    Non-emergency underground utility work, called and the offered to be out to take a look the next day. Had a full quote before end of the week.Work was done timely and even added a couple pieces of service that was not on the quote.Ricky took care of us quite well and the work was done right. Prices very reasonable compared to some others for a similar job done a couple years before.

    I wish every business operated with the level of professionalism and integrity that this company does. We needed to have a complete sewer line replacement in an older 1950s ranch house. After a very pleasant conversation with Eric about the scope of the job, the company came within 2 days and gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the cost of all three other estimates that we received. Then, after accepting the proposal, the job was completed within 3 days and everything has been working perfectly! I cant thank them enough and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service, or any of the services they provide. They have restored my faith that there are some honest, hard-working businesses, who know their craft very well still operating out there.

    I am truly thankful for R&B line opening services. Within an hour and a half of calling them they were here and Cleared our pipe. I highly recommend them, and we will use them again without a doubt! My technician was Keith, and he was very thorough.

    Ryan and his helper were great! I called R&B Line opening service and they responded quickly and they were able to come out couple days later. I used them to jet my main lines as of a preventive maintenance measure. They talked me through the process and then showed me the camera through the pipe how clean it was once they were done. I would recommend using them!

    Ive been using the team at R&B for several years. Weve got an older city home and you run into issues from time to time. Theyve opened our sewage line and ground the pipes and recently, they updated and replaced some piping from our shower. They are responsive and dispatch people immediately. Ryan and Lucas are very friendly and you must trust them in your house and to get the job done. Were repeat customers for several reasons, and we will never use another plumber in Lancaster County because of their work and how they treat us.

    Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend R&B. They provided next day service for my sewer line clog. Rick got to work right away before I even could come to the door! Had my problem solved very quickly. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

    They go above and beyond! Not only did they fix our clogged kitchen sink, at an extremely reasonable price compared to the bigger guys, they noticed our front door latch was jammed, so they fixed that too! Very friendly, helpful & hard working. Cannot say enough nice things. Will definitely spread the word and call again for any future problems around our home.

    We had an issue with a slow drain that clogged right before the holiday. A call in the morning resulted in a service person coming out, working on the problem and providing a fast resolution. He even talked me through the reason why it happened (not good pipe material) and steps we need to consider for the future. Highly recommend the folks at R&B Line Opening Services.

    Recommended to me by Lanco Mechnical. I call R&B, spoke with a live person (not an answering machine) and someone was out in just over an hour. He unclogged the two drains and was out the door in an hour.Price was reasonable and I will use again if needed and recommend to anyone who asks.

    We had a floor drain in our snack bar that kept backing up. A couple of years ago I had another company come out to try and fix it but they said I had a broken drain line and extensive repairs were needed to permanently fix it. I was able to hold off until this spring and it started backing up again. I called R & B and they were able to open the drain. They accessed the drain from a different location and removed the clog. I’ll never use the other company again.

    Keith came to unclog the sewer. In my 12 years of dealing with plumbers Ive never seen such dedication and profesionalism. Keith used a camera down the sewer drain and actually had to cut tree roots in order to solve the issue. High tech stuff,I was impressed. Fast,accurate,R&;B plumbing is the only service you will ever need. Highly recommend them!!!

    I couldnt be happier with the service we recieved. Kieffer was prompt and commutative through our whole process. I didnt realize how bad our issue was until Kieffer contacted me. He went above and beyond to supply me with the contacts I needed beyond our pipe repair. I will never use any other company for any future plumbing problems that may occur.     I used them for my rental. The main line clogged and was backing up into the basement. I was out of town which increased my stress level. They met my guy I had looking over my rental while I was away, unclogged the main line, so my friend could clean up the basement for me. I called them around 2:30 and they met my guy at 5:15. I will always use R and B.
