    Jay of Rowell Electric is an outstanding technician. He diagnosed the problem with my 22kw whole house generator that was installed by a different firm and corrected the deficiencies with his team. The wire from the generator to the 5hp well was not large enough and the installed generator was too small for what it had to do. So he changed the wire to a bigger one and “managed” the HVACs and the dryer to ensure I would have power and water the next time it was needed. Highly recommend!

    Rowell Electric installed a Generac whole house generator. Their saleman, office staff and especially Field Technician Jay Gambrell provided fair and top drawer professional services to us.     Rusty Rowell and the entire team at Rowell Electric are the best around! From completing a professional inspection and getting all of our wiring and panels up to code and recently completing a very large project in an organized and timely manner they have been nothing but excellent with service and communication.     Rowell is not the contractor who originally installed my Generac 22kw generator but they are my dealer of choice for annual maintenance and repairs. They did a great job correcting wiring mistakes in the original install and have reacted promptly and efficiently to a couple of error codes. They are knowledgeable, pleasant young men with no qualms about explaining what is wrong and what is needed to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company for any electrical work you may need

    Mr. Rowell came by my home to give me an estimate for disconnecting service to a shed that I was removing from the property and upgrading a dryer outlet (inside) from a 3 prong to a grounded 4 prong outlet. His guys showed up and we’re beyond considerate with their work while I was also sick during the work. They did excellent work.

    Joy Rowell was such a joy to work with (She certainly lives up to her name.) We had a generator installed and she was able to walk me through the process that was necessary to get it installed. Joe was the salesperson that came out to our house and told us that because they were the contractors with Costco for the installation of generators, we could get 10% shopping card from Costco if we bought the generator through Costco. The guys that came out to our house to install the generator and the guys that came out to prepare our breaker box to receive the relay switch between our breaker box and the generator were all very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Because Joy had told me that I needed a plumbing company to install the gas line to the generator, I was able to have that company meet the representative of Atlanta Gas and Light Company who came to replace my gas meter with one that could handle the extra load of my generator. You see, there are many steps necessary for installation of the generator and I would not have known any of these steps had I not been walked through the process. And Rowell Electric is an expert in this area; therefore, they should be the only electric company you go to if youre in need of a home generator. And to top it off, Joy was able to walk me through several steps necessary for the financing that made it possible for us to get our generator.

    Back in April I Rowell came out and restored power to two beds in some other areas of my house. I had been without power for about 3 years in those bedrooms and Rowell came out and had power back within 2 hrs. I was so great full and they did not break my pockets either. I definitely recommend them I will be a repeat customer if I ever have another issue.

    We am in Thomson and have now done multiple jobs with Rowell. Began with a new 24kw Genrac Feb 2021 and extended to updating electrical to my shop, adding a security light, adding lighting, fans & electrical to my carport, updating service, rewiring and lighting my son’s shop, garage, pavilion, etc., all during Oct 2021. During all of this time, working with Rusty and his team has been a pleasure. All of the electricians and installers were very professional and courteous and communication was top notch. Joy Rowell & Alan Sasser in the office are so nice to deal with and they handled the scheduling to kept things moving smoothly.     We are very pleased with our service from Rowell Electric Co. everyone from the receptionist to Rusty are very responsive to calls for service or to just answer a question. Were an hour and a half from Waynesboro but their support and service is like having them next door. We recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Our communitys four day power outage was the event to not remember because we had uninterrupted service which is critical for life support since my wife is on a ventilator.

    Rowell Electric Co. ordered and installed a Generac whole house backup generator for me. The package included installing the switch box and the gas supply lines. They accomplished all the installations and complied with all city codes. They all helped solve some after install issues. The most remarkable thing about this entire process was the excellent communication and their ethics. They insisted that zero monies changed hands unitil the job was complete. Their ethics alone is enough to rate them ten out of 10.

    Arrived on time for the annual checkup and oil change for my generator. Changed the spark plugs and air filter and checked the output voltage at the ATS. Cleaned up so well that I couldnt even detected they had been here. Excellent service.

    Highly recommend and they will now always be our “go to” for electrical work. We found Rowell’s Electric on line. Waynesboro is 45 miles from us. They treated us like we were just down the street. We had had a fire, which damaged wires and they were still dangerous. Rusty took all that in consideration and had 2 of his guys out to the house that day!!! They worked professionally and efficiently, completing the job.
