    Driveway looks great. John and his team took their time to make sure that the 4” asphalt was applied evenly with the correct pitch to drain rain/water away from my garage. Explanations and showing me what needed to be addressed was clear and trustworthy. I will utilize Pro-Seal to seal my driveway when needed.

    Our old driveway was in desperate need of repair. Pro-Seal was quick to respond to our inquiry, easy to get ahold of, and very nice to work with. The project they completed for us was done with great care and attention. Not only that, they were very good at cleaning up their work and materials following the project. We just had our first test of having rain fall on the new asphalt and everything drained away from the house beautifully. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for expert driveway repair.

    Pro-Seal did an excellent job removing the old asphalt Drive . During this process they noticed that the foundation under the garage slab had eroded away over time. This was unexpected. For a little extra cost they backfilled the area with crushed stone and capped the area with concrete to shore up the area under the slab, then proceeded to lay down the stone base for the asphalt. The next day they came back and applied 4 inches of asphalt product and did a fantastic job, not only in workmanship, but in the cleanup process as well. I highly recommend Pro-Seal if you’re on need of replacing, or repairing your driveway, and they are great people to work with. Well done Pro-Seal!

    Our condo project has had Pro-Seal do work in the past and they never disappoint. Since we have been doing the work in phases it allows us to not totally shut down the entire complex and Mike and the team understand that. Very good quality work at a very reasonable price, what more can you ask for. When you set a schedule and put a plan in place they are like clockwork, even a large crew just knows what the next move is, and they keep moving. We are going to continue to use their services as long as we need asphalt or sealing work done. Very happy.Jeff Schultz

    I had ProSeal sealcoat my driveway and was very impressed. They were in and out in under 30 minutes, I barely knew they were here. Ill add a couple pictures but the driveway looks great!

    Pro-Seal really turned themselves around and changed my negative viewpoint about them into a well executed product and good experience overall.Initially I had a rather subpar experience with Pro-Seal Asphalt. Once the proposal was signed, the communication became very minimal to the point I had no idea when I’d be on the schedule or finer details about the job. After the job was complete and a few months had passed the asphalt began to crack and sink in some spots that didn’t have the proper base. This left me with a poor experience which I had based my first review off of. The owner of Pro-Seal ended up seeing my review and wanted to talk about everything that happened and agreed to make everything right. The owner was a very sincere and likeable man and surrounded himself with a very capable and likeable team. This was a crew that I would not hesitate to hire again for another project in the future or recommend to friends/family. The owner and his new crew fixed the concerns that I had and really redeemed themselves and my view of the company from my original experience.

    Pro seal did an amazing job on my driveway! They were very cautious with seal coating my driveway and getting the job done well being careful around tight spaces, especially near my new garage door. TO EVERYONE.Our job had its challenges.Some competitors wouldnt take the job.Not only did Pro-Seal underbid all other ocompanies,they were professional,knowledgeable & fast.They ramped the asphalt up to the garage,pitching it away from our home& the neighbors home.It was amazing watching the first downpour drain correctly.They cleaned up the surrounding area after the job was done.They were courteous & as a bonus,Pro-Seal didnt smoke or swear on our property.Thankyou, Bruce & Paula Currier.

    Mike and his team has sealed two properties of mine last year. The asphalt and the crack filling still look great!! I had other companies do work in the past and the driveways looked like they needed to be re-sealed and crack filled after 1 year.     Ive tried other sealcoat companies in the past but have never walked away with the wow factor like I did with Pro-Seal. Adam delivered a proposal promptly, and followed-up with me via phone call. They came as scheduled, and did a tremendous job. The quality of the sealant that they use is exceptional. My drive-way looks brand new! Outstanding job on the crack filling, and attention to detail to ensure that the entire drive-way was coated including the sides of the black-top. No mess and no spillage onto my front concrete entryway. Hands down I wont use any other company for my driveway sealcoating again.
