    Was very happy for Jeremy to come over and take care of my shower unit and condensation pump for my furnace. He accurately assessed and repaired the problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. I live in an older unit so I know that things are difficult to work around but he did an excellent job! Financing was easily worked out as well with the main office; they are very knowledgeable and quick to assist. I would highly recommend Connors for any plumbing or heating job needed!

    Had a furnace issue with heat and the technician Corey arrived within an hour after calling the company. He solved the issue within an hour and explained the situation very well. Now the furnace is good to face the winter. Very reasonable price for repair, and I even signed up their membership program (optional) for future free annual checkups and discounts, and I thought the membership price of $13 per month is more than reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend!

    Came to replace coil in my AC, took about 3 hours--shorter than estimated. Went in and out quietly and quickly. Was respectful and courteous. Told me what they had done and left me with NO clean-up. Great service--will recommend to anyone!

    The gentleman was very polite. He was very friendly and helpful. I thought i would have a lot of things to be fixed being the age of my furnace. I was surprised all i needed was a little adjustment with my burner. He explained it would help my furnace burner be more efficient. Itā€™s kind of nice not being ripped off for things you donā€™t need. Will definitely have to get them back if I do need something fixed.

    If they had more stars, they would deserve that!! Corey and Brady were the nicest guys!! They even loved my naughty dog who wanted to help them!! They went thru a couple of issues we need to be more proactive on. Checked over a toilet my husband fixed, and it actually was good!!     These guys fixed my pipes to my bath tub, shower and vanity. I thought the price was reasonable but I do receive a discount for being a part of the subscription they have which saved me a few hundred dollars!!! Very polite respectful and explained everything beforehand. Quick and professional.

    We just had the worst flooding in 19 years at our residence, we didnt have a sump pump, everywhere in the area was booked out weeks, I run a business from home, Connors came out Tuesday and by Thursday they were here installing a sump pump and basin, by Friday evening the ground water was drying up and we could get to cleanup, here it is Sunday and were back in business!The 2 person crew did a great job and happy with the company coming out in a short time period,Thank you for saving my home and my lively hood.

    I am such a satisfied and happy customer of Connors. They have the best customer service around! After seeing my parents have work done by them the past two years, I was so impressed with the quality. So when it came time for me to need a new AC unit. I didnt hesitate and decided to give Conners a call. They always impress me with how much they care about their customers, just like family. That day, a nice gentleman named Brian came to the home to inspect the work and give me an estimate on the job. They even had an awesome promotion of buying a furnace and getting a free AC unit included. It was a no-brainer since both units were roughly 16 years old, and it was time to replace them. The units were a high-end brand Daikin, and the price with installation was one you couldnt beat! After purchasing this great deal. Brain was able to get me set up with his install team within a week. Wow, was I impressed. Derek and Preston arrived on time that day for installing my new fancy units. Talk about a great team. Those boys are sure knowledgeable about their work. They were so courteous about any of the questions I had asked. They are such hard workers and couldnt have asked for a better crew to be at my home. Everything was done so pristine just as if they were at their own home. You wouldnt even be able to tell they were here with how well they cleaned up. The new units look absolutely beautiful and Ill be a long-time Connors customer. Dont go wrong and give them a call when you want peace of mind and know the right people are taking care of your home.

    I am very upset šŸ˜  and I thought I had purchased a good water heater, after 1 3/4 of a year the darn thing has a problem. The part is under Warranty but the Labor is over the hill . I dont understand why I have to pay a very high Labor cost? If the part is under Warranty the company ( Connors Plumbing) should not have to charge such a High Price for labor. If I had known the service charges were so high I would have never Purchased from Connors!!!! No Good reviews from me. I will be calling them and letting them know how UPSET I am. Never will I have them do anything else šŸ˜”!!!!!!!!!!!

Tristan was the tech that helped us today with cleaning the blower motor on our furnace and he was incredibly nice and left us with a much more efficient furnace, which is a relief now that were heading into winter.     I called connors this morning as I had a pipe burst open and the water wasnā€™t shutting off, they sent Carson out and he explained that because of where the pipe burst we had to wait till my well tank emptied. He was very thorough, explaining to me what happened, and in what needed to be done to fix it and the cost of exactly what he was going to be doing. He did a great job, made sure to turn on all the valves that I had turned off, showed me his work and asked if I had any questions. I am very thankful that he was able to help. Just shows that one bad experience at a company doesnā€™t mean they will all be that way. Thank you Connors, truly grateful!

    Connors Plbg & Htg did a very good job replacing my leaky hot water heater. I called @ 8:30am, & the plumber arrived @ 11am. Jake was very professional, & was very knowledgeable in water heater installation. I would rate 4.75 stars if I could. Im okay with the price that I paid. It was the same price as quoted, but I would have liked a detailed breakdown of the costs. I would recommend Connors to others based on promptness & qualified plumbers.

    Carson and Mike were both great. Both were super helpful and explained everything great before I had to make decisions. They both gave me great advice without trying to just up sell me. I felt like both of them were looking out for me as a customer. Carson replaced my thermostats and Mike replaced my elements? I think. Mike showed me what he replaced and I know I made the most informed decision I could on something I knew nothing about because he explained it so well. I didnā€™t feel pressured to do more than I felt comfortable doing. I would recommend them to everyone and I did on my personal Facebook page.

    I just want to say I cant thank Chris and Connors enough!!! I called Connors because our furnace wasnt working. We have a home warranty but the company that was dispatched from the home warranty company couldnt come to our home for at least two days. I was worried I wouldnt be able to get someone out to our home to fix our furnace due to the weather and the large volume of service calls that come with the colder weather. I am so glad I called Connors! I was told I would be out on the board right away and before I knew it a technician had been assigned. Jessica and Alex in the office were very kind, responsive, and kept me in the loop in regards to the name and status of my technician and his e.t.a... Chris came to my home and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard working. He diagnosed the multiple issues with our furnace including the fact that our exterior intake and exhaust for our furnace was clogged and buried by the snow. Chris went above and beyond and cleared the snow from our furnace exhaust and intake, cleaned the flame sensor, and wrote detailed notes to pass on the the warranty companys HVAC tech. Chris was able to get our furnace up and running again so we could be warm again. And, whole our furnace may be on its last legs and many technicians would have refused to work on it, Chris worked his magic to get it up and running for the time being. We are so grateful to Chris and Connors, so much so that we joined their Service Partner program and will be using them for our plumbing and HVAC maintenance from now on!

    Our water-softener went on the fritz! My husband and I are relatively new homeowners and had no clue what to do. We figured calling a plumber was going to be smart so that was step 1. We then anxiously waited for them to arrive. Then Kris appeared! He was honest with us and told us that our water-softener needed to be replaced. He also found that the water softener was spurting out water inside the mechanical part of the machine (which explained the weird noises I was hearing!!). So he ended up installing a bypass so we could at least use our water until he can come back out and install a new water-softener after the weekend. He seems like a great guy to us and he does outstanding work for a reasonable price!

    Our heat went out on a Saturday. I called Connors right away Sunday morning and with 10 minutes Zach Hadley called me back and provided information on cost and options and also said he could be at our house within the hour.
