Villwell replaced my old electric stove with a new gas range and microwave, which may sound simple but we also wanted them to vent it outside. So, a new gas line was run up from the basement, and exhaust was built from scratch and run up through the ceiling, which was then encased in custom cabinetry. Vincent and Mark were terrific, meticulous, and professional. And did I mention there’s a cathedral ceiling in the kitchen, so the exhaust cabinet goes all the way up through that! It looks terrific! Two solid two days of work. These guys are the real deal, with solid experience. Highly recommend!

Villwell worked with us to repair our roof after it was damaged during a storm due to a tree. They made the process easier than I could have imagined. We have solar panels and they were able to work with the solar company as well as our insurance for a swift repair. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. The staff was friendly when they were at the house. It was repaired in short order. It was such a pleasant surprise after the stress of the damage. I will definitely use them again when and if we need future work.

We discovered an unfortunate build up of mold due to poorly done window flashing in our bathroom and he was super fast to work with our insurance and get a crew in to get rid of the mold! They then came in and repaired the damage, replaced the drywall and put everything back together! You cant even tell we had a problem at all! He was attentive to our needs and we are thrilled with the outcome. I definitely recommend this team for your next contracting home repair need!

I can not begin to tell you how incredible my experience was. I had new siding put on my home. From the very beginning when I first received my quote and sat down with Brian to go over the details- to getting everything scheduled and starting the project- I was beyond impressed. I have waited awhile to post because I was not satisfied with the work done on my home . I bought my house in Feb, it needed some work done such as bathroom remodeling, front stairs and a few other things . I thought the contractor did an horrible job ,I know its not the businesses fault but since they have found out that I am experiencing some issues especially with my front stairs they have mad an effort to fix whatever needs to be get fix. On Wed they will be here to take a look at the stairs . Im so happy and grateful that they are willing to help and not brush this under the rug . That to me is great business and hope to use them again with future projects.

Bill well builders I assume do some house repairs. They actually specialize in throwing tenants out of their homes when their landlord doesnt pay the mortgage and the big banks take over.. Villwel steps in and does evictions. A partner went to jail in 2013, not BBB endorsed and under the watchful eye of the FBI. So they get 5 stars for being a company to carry out scum what comes jobs. Do not let them touch your home. Just Google them, out of Wolcott Ct.

We recently had our house sided by Villwell Builders. I was originally dreading the prospect of the entire process, but Villwell made it so easy. The siding was meticulously installed and it looks like a new house. In addition, they completed the project quickly, paid attention to every detail and cleaned up at the end of each day. I do have to mention the project manager’s accommodating and patient attitude. I struggled deciding on a color and made a large project change after they started but he handled my requests with ease. Read the review thoroughly.So I contacted Villewell Builders after researching many different contractors and handyman services and finding out so many of services were so unreliable.So many so called contractors/handyman just never picked up the phone, voice-mail nonexistent or getting back to me a week later, very unprofessional. I understand they get very busy but it takes little time to get back to someone call or text, theres no excuse.Mark came out the following week and before the said time frame, good sign.He assessed the job and was very quick but informative.The job was to have the railings, stair railings replaced with vinyl ones and wrap the existing posts in vinyl as well. I was the middleman in this whole operation as the job was for my mother-in-law.Shortly after our meeting the emails came quick for the contract on the job, very well detailed contract and easy to fill out online.The downside to all this was the lack of communication afterwards. About a week and a half passed by with radio silence both from Mark and the office.I reached out to the office and when I inquired about the status it almost sounded like I was wasting their time. I was informed Mark would reach out, which he did the following day.Unfortunately I had to keep on top of contacting Mark week after week as I was told the job should be next week for about 2 and a half weeks.I eventually just messaged him to be direct with me and to keep open communication because the lack of it was aggrevating to both myself and mother-in-law. To his credit Mark kept his word and kept me up-to-date and informed me it would be done by the end of the week.Long story short-ish, Villewell Builders did an amazing job. They worked quickly and efficiently and the quality of their work is top tier. They gave recommendations, adjustments and acted accordingly, it was a great experience for my mother-in-law and so so for me only because of the communication.5 star work 3 star customer service, again they did better but only after I asked.

We desperately needed replacement windows in our house. Our last experience with a contractor was a disaster, so we made sure to shop around and get enough quotes. We ended up going with VillWell for a couple reasons... First being they were very responsive and replied to our inquiry right away. Second, their entire staff was extremely professional, from the booking of the appointment, to meeting with our Rep Tom, and the follow-up throughout. We were also adamant about the contractor using their own installers, and not farming it out to some no-name guy who could care less about how the job came out.VillWell had their own installers and I was shocked to see how clean and polite they were. Marshall and his team worked diligently and were very courteous. They would ask us if they could move certain things out the way and were very careful not track dirt or leave a mess. It was night and day from the last contractor we worked with so we were very grateful to have such a respectful team in our house.VillWells price was also competitive. We had received one quote lower than them, but the contractor was extremely shady and seemed disinterested in our needs. I highly recommend VillWell. We only used them for windows, but I am confident they will treat any job with the same professionalism that they have shown us.
