The company from my first call, to the electrician coming to our home, then finding and fixing our issue, was extremely professional in all aspects. Called on Tuesday (10/1) of this week to have someone come put a provide an estimate of an electrical project we needed completed (rewiring 6 outlets, installing a ceiling fan and lighting fixture along with switches for the fan & light). I had an appointment for the estimate on Thursday. Matt came out and went over everything with us, and then let us know that a crew had an opening on Friday (less than 24 hours) and could do all the work. The price was reasonable, and we really wanted to get the work done. Pablo and (sorry I forgot the other mans name) were the best. They were very personable and made sure to answer all my questions as well as confirm all the work to be done prior to getting started. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. My wife and I are extremely pleased with work.

I had to have my electrical panel replaced. The guys that did it were friendly and on time and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It seemed to go smoothly and it looked like what they told me it would. Overall it was a good experience I would for sure do business with them in the future if I ever need any electrical work again.

I called knees on a friday evening. We had a faulty main disconnect switch at main. No power.Knees sent electrician Doug M. out right away. Hurricane Helenes damage had power off for a week. Knees Electrical Service installed a new mast head, meter box, and wiring at my mothers. From the first phone call to the completed job, Knees employees were personable and professional. Matt, Eric, and Pablo worked until after 11 pm. to get our house ready for power to be restored. Heather in the office persisted in getting the local electric company to inspect and restore our electricity. Thank you all for your efforts!
