    I Called these guys this morning for a problem with roots in my sewer line. I spoke with Charlie who could have not been more helpful and he said he would fit me in at some point of the day. Well at 2:45 Charlie called and said he was on his way. Charlie and Jason showed up and within an hours time with their water jet they had my problem fixed. The rate for this service was very reasonable for what they did. Thank you again for a great job in getting me drains up and running. Do not hesitate to call this company very professional and very honest and knowledgeable about their business.

    Call these guys first!! I called 5 companies at 5:30 pm one night who said on their web site they provided emergency service. Several you had to leave messages and wait for a call back. Rotor- Matic called back first and knew enough about dispatch to give an estimated time help would be here. Very very reasonable for an emergency!

    I called these guys hoping they might be able to fix a plumbing issue my son, who is finishing college, had at his apartment. We figured out when Michael got here that the owner’s management team would need to address the problem for liability reasons. Despite the fact that Michael had to spend time driving over to the apartment and spent time assessing the situation before we discovered he could not proceed, we were not charged any service fee of any kind. He could not have been nicer or more professional about the confusion. So, even though we ultimately did not use their plumbing services, the way this situation was handled told me that in addition to their plumbing skills, these guys are trustworthy and understanding, something that is often missing when you reach out to get help in the service industry. Thank you Michael for being so hospitable and understanding.

    Rotor-matic was able to get my problem solved and serviced in under 24 hours. Charlie was an excellent technician! He took the time to explain everything to me, answered all of my questions with great detail, and allowed me to observe while he worked. He then explained what we can do moving forward to keep our main line from backing up and said Rotor-matic would happily come once a year for routine maintenance. I am so happy we heard about Rotor-matic and will continue using them in the future!!

    Super nice employee thoroughly examined all basement plumbing for blockages as washing machine and kitchen sink drains were backing up. Found the clog, cleaned it out and was on his way. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, was polite and efficient. Cleaned up and put everything back in place. We will definitely call them next time we have a similar problem.

    We have used Rotor-Matic for years and have always been more than satisfied with their work but last night was the topper! It was Christmas Eve and my neighbor had a problem - a BIG problem - - was almost in tears since she had plans for a family Christmas which had to be cancelled due to back up problems and couldnt get any help for 3 days. I told her Id call Charlie and I did. Charlie had a tech at her house in 15 minutes and 2 hours later she was back in business. Today is Christmas 2023 and I see cars in her driveway so I guess the family gathering is back on. She was SO appreciative and this is how Charlie and his company operate - they are there to help, even on weekends and holidays. You dont find many companies like that anymore. I very HIGHLY recommend Rotor-Matic and will use them for as long as I live in this house!

    Our foundation drain was clogged and we experienced basement flooding in February! At the suggestion of a neighbor I called Rotor-Matic. They came promptly and identified that while a bit of water was trickling through the drain pipe it was collapsed and could not handle a major flow. Charlie clearly had all the right equipment and was fantastic at diagnosing the problem and showing me the problem with his pipe camera. Jason, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and managed to dig up and replace the pipe between snow storms. This company is responsible, reliable, professional and fully equipped.     Josh came out super quick and fixed our clogged main in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our house is 93 yo and he worked hard to get into that clean out! We have a nice new cap now. If we ever have an issue again I will call Rotor-Magic first!

    My main sewer line was very clogged. Water was raining down into my basement and my upper bathroom. It was a nightmare. In a panic I just called the first person that came up on my search. Jason, the owner said you came to the right place because they have the water pressurize system that blows out the clogs. They were at my house within an hour. I could tell that Charlie was experienced, so I asked him how many years he has been in the business, he said 17. I cannot say enough good things about Charlie and the company.     I simply cant say enough good things about Rotor- Matic!!! Todays emergency basement flooding was handled with speed and quality service. Jason expediently dispatched Charlie, one of his best technicians, to me Charlie knew exactly what to do and proceeded to do so quickly and professionally. This is the 4th time we have used Rotor-Matic. Not only do they provide the best service we have seen in years, but they also have value pricing.     I have used this company several times at both my business and home. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. Their prices cant be beat, and their service and timing has been phenomenal. They dont leave until the job is complete and done correct the first time. Dont bother with another drain company only to get ripped off or lied to. I have used Crisafull Bros in the past for residential drain cleaning and the warranty they sell is nothing more than a gimmick. Bottom line if you purchase the warranty they clean and snake the pipe correctly so that they are guaranteed not to get a call back if you do not purchase the warranty as soon as the water goes down the snake is retracted and they leave ensuring a call back a few months later. That shows the companys character. Rotormatic has been nothing but honest and forthcoming on every job that they have done for me.

    Jason the owner was very friendly and professional on the phone. Zaden was a delight and professional as well. It was nice that he called giving an ETA and kept me up to date as to when he would be arriving. Got our tub unclogged in an efficient manner and he was very friendly and knowledgeable.     I was recommended to call the company from a home inspection. The first day he showed up he was to the point - no BS - and very good at was he was doing . I was told I would need a full excavation and pipes replaced costing 10k from a big named company I will not mention . Jesse told me to hold off so he could take a camera through the line and assess . Right after that- the next day the line backed up outside the house. I had the company that originally unclogged the line come in and repair since it was under warranty. Mind you when I called it was a Saturday and they told me they can send someone out Monday - I said absolutely not - I need it fixed right now . They came that day and fixed . So I called Jesse and he said he would come out Monday first thing to put the camera in . Rotor matic came and showed me the line and said I do not need all the excavations the other company was telling me to do . I was so happy when ho told me that I just want to tell everyone to get this company to look at your lines before you invest all your hard earned money into something that was not needed . No longer going to use anyone else

    They showed up on time and not only cleared the clog but also cleared the outside vent and offered suggestions on how to improve venting on the individual sink and washer lines. Punctual, professional, and knowledgable.Maybe not the cheapest when compared to the services that offer $99 any drain cleared -- but unlike the latter, they were responsive. They offered to come out the same day if it was an emergency, and since it wasnt, showed up as scheduled on the following day which was a Saturday. Unlike Rotor rooter, they DO quote prices on the phone and there were no surprises in the final bill.
