    They did a great job and were singing and dancing while they worked. I like to see people happy in their jobs. Made me feel better about the whole process. And after learning that I would like to have more work done they told me of a finance program available if I qualify. Thanks for all the help. I would like to have the same crew come back to help next time. Personable, friendly and knowledgeable too . And they completed the job alot faster than I expected.

    I had a great experience. Randy and her crew were amazing they explained everything that they did.They were all very knowledgeable and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone.They all worked very well together.     This was my husband and Is first experience with Sure-Dry. We highly recommend their services. We needed servicing for existing sump pumps, and our service technician, Nilo, went above and beyond! He was professional and efficient and was able to answer our questions and concerns. His attention to detail and friendly attitude made the whole experience exceptional. Highly recommend!

    Very pleased with Sure-Dry on every level - from sales rep Mike making his initial visit to look at my water problem, listen to my concerns and come up with a plan, to Randy and crew who did the 2 days of hard work to install my project efficiently and carefully.     Our first annual inspection and filter replacement for the dehumidifier and air purifier. Nilo was very courteous and professional. He called to see if he could come early. How refreshing not to be waiting all afternoon for someone to show up. Glad we went with Sure Dry!

    We had Sure-Dry out to our home 2 years ago for installation of a new sump pump, drainage system, white walls and spray foam insulation. Their services are outstanding and the installation crew was very polite and on time. Being that it’s been 2 years we decided to have a service technician, CJ stop out to for an annual inspection. CJ was on time and very polite. Once finished with the inspection CJ went over the report with me in detail. We couldn’t be happier with the work that has been done and with the exceptional customer service. Thanks to them we have no more worries of water in our basement anymore!

    We had a horrible basement with 20 years of wet conditions. They left today and we will be able to turn on the system next week. We chose the waterproofing system. Everything looks wonderful and when the concrete cures, we will be able to turn everything on. So excited to have our system installed and looking forward to a dry basement with a functioning sump system. They left everything clean and gave us a walk through before they left.

    “Prepare for a remarkable experience.” That’s how they end every contact and I want to say they aren’t kidding. Michael Collison, our sales agent, spent numerous hours with us multiple times going over engineering, expectations, timeframe, and scheduling. Toby Poehlman, our Production Foreman, was amazing! The engineering brain, can do attitude, detail oriented, passion for what he does, and all wrapped up in one of the most pleasant demeanors I’ve ever encountered. Eli Awe and Kalin Rich are both, smart, hard working, customer oriented, professionals, while also being fun to be around. Corey Cox, plumbing, came in and addressed a couple unforeseen issues rapidly and professionally making the finished project better than originally perceived.The project worked, looks great, and was made seamless by the team. Yes, it was a remarkable experience. Thank you!

    We had Sure Dry stabilize a sinking concrete patio a couple months ago and did a great job for us. We asked the crew if they could stabilize a couple driveway slabs that moved up and down and seal some cracks. The crew said yes and added they’d possibly be the ones to come back and do that. As it turned out they were. From the two photos you can see the neat and professional job they did. They arrived as scheduled and finished up ahead of their estimated time. The guys were friendly and professional. They cleaned up the work area when they were done. We’d have them back again if they were needed for something. Highly recommend them.

    Foreman, Dany Gomez, along with his crew members; Brad and Ethan, were very professional in how they conducted their work. They knew their stuff and was amazed how they completed their work in a timely fashion.     I would work with Sure-Dry again. It wasn’t cheap (I’m sure no basement repair work is when jackhammers are involved), but Juan and his team were very quick and efficient. After every stage of work in the two days they were here, he’d walk me through what they did and let me know recommendations. He was very kind!

    We contacted Sure-Dry after having water come into our basement through a fireplace and our experience was wonderful. Scheduling was a breeze, they mailed us an informational packet ahead of the appointment, and Tom was proactive in communicating with us ahead of our appointment date and even let us know when he was about to arrive day of. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a few different options. Will definitely continue working with Sure-Dry in the future and recommend you do the same.

    The job was done on time. They called and told us when they were on their way. Very professional. They raised our driveway, sealed the cracks and put a sealer on the concrete. It looks good. My husband and I thought it was expensive but of it holds up over time than it will be worth the price. It definitely is cheaper than a new driveway. They missed a small crack and I am not sure it was on the estimate but came back right away and fixed it too.

    CJ and Mike were, as always, on time, polite, professional and answered all of my questions. We required a new battery for our battery backup system after 5 years. While the battery was very expensive, they worked with us to work out paying for the call and battery. Id happily recommend Sure Dry if youre looking for a basement sump pump system.

    Happy with the 3 installers - they were great. Not happy that there was an upcharge of almost $700 compared with the original estimate. The foreman, Randy, explained that it would entail 72 feet of materials - this is in contrast to the 36 feet of materials that were originally quoted. That’s a big difference. We also were not warned that we should cover items due to the dust that would be produced - so we had to scramble to do that, while the installers prepared the area. But - we WERE very happy with the installation crew.

    Leveled my front sidewalk, came early, finished extremely quick, offered some more preventative things to solve my problem and offered to do the work on the spot because they could rather than coming back. Didnt end up using it because of my situation but overall super friendly, professional, and (my favorite quality) extremely competent.

    Everything was great with the work done however I’m unhappy with the finished appearance of the stained concrete job. Specifically the caulk used in the cracks. My cement stain is dark walnut & the caulking is light gray. It’s very noticeable & it doesn’t look well with the stain color.
