I received a text about an hour before my scheduled time which let me know the plumber was on his way. He actually showed up 15 min early (awesome!!) and was able to complete a full washer valve removal & installation as well as clean-up in under an hour. Ive had a run of bad experiences over the last 3 months with other local plumbers, and working with this company was refreshing. I need my hot water heater & furnace done as well; I will be using them in the near future.

JD did a very neat, tidy, professional install of our new furnace. The technicians went above and beyond to try and get a 22 yr. old system to function. After troubleshooting and installation of key components, the system failed to operate as designed and a new furnace was installed. We were out of town and our heater went out late at night. I called them and within an hour JD showed up to fix our heater. He worked with our house sitter and kept me updated and even sent pictures when he figured out was wrong. He was able to fix the heater with an hour of being there. I would highly recommend them!

Called them in an emergency on a saturday afternoon after I broke my shower valve trying to change out an extremely calcified cartridge myself. Within 30 minutes I was talking to a tech who was able to show up about 1 1/2 hours later and repaired it better than it ever was in the first place rather quickly. The tech was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

The Pluming and Heating Doctor Wasilla AK is great. I called them on a Tuesday because our toilet was leaking. They said they were scheduled out to Thursday. I let them know it was a small leak and we could wait but we only have one toilet. They had a cancellation that day and it was fixed by around 2:30. Their service was great. The person who came to my house explained step by step what he was doing. He also looked to make sure my septic tank was not plugged and He still only charged me the price quoted to me on the phone. If you are looking good service and that is fair prompt and friendly the I recommend you call the Pluming and Heating Doctor.

Best customer service and very reliable. I called because of a toilet issue.Was wonderful they were able to send JD the same day I called. Very professional and answered my questions, customer focused. Waited in van till I got home only about 10 min after I arrived. Very proud that JD would not step into the house with my 2 older female grandkids without an adult.Explained what my problem was and need to get Royal Flush for my outside pipes. I have a certain snake that I thought did not work. He used the same one and showed me the correct way to use it.JD was under his hour, so he was able to put a gasket on a pipe under my kitchen sink no more leaks!!!Recommend to everybody and will use them as long they are in business. These guys are absolutely wonderful! They serviced my water softener in July. I liked them so much I saved their number, not realizing it was actually the employee’s (Robby’s) personal cell. So when my tenant called today (Christmas Eve) with a furnace leak, I immediately called them. Although the worker was with a different company now, he still immediately recommended them, and even texted me their direct office line. I called the office right away, spoke with Tony, who was so kind, listened, understanding, and straight forward (honest) about the cost being higher due to Christmas Eve. They got us right in, fixed the issue and back to me with the details. I am absolutely so grateful. I will definitely be reaching out to them for any plumbing and heating needs in the future. I recommend them to the utmost!

So we just bought a house and know nothing about being This Type of Adult yet.The first handyman we had skipped out on us without finishing his work, so mildly panicking, I contacted the crew at Plumbing and Heating Doctor.They came out, immediately saw my issue, and talked me through how they planned to fix it. They were very knowledgeable, and very thorough, and were able to explain a lot to us without making us feel dumb or in over our heads. They ordered the part immediately- while they were still at my house- and put a temporary fix in place to contain our leak.They followed up with us the next day to make sure the temporary fix was working for us, and when the part came in about a week later, they were back fixing everything, making all the pipes pretty again like nothing had ever happened.They took the time to answer our questions not only about the current project, but the rest of the heating system as well, and then on his way out, he tweaked the heat in our shower for us so it actually gets hot-hot. 🤤I wish these guys were my neighbors. I would call them over all the time with questions for random projects and repairs.Cannot recommend them any higher!! Very reliable, professional, and competent.

I called Plumbing & Heating Doctor to diagnose an in-wall drain that was backing up with suds from the Washing Machine and they came out same-day without hesitation. They asked appropriate questions to diagnose the issue and gain an understanding of the problem. They ended up checking the crawlspace, snaking the drain and testing the appliance to see if the problem could still be replicated. While they were here - I also asked for some advice regarding our water softener and filter and they shared some tips on both ways to save money and perform the maintenance myself. The technician was very knowledgeable & thorough and the price was very reasonable. I would without a doubt use these guys again for either plumbing or HVAC troubleshooting, installation or remodeling.

I usually dont bother writing these reviews (good or bad) other than doing stars occasionally. Not my thing. However, Tony and his guys have always jumped through hoops to fix my problems with my aging heating unit, and felt they deserved my time to write one. I noticed D Y (below in the comments) had a very similar problem to ours last winter, probably those several really cold days. However, my experience with Tony and his workers was the opposite. They came as quickly as they could (stated they were already on other jobs), fixed the busted pipe, went and got furnace parts, had me up and running before the house froze. They worked with my insurance (even though my insurance isnt the best) and I was reimbursed for most of the repair/damage. Later I had them move cable and thermostat to a better location and they did an awesome job (looked like it had always been there). Recently, had a new motor go out that was still under warranty from the manufacturer, and Tony came out and got me running again temporarily, then later got the warrantied part changed out. I would and I will recommend them to anyone and they will be doing my furnace upgrade when I have the money for the new unit. A++++

I will say, I do feel I over paid for the installation of my tankless water heater. However, other than departing with more money than I would have liked, I feel like it was worth it. What I paid extra for in this transaction was a company I feel I can trust. While I was quoted less from other companies for the same installation, I am not sure it would have been done as well, nor with the same reassurance the Plumbing and Heating Doctor provides. Some of the interactions I had with the other companies made it feel as though they were not listening to my requests. Others did not take the time to ask questions. Some simply did not get back to me with estimates at all. Robbie, the gentleman who came to my house to set up an accurate estimate and go over all aspects of the installation, was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable. The next day, literally, he and his team came over to install the unit, and I couldnt help but notice how Mason, was wiping down every bit of what they had installed to remove any gunk, oil, or residue left by the installation process. When they left, they unit was practically shimmering. They thoroughly explained every part of the system they installed, including standard maintenance it needs over time. They services all my questions and once again emphasized that they stand behind their products and services and that a 1 year warranty means everything is covered short of an act of God. And I believe them.

They have always been there when we needed them. From pinhole leaks in copper pipes to replacing our air exchange system, these guys work hard and get the job done. Our most recent issue came from a broken connection under our jacuzzi tub. The access hatch is too small to reach much but the plumber squeezed in as far as he could and completed the entire repair at arms length while laying at an uncomfortable angle. They sure earned their money that day!
