    Randy got assigned my work order and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Not only did he thoroughly address the issues I called in for, but he explained everything in great detail on how things should/shouldn’t work so I know what to keep an eye out for in the future. Very personable and communicative tech. I made sure to grab a couple of his business cards before he left because I will be referring him to others in need of plumbing services. A++ Randy !!!

    I’ve been a American Home Shield customer for over 21 years. Recently I had a crack on the side of my toilet tank. The 1st technician who came out was extremely efficient. He contacted me several times after he left to give me information if my coverage would pay for a new toilet. He went far & beyond. Two days later when 2 other technicians came out to install new toilet I’ve never in 21 years, with other services calls through out those years, experienced a professional, knowledgeable, informative technician. He did more than I expected. 100% The plumbing company who send this gentleman out was Grade A.

    Services used via American Home Shield warranty. My toilet was leaking at the base, and the plumber (Brian) was dispatched within 24hrs. He was very nice and professional. He diagnosed our issue and helped put a fix in place quickly while also letting us know what to expect in the future.

    We had an emergency yesterday morning - our water heater started to leak. So, I called Grade A Plumbing, they were highly recommended by my buddy. In few hours Randy was at our house and fixed the problem. We also followed his recommendation and upgraded our water heating system in the same appointment. Randy was working quickly, efficiently and neatly. We were extremely pleased and we will certainly be using this business in future.

    Matthew was our technician that came to address a leak in our shower. He took care of the issue right away and then also helped fix a pressure issue in our kitchen sink.     Always Great Service and Job! I have been using them for about 10 years. They have never let me down, and the best thing about them is, they do the job right the first time. Even when I had the old pink tile bathroom from the 60’s to the modern one I have now, they always do good work. Randy always does a good job fixing and explaining the issue, and the owner, Adam is great to work with too. You won’t go wrong hiring these guys.

    Grade A Plumbing is the best! I first had them in 2021 when they were assigned by my warranty company American Home Shield to repair a clogged toilet. They fixed it right away. Since then I ask for them to be assigned when I have a plumbing problem. They just came out last week to fix a bathroom sink faucet problem. They were honest, courteous and professional and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them!!!!!

    Grade A Plumbing was assigned as contractor through my home appliance insurance. Matthew immediately determined that the problem was not with my water heater, as I had initially thought. He could have left at that point and reported the job complete. Instead he took the time to fix the actual problem… and did not make me feel ashamed for my mistake! Matthew was professional and kind; a combination of qualities not to be taken for granted. Highly recommended!

    Was having some issues with low water pressure throughout my house and 2 slow flushing/clogged toilets. We had 2 plumbers come out for our appointment, Larry was the one I spoke to and he was a pleasure to work with. They were on time and professional, and it took them less than an hour (maybe even less than half an hour) to fix everything up. We’re very pleased with the results. Larry was knowledgeable and excellent at explaining things to me. Would be happy to work with them again if needed.

    I have to say I had a bad taste in my mouth from the last person trying to fix the issue (not grade A plumbing). But Joseph was a true professional and completely won me back over with his knowledge, expertise, great customer service, and overall just a great employee and individual. He broke everything down and actually knew what he was talking about while giving exceptional service. Fixed the issue in no time and corrected the last guys mistakes. He was mindful of my newborn and made sure everything was good for his safety. I wish I could give him more then five stars!

    They replaced a toilet pump in my basement bathroom. The gentleman, Matthew, did a great job. So far, everything is working fine. Matt was determined to fix the issue and he was extremely knowledgeable about the situation. My only concern was the 9-1 window for service was not adhered to. They didnt get out to my house until 2:30 pm. A phone call would have been nice, but instead, I had to call them. Other than that, everything else seemed to go well.

    Grade A has been to my home a few times and have done a fantastic job. I live in an old home but when Grade A came and fixed a plumbing issue it was fixed for good. Larry and Randy have been the technicians I have personally dealt with and they were “Grade A” professionals. Grade A has always been timely in responding to my home and having six people in my home I really appreciate it.

    Our upstairs toilets have had random issues! We have had several people come and say different things. The first time this company came out, he knew right away our issue was our hard water and we have extreme lime build up! It was the best it has been in years but problem came back (our faults). Matthew and Dylan came out today - maybe 45 days later. I assumed bc I did a CLR once and the previous guy cleaned it all was good. Nope- I did to do it every time our toilets are cleaned! Just pour some CLR over night and let it sit! Matthew was full of knowledge and went above and beyond is getting out chunks of lime! I got a huge thing of CLR and all of our toilets will be soaking it in! Thank you Matthew and Dylan! I appreciate your knowledge and hard work! And going one step further! Thanks again!!

