    Will Copney is hands down the best, most honest, hardest working person I have ever met. He literally spent 9hrs fixing our hot water tank, while addressing issues that our contractor 16 years earlier cut corners on. Could not have had a better experience.

    Quick and efficient service by Mr. Will Copney of Mr. Rooter. Will was willing to come out and replace our dead sink disposal on the morning after Thanksgiving. You can imagine the problems a dead disposal presented on Thanksgiving day. Will was pleasant, professional and prompt. Will definitely call again if we have any further plumbing issues.     We had raw sewage come up out of our basement drain, yesterday. I called Mr. Rooter’s and they sent Will out to fix it within a couple of hours! He did everything he could for us to try to keep the price down. Unfortunately, it ended up being significantly more complicated than just a blocked drain…but Will definitely helped remove a lot of the stress we had around the situation with his upbeat, energetic, friendly attitude. The excavation team will be here tomorrow. Here’s hoping they are as friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working as Will is!

    Our company needed a few back-flow preventers installed for a local governmental requirement. They were absolutely professional and did an excellent job, we even had them do the yearly inspections. Would absolutely recommend them, they always answered the phone and took care of any issue or concern.I also had them do work for my parents who are both in their 80s, they were courteous and very friendly to them! Great job & 5 Stars!
