    Mike and his team are very professional, courteous and performed above and beyond my expectations. I recommend them because they took their time, ensured the job was done well and were fairly priced. They used the best materials for my roof and I can rest assured it will last a long time. Highly recommend using them.

    Mike from Ulrich Builders came to our house, measured and inspected, then walked us around explaining everything they would do. We already had a good knowledge of the products they were using because of the 10 previous quotes we got from other places, so we didnt let him waste too much time on that. He took the info and emailed us the estimate. Ulrichs price was so good that we decided to ask him do all 7 skylights, as well, instead of keeping what we had since they werent leaking. NO HARASSING PHONE CALLS AFTER, NO SALESPERSON PRESSURING YOU TO LOCK IN YOUR ESTIMATE! The work was done in a timely fashion and it looks great! They cleaned up nicely and went above and beyond with the skylights with some custom trim work and they look great! Its been done for 6 months now, and through some storms and high winds, no leaks and no damage. Were going to have them do our windows next- we have found a contractor we can trust and rely on. All of the materials they used were in an estimate that was $20,000 more after the salesman dropped the price down for us and they were pushing the no payment for 2 years and all that, and every salesperson was here for like 3 hours trying to pressure us to sign. Ulrich was not the cheapest overall estimate, but if I remember correctly, they were 2nd cheapest or maybe even cheapest for the products they used. They just seemed a lot more honest and straight-forward. The other cheaper quotes were with lower quality product and still using tar paper instead of the newer synthetic.. Our estimates ranged from $52,500 to $13,600. STAY AWAY from the companies that brag about how big they are, because they all harass you and try to get you locked in as high as possible. Always question how they can get $10k off if you sign now - why wasnt it $10k cheaper already?? To sum it all up, Ulrich Builders will be the company I recommend to anyone I know, and its hard to earn my trust and respect.

    Had our roof replaced in 2018 by this company .This week one small shingle seemed like it was popping up and we called Ulrich. Mike came climbed up on the roof and secured it. No charge.What a nice man and great service.Would recommend highly.

    We moved in 4 years ago and every time we try to pay someone to come do some sort of work on our house they never show up. We fear we are cursed. We got nervous when we needed a new roof ASAP. Ulrich builders showed up on time, had a great price, did a quick, fantastic job and an even better clean up. I couldn’t be happier I would reccomend them to everyone!

    Kevin and his team built us our dream house in Margate. The quality of work is fantastic and everyone who sees our house says it is just amazing! We couldnt be happier and highly recommend their services.

    I had 4 companys come out to look at the roof. The gentleman from Ulrich (Mike) was the only one to go on the roof and look. The workers that came were very polite and did such a good job cleaning I could not tell they were there. I am overwhelmed of how nice it looks! Hire this company! You dont have to look anymore.
