said said he would need to come back because 4 boards needed to replaced instead of 2. He said he would call me on Monday to reschedule. Never heard back from anyone. Very dissatisfied !

    We needed a handyman and we came across Ace Handyman Services. I asked a few “handyman” companies for an estimate. I was asked to send pictures displaying some of the issues I needed solved. After sending photos of 9 different issues only half the people I originally reached out to replied. What stood out to me about Ace handyman services was their expertise. In a quick reply I was told that the person (Ian) who was to take on the tasks at hand would give an estimated time frame in which the issues would be solved. Ian did not disappoint. Ian came prepared and performed beyond expectations, finishing every task on the list in less than the estimated time. Every task clearly showed its challenges, but got successfully solved because of Ian’s expertise. This service may not seem as the most affordable, but at the end when you see and know that all is done beyond expectations in less time than estimated you know it was worth every dime.

    ACE Handyman Services was a lifesaver! We needed an old cement filled basketball hoop/pipe removed from our driveway. We didn’t have the right tools for the job.     Nick was amazing! He put together a basketball hoop, placed it in position I wanted, and filled the base with water so it would not tip over. He cleaned up his work area. I love having someone let me know they are on the way, arrive on time and do the work in the amount of time they had scheduled. This was an amazing experience and I am putting together a list for next time I use Ace Handyman from Minnetonka. I highly recommend!
