    Dimitri of YD Construction was very professional and on schedule. He tried to communicate with us at each step of our bathroom remodel and filed all the paperwork to obtain permits from the city. His team was also willing to go a step beyond and did some small tasks unrelated to the project when we asked. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who needs to complete a home renovation, from bathroom to kitchen, they have you covered!

    Excellent Contractor - Highly RecommendedWe hired Dmitry from YD Construction to finish our approximately 1,000 square foot basement, including adding a half bath. From start to finish, Dmitry exceeded our expectations in every way.Communication was a strong point - Dmitry made himself available to answer questions throughout the project, even coming to our house in person whenever we had a small question. His pricing was fair and reasonable, landing right in the median of the 7 quotes we received.The quality of work was outstanding. Our new basement space looks amazing, with contemporary finishes, lighting and doors that match our style preferences perfectly. Dmitry took the time to understand our familys needs with two young kids and made design decisions accordingly. To top it off, he did a lot of the work himself!Beyond just the basement itself, Dmitry went above and beyond by helping install a linear fireplace and cabinets - work that was not originally scoped. He also did this additional work at no extra charge.We could not be happier with how our basement turned out. Dmitrys work was truly top-notch. He was professional, communicative, reasonably priced and delivered excellent results. We give Dmitry our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy contractor.     They were total pros, showing up when they were supposed to, doing the job skillfully, suggesting changes when they thought it was necessary, working as a partner in our bathroom remodel. It was a total gut job, removing a tub and building a shower in its place (see before and after photos). They had good crews, nice and hard working. They kept the job site tidy. I’d use them again.

    Dimitry from YD construction built a full bathroom from the ground up in my home. I would recommend work with him and his company. In fact, we already had some work planned for 2024 and I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to him again. The bathroom turned out beautiful, with vibrant color contrast, the tilework looks professional, the plumbing was well done in our space. The photos dont do enough justice to show how beautiful the blue tile is and the warm contrast between blue tile and yellow paint.The price was affordable, and the work was high quality and high value. Im talking prices that were half of those dedicated bath remodel companies with design rooms. He worked through challenges with us, such as how to fit the shelving for towels, how to best fit the toilet in the small space. Dimitry was communicative, letting me know when plumbing, electrical, framing contractors would be there as well as the inspections. Dimitry was transparent on the timing and how things would go. He indicated that framing and roughing in plumbing would go quickly and then would need to wait for inspection milestones before going again.Dimitry really put in extra effort and a nice touch. He was sweet to my kids every time he came by. He worked with my wife and I on design choices, even when we had some extra requests along the way. All the while, he never raised his price.For the things I wish had gone better (I still rate the review a 5 star, and I would still work with YD construction again without hesitation):- The project did take longer than I was expecting, even with the extra communication. It took about 3 months to complete the bathroom (brand new bath install). He managed a few contract workers, so the timing was still reasonable.- I had to request cleanup, there were areas that the debris (like sawdust or wiring scraps) that were left around that I had to cleanup.

    I contracted with Dmitry and his crew to turn our vision into reality.Our 50’s ranch had three small bedrooms that Dmitri turned into two spacious rooms and a wonderful modern bathroom with a barrier free shower, all ADA compliant. He took care of demo, moved windows, eliminated doors, installed all new tile, plaster walls, laminate flooring, cleaned up, etc. As we are on a slab, he had to cut concrete and install all plumbing from the ground up. Bringing plumbing up to code required creative solutions, which Dmitri supplied. The electric was updated and everything painted, all 100%IRC building code compliant.We are very happy with the finished product.Mark Hewitt

