    Professional Roofing Solutions and Timothy McClurg did an excellent job replacing our roof! Timothy was here the day after the storm and inspected the entire house for wind and hail damage. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was also present when the insurance adjuster came to do his inspection. I highly recommend Timothy and Professional Roofing Solutions!!

    Professional Roofing Solutions did an excellent job replacing our roof after hail damage. Taylor T was our main representative throughout the process and took the time to answer any and all questions. The ordering team reached out to keep us updated with when the materials would be delivered, when roofing and gutter teams would be on site, as well as any additional updates with insurance, supplies, etc. Susanna in the billing department was also extremely helpful and took the time to walk through the final invoice and answer any questions. All in all it was an excellent experience with extremely professional staff and a job completed in an efficient manner!

    I was apart of the Microburst on Chapman Lake and got in contact with Brandon Ditton. He came out and assured me my home was not damaged and even went the extra mile to reseal all of my pipe boots for extra protection. I definitely recommend this company to anybody in need of construction work!

    They were absolutely Awesome and Amaz- ing everyone from the Salesman to Super- visers on each Job that I had them Hired to to Complete for me were done with Perfec- tion from Beginning to End. They did theTear off of my Roof and Aluminum Awning. Then put on a New Roof and Extended out the Front of the Roof to Add an Awning. Took off the Old Wrought Iron Posts that had rusted and Added New Wooden Ones to Support the New Awning. They Tore Down the Aluminum Sun Room on the back of House. They Tore the Old Aluminum Siding off the House and Installed New Siding. They Installed New Shudders and Wrapped around the inside of the Large Garage Door. They Installed New Gutters. The Salesman Ben Gault was Stupendous he worked with me from Day 1 and made sure that I got everything that was looking for to get done on my House for my Remo- del and for the Money that I had to spend.Randy, Heath and Curt were the Supervisorsthat I worked with on the Jobs and they were Amazing 🤩 and their Crews were so Wonderful! The Clean-up was like nothing I had ever seen on a Job before (not a speck of anything!) Perfection.I Highly Recommend this Company! I cannot say enough Great 😃 about this Company!

    Had an amazing experience! Jovani G. was very professional and was very helpful throughout the whole process. We decided to get a free quote done on our roof and did not realize how much damage we had until after the inspection was done! Not only did they help us with a new roof but also were able to help us get new gutters as well. The whole team was very professional and the installation of the roof was quick and smooth.     My contact with Professional Roofing Solutions is with Rod West the Roof Doctor. He performed a thorough inspection on our roof for weather-related damages, specifically hail and wind. He was also on hand to walk through the roof inspection with my insurance companys inspector. I believe his efforts resulted in a very positive approval outcome.Did I mention the old roof was off and the new one was on in a day? The roof is up now, and the process was less than 2 months from the initial contact and inspection. I would recommend this service and expertise to my friends and neighbors.

    A tree fell on our roof causing damage to the roof and to one of the trusses that support it. The insurance company was acting in what I can only call bad faith, trying to wear us down to accept less than 10% of what we were due.Professional Roofing Solutions fought them on our behalf for 7 months, came to our home every time the insurer sent a different adjuster (which happened 4 times), and ended up getting the insurance company to pay for all the necessary repairs.The repairs were performed quickly and are flawless, the crew took pictures at every step of the process and those were made available to me in their website so I know exactly what was done and how.All throughout the process every single person with whom I dealt was professional, helpful and knowledgeable.The quality of the work is such that neighbors came to look at the final result!I would recommend nobody else!

    We have a large deck over a 2-car garage roof that needed to be repaired. This was a challenging task from a technical standpoint. We had so many other companies come out to give us a quote and as my brother said, You could just see their brain lock up trying to figure it out. We were so happy to find Professional Roofing. They came out and their team was able to fit specific products they knew about to the job on the spot and come up with a solution. Matt and Rich were great to deal with. Matt wasnt happy with how a part of the job turned out, so he had the team come back and rework it. The end result was great. To top it off, I do not live in the area, so we had to work through everything remotely. I highly recommend this company especially if you have a job that is more of a technical challenge.

    Wow, what great service! My neighbor was getting a quote on some roof repairs and I asked the technician if he could do a quick repair on some fascia that had come loose in a storm recently.
