We highly recommend Avatar Construction for a new custom design home built since they are the best builders in the Greater Boston area. Nazar, Kevin and Jim were very productive and professional. They put a lot of hard work and knowledge to build our 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom 5500 sf house in Arlington, MA. The property lot was very tricky and on the hill but Avatar managed it well. The finished the project on time. We are enjoying our dream home. -

I find Avatar Construction one of the best design built construction companies in New England. I had several two family houses built in different states but Avatar exceeded my expectations. The design looks fantastic. The team was patient with financing and harsh winter conditions during construction. All the phases went well. I’m hiring them for the next project. -

Our kitchen gets lots of compliments. We went for Ikea, which was a 1st time experience for the crew so there was a learning curve. There were about 200+ boxes with parts but Avatar did a beautiful job. The electrical and plumbing was involved because our house is old (c.1895) but their team is top notch. -

This company suggested the greatest resolution and we went with their design and built and even financing options for our multi family unit building. I have recently finished a project with Avatar Construction where they have built and designed my medical facility. We wanted to thank Avatar Construction for the excellent work the team had done on my property. It has been such a positive experience to work with their team. The level of professionalism has given us a sense of confidence from the very beginning on a project that caused me great concern. They gave me an estimate of completion time at the start of our project, and met that time frame without my additional changes after. Maybe just as importantly for me, they showed empathy for our concerns and took the time to explain everything so that we were able to understand the what, why, and how of each step of this complicated installation. This job was a real worry for me at the beginning since they had to demo the old building with very difficult neighbors. However, when the lead supervisor came on site and began putting things together, my concerns fell away. Having seen the time and expertise he took at each stage, especially a new foundation and other core aspects and now-looking at the beautifully finished space, I can’t be happier. The town authorities were difficult and were delaying the construction and the ending of the project but Avatar handled it very well. Dont hesitate to contact them. -

Avatar construction completed building and designing my new hair salon with fifteen chairs in Boston. Kevin was on point with the estimate and there were no cost overruns. Nazar and Jim approached my project with professionalism and enthusiasm where I was worrying at each step of the way. The permit took longer than I thought but they still brought the project to the end on time. They greatly assisted with financing and gave me the best construction education possible. Wowing my clients every time they come into my salon. I couldn’t be happier. -

My partner and I have purchased an old three family building in Brookline, MA in 2020. This property needed a full renovation and I wanted to keep the building for the mixed use purpose as well as keeping the living space. I came across Avatar Construction from a friend of mine who started to work as a doctor in one of the Urgent Cares they built. At first, I got a free consultation with Kevin followed by Nazar. They were very attentive to possible issues and prospective difficulties especially with structural, plumbing and electrical work. We have decided to move forward. They worked hard to get the permit with city officials. We had to fix the structure of the building where they offered the best architectural and engineering team. Also, I want to compliment the designers who made this building to stand out and look very modern. Phase one of the project went very smoothly. The second phase had ups and downs, but Jim did his best to accommodate my decisions on multiple parts of the interior work. I must admit, I had to delay the project for a month due to personal reasons. It took a bit longer than expected to complete this project since the city had to block part of the street where the building was located to fix the road and the curb. However, the majority of major aspects were done on time and overall the pricing was fair. I have leased the bottom floor of my property right away to have a new boutique salon to be opened shortly after the construction. I am planning on purchasing several pieces of land and Avatar Construction will definitely be the number one company for my future construction design and build. -

Avatar rebuilt my entire home. They demolished and rebuilt the entire 1st floor and added a 2nd floor. We had amazing connection with their designer. The operations manager/owner was very innovating and found great substitutes when supplies were limited because of COVID. The superintendent was very detail oriented and committed to addressing our needs. All the sub contractors were very professional and respectful. Avatar held true to the proposal and finished the project on-time. Any extra costs were because of added work of our choice at market or less than market prices. We now have our dream home!! We know we made the best choice going with Avatar. We do not think we would have stayed within our budget if we went with a competitor. We strongly recommend choosing Avatar for your next project. -

My wife and I were very pleased with Avatar Construction for our dormer addition. Nazar our account manager was thoughtful and asked the right questions during the design and pre construction phases. Brian our project manager worked diligently to coordinate the sub contractors to get the project completed as quickly as possible. We were living in the house during the construction, and everyone was courteous and thoughtful of our privacy. We have recommended Avatar to a few of our friends and neighbors, and would work with them again on any future projects. -

I have to admit, at first our project had its obstacles and issues, but Avatar Construction including Jim Cutler, Brian Dimambro and all of their sub-contractors came through and really created an incredibly detailed and beautiful final product. We had an addition ( master bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet with the garage expanded and improved) designed, estimated and constructed by AVATAR and the whole team really produced an amazing final addition!We had many problems and issues but Jim Cutler and Brian DiMambro really proved to be amazing at what they do! They care about what they are doing and they care about how we felt about every aspect of the construction! What is amazing about them and their whole team is that they are very responsive to any issues, problems, and or concerns even after the construction was completed! I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of construction, a new addition, or anything, they do it all from start to finish! -

My wife and i met with a handful of reputable contractors to build our new home. From the get go avatar was on top of their game. We felt very comfortable and all our questions were answered and we were completely satisfied. We had Nazaar and his team listene to what my wife and I wanted and what our vision was. We are very picky and had them make a couple of designs. I started to feel bad with how picky we were but they were happy to oblige and kept working with us until we were completely satisfied. Once the construction began everything they said was going to happen, happened. There were no surprises, no hiccups, everything went flawlessly and brought us along every step of the way. From frame to finish avatar was their to answer everything. They completed our project on time and on budget. We couldnt be happier with everything and would highly recommend avatar construction to anyone. Whether its new construction or remodel. Last year, we secured funding for a commercial property, and it had to be completed within almost unrealistic expectations for us to rent it out, and start repaying the loan. We had to find a good company to do it, the bank recommended Avatar. True to the broker’s word, they did the project within the stipulated time. I am really thankful to Mr. Vincent. -

I had a great experience with my project working with Avatar Construction team. I’ve got a kitchen remodeled and added 650 sqf addition to our house. I am at the third trimester of pregnancy and I am very happy with results because the work was done in a timely manner and communication was effortless. We spent total of $194,000 including the addition. The process took little over 10 weeks (not adding permitting time) and I couldnt ask for a better experience over all. Totally recommend them. -