    Dmitry and crew are the best! We couldn’t be more pleased with the process from start to finish and, more importantly, the end result!To begin with, Dmitry is extremely prompt and responsive; he answers every text and phone call. We had dealings with other contractors who were either too busy or uninterested to respond, but Dmitry made himself available right away. From the outset, he was easy to deal with, honest and reasonable, and we were confident moving forward with them.The crew began work earlier than first quoted and were here every day, all day (often late at night), until the project was completed. Slava was meticulous with his work and went above and beyond expectations to ensure every tile was square and level, and that everything looked perfect. The finished project came out better than we could have imagined!We always knew where everything stood with Dmitry and he was a pleasure to work with. I would confidently recommend their services.     We are so grateful to have found Dmitry and wish we had found him sooner. Bought a house and are getting the bathrooms redone. Its taking so long that we decided we might as well try to get the kitchen done at the same time rather than wait. We met Dmitry. He listened to everything I said, gave us a really reasonable estimate. The contract was straight forward and spelled out how long things would take.     I highly recommend Dmitry at YD Construction. Our 1930s bathroom needed a complete overhaul. The old tiles were removed (not an easy task), bathtub replaced with walk-in shower, new toilet, new tile floor, new vanity and sink installed. He even added a nice set of built-in shelves. All work was done perfectly: on-time and on-budget. Dmitry worked with my wife and me to get us the bathroom that we always wanted. Dmitry and his crew were very respectful of the rest of the house during this project and kept the disruption to an absolute minimum. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished project.

    We hired Dmitry to renovate the wet area of our bathroom (bath and shower area) and we are so happy that we did. From the time he gave us a quote until the completion of the project, Dmitry and his team were incredibly friendly, professional, and kind! They were able to replace the bath tub, add new shower wall panels, improved the plumbing, and installed a new shower head and shower rod. He also painted the ceiling for us and cleaned out our bathroom ventilation fan. They were able to do all of this in one day as promised and only stopped to take a very brief (and well deserved) lunch break. Dmitry and his team work incredibly hard and I really couldnt believe how much progress they made so quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at the kindness they showed to me and my family and I really enjoyed talking to one of his workers about his children. He even asked if I wanted to give one of the empty boxes to my son to play in! This is our first home and we were very concerned about pricing but after seeing how beautiful the bathroom turned out and how hard they worked, I honestly believe they gave us a fantastic price. This was our first major renovation and we are so happy we chose to work with Dmitry and his team.     The team is solid and professional, they will go above and beyond to get the job done even when things dont pan out as expected. I like that they are always responsive, even now three years after the job. We gutted and remodeled our bath, kitchen, and hallway with them. The project had many unexpected issues come up ( its a small apartment in the city ), including a plumbing issue that effected the entire building. Everything was always taken care of immediately. The communication is good and I always knew where the project was or of impeding problems while the apartment was worked on.     We hired YD construction for a major renovation at our home in Concord Mass. My husband and I bought a home that required a lot of TLC. Concurrently, we were preparing to become first-time parents to a baby girl in 4.5 months and hit with a global pandemic just after purchasing our home. Needless to say, stress levels were high and timelines were tight. I can honestly not say enough good things about the work that was done and am in awe of the end result. They built our beautiful kitchen from the ground up, but in addition they renovated our bathroom, redid all of our lighting, installed foyer cabinetry and tiling redid our walls/ceilings. The photos I’m attaching shows that their work speaks for itself, but I also want to add that working with these guys could not have been more seamless. They are very knowledgeable about the work that they do but additionally they are kind, professional, and managed our construction project with great efficiency. We did not have to deal with any subcontractors-including plumbers, electricians, HVAC and flooring. We are currently working with them again to completely gut and renovate our basement space and I could not be more excited. I recommend these guys to anyone I know looking to renovate their homes and hope to have the opportunity to work with them for any future projects that we have.

    To get right to the point, we want to say upfront that we are tremendously impressed with YD Construction and would hire them again in an instant. Here are the details. We knew we had a huge problem on our hands when water began seeping into our living room ceiling from our master bathroom shower. After getting assessments of the problem, it became apparent that there was a major failure in the shower itself and that it would have to be completely replaced. The quest to find someone to do this project in our 14 year old house led us to YD Construction. Upon our first inquiry, Dmitri responded immediately and arranged to look at the situation within a few days of our first contact. In short, Dmitri came, assessed the problem frankly and honestly, and assured us that he could handle all aspects of the project: demolition, plumbing, living room ceiling repair and painting, shower rebuild, and tiling. The price he quoted was extremely fair, and we decided to hire YD Construction. For the last two weeks we have witnessed the most hard working, meticulous, considerate, and talented group of craftsmen ever. They worked long days; they were always very careful and considerate during the time they spent in our house; and Dmitri was consistently available to answer questions and keep an eye on the progress of the project. The work finished exactly on time this past Friday and essentially within budget. We want to give special recognition to Ramon who was the mainstay of the project.
