    I’ve said it before and will say it again…J&H plumbing is truly wonderful and a God send! They are reasonably priced, communication is great, and will work with you on what needs replacing/repaired. Very understanding of situations and kind hearted. Mr Blake came out to repair a leak that actually needed more TLC than expected. They had to replace defective coupling’s, pipe from half way to meter all the way to the house, and shut off valve. They both were wonderful, worked hard on a Saturday so I could have water and made sure it was cost effective for me. Thank you so much for ALL your help and getting my water back on in a timely manner!

    Strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.Very strongly.I had 3 pieces of work: water heater replacement, and 2 toilet replacements.Spoke with Jay about getting the materials I needed for the replacements (his advice was spot on for what I needed to purchase) and about scheduling the job.Picked up the materials myself and had them on site for installation about a week later.Blake arrived on time the day of the job, took a look around to get a better scope of the work, assessed the materials I purchased from my local big box home store, and then, the work began.The entire process was quick, professional, and very competitively priced.FYI: I checked with another “local” company in Knoxville (I won’t say their name, but their billboards are everywhere) and their prices were literally outrageously high. Like, prohibit me from getting the replacements done “too high”.J and H Plumbing is an excellent company for any plumbing work you may have. Give them a buzz, be patient with their return communications (understand, they’re busy), and you won’t be let down at all.Jay was great, Blake was fantastic.A+ work. Will do business with again soon.

    Best service ever. I highly recommend. Even though it ended up being a very difficult and time consuming job because of how my kitchen is set up, Blake was super nice and patient and very kind and kept his cool without showing any signs of frustration at all. He did a fantastic job putting in a new water heater. I called on Sunday and he was here early Monday morning jolly on the spot. Great experience

    Blake showed up and got us fixed right up! These guys know what they are doing and do good work. Showed up on Saturday before the holiday and didn’t over charge for doing it. Blake went above and beyond and didn’t even complain about all the “help” our crazy pup decided he needed.

    Second time I’ve done business with J and H. Second time I’ve been happy.Texted Sunday before week of Thanksgiving about a leak in my water heater.They were out in 48hrs.Figured out the leak was caused because of my mistake (yes, my mistake not theirs) of providing flex pipe during their prior install.They diagnosed and fixed the issue, added a new pressure relief valve, and did that all the week of thanksgiving within 2 hours.Consummate professionals, worth every penny.Hats off the Blake as well.

    Super friendly and professional! Hired them when I bought my sink and faucet at Lowe’s. He did a great job and even took the time to show me how to use the new faucet before he left! Will definitely be using their services again!

    Very happy with Jays work and professionalism! I called him before I closed on my home and he returned my call right away. My closing got delayed but he worked around my timeline, and got things done right away for me once I closed. He did a great job installing a shower/bath insert, capping off a gas line, and installing a pressure gauge. Ill be sending any future plumbing work Jays way for sure.

    I had sewage backing up in both bath tubs & shower (which was a discusting nightmare) due to a clogged main line. J came out at the time he said he would and was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He fixed the problem in a very timely manner and also gave me plenty good advice and helpful tips on other stuff. When the work was done I was extremely happy with the price. My family & I are very greatful and will definatly use J and H Plumbing again for any of our plumbing needs.

    Jay installed a water heater for me last year in July thru the LOWES install service and was very prompt and courteous as he di d an excellent job on the water heater installation. This time I called him and asked him to submit a bid on replacing my main water line that was 50 yrs. old. He submitted a very fair bid price the next day and said he would start the job 2 days later . Once again he was very prompt and courteous as was his helper Richard. They were both very professional and left the jobsite both inside and outside in great shape. I would highly recommend J and H Plumbing.

    Just had an emergency water heater swap on a late Sunday afternoon. Called Jay and he responded and within an hour was at my home. He went for a replacement and parts, returned and installed. Very professional, and made my wife happy to have hot water for a shower.

    Try find a Plumber on New Years Day, much less get one to come out and do a job. January 1, 2019 our water heater sprung a leak out the bottom bad enough it flooded 2 rooms of the house in minutes. Jay not only fixed our problem but fixed it so if it ever happens again, it wont flood the house and a very reasonable cost. He did a great job installing the newheater and guarantees his work. Im very pleased to know that we have a plumber of his caliber in our area and recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing work.5 yrs later. Just had a new toilet installed. Great service and price. We dont use anyone else. They installed an new full sizewalk in shower a couple years ago. Same thing, great job, greatcourteous service. Jay and Blake are our plumbers.