    Update 10/13/23Used Grade A for the 3rd time due to what I thought was a leaky pipe. Turned out the noise I heard was pipe expansion and not a leak. The tech, Randy, took so much time searching everything for me and my peace of mind to help ease my anxiety. Since he was here I brought up another issue and he immediately decided he was going to take care of that for me since he was here. To have a technician that really cared about my home and my anxiety levels (we all know plumbing things are scary!), really was an amazing experience. He went above and beyond for me and all with a smile on his face. It’s hard to find someone you fully trust and Randy with Grade A is one of these people. Words really can’t accurately express how amazing he was and I would recommend him to everyone.Update 8/30/23This is my 2nd time using Grade A through my home warranty company, this time for a hot water replacement and the service was perfect. Larry took his time to repair obsolete piping and damage done by a previous plumber.     My experience with Grade A Plumbing was excellent from beginning to end. Katie is the lady who called to find out what the problem was, & schedule my appointment. She was friendly, personable & even gave me some advice for my problem! Matt was the plumber who came out for the problem. He was on time, called ahead & was very professional. He knew what the problem was in minutes, had the part in his truck & fixed it on the spot. I am also very impressed with how well he knows his trade. I had several questions about how to take preventative measures with our plumbing/toilets. He was very patient & thorough while advising me on how to keep my drains clear. He didn’t have to take that time to help me, so I appreciate that. It is hard to find this kind of service in this day & age. I couldn’t be happier with Grade A Plumbing!

    After a nightmare of a blockage and overflow, Grade A was extremely patient with me as I was extremely overwhelmed and upset. They sent their senior tech Larry out to the property to assess the situation.     I have used Grade A over the last few years on minor leaks and clogs in my kitchen and had been satisfied. Recently we needed their help to remove and replace an old drain pipe in my home. It was our first major plumbing project with them and everything went as planned. They were very professional and timely in their response. The project was completed on time and the cost was exactly what they estimated.

    Grade A was dispatched through my home warranty company to deal with an issue with our garbage disposal, which turned out to actually be two different issues - 1 with the garbage disposal and 1 with “gunk” in the pipes. They replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and cleared out the pipes and we can use our kitchen sink again! They arrived within their timeframe, were friendly and professional and I’d definitely use them again - with it without the home warranty..

    I agree with the last reviewer completely. Randy and Joe were very professional and friendly. Everything was handled very well. I was actually excited after they were done with the work because I had a lot of problems that are all fixed now. I am thinking about getting a sump pump installed and I would not hesitate to have Randy install it for me. Highly recommend this company. Also, Randy gave me advice to winterize outdoor pipe which I am very glad I did with this freezing weather.

    We had used Grade A Plumbing previously through our home warranty. We had gotten rid of our home warranty since but decided to have Grade A out to help with a (very) leaky shower spout a few weeks ago. Had a very good experience. Danny explained our options clearly and helped us choose the repair option that we felt was best. Danny was professional, knowledge, and very personable. Work was done in a timely manner too.     Brian was wonderful! He was on time (within the time frame provided) and was in and out within 5 minutes. Took one look at the problem and was able to take care of it immediately. Greg, one of the apprentices, walk me through step by step on how to better maintain and take care of my new water heater.     Our hot water heater started leaking and our home warranty company assigned Grade A Plumbing. They came out on Wednesday and confirmed our water heater was leaking. On Friday afternoon they installed the new unit. Unfortunately for us, the element didnt work and we had no hot water. I called the company and left a message and received a call back in about 20 minutes. The owner came over almost immediately, identified the problem and had the hot water heater fixed and working in about an hour. An hour after he left he called us to make sure the water was hot and the heater was working.

    It’s not easy to find a company that cares about performing quality work and making their customers happy. I’m so thankful to have found Grade A, whose name says it all. Larry of Grade A is an amazing plumber. Grade A, and specifically Larry, have performed several plumbing services for me over the last few months, including: installing a new sump pump and battery backup system; replacing unsafe water lines: installing an outside spigot; and fixing a shower faucet. Also, I had a pipe leak inside a ceiling and Grade A sent Larry over to fix that in a short period of time. I highly recommend Larry and Grade A for any plumbing services.

    Thank Goodness for Randal from Grade A Plumbing.     Today, Adam and Dylan repaired my hot water heater. It was like having family members helping you at a time of severe need. I was walked through the details expertly. I now know more about my plumbing, fixtures, etc. In addition, my sink overflowed causing a leak in my sealing while Grade A was still working on my heater. Adam used his dry vac to resolve to matter. Instead of charging more, he gave me a good customer discount and refused to take a tip. Going forward, only Grade A can repair the plumbing in my home!

    Larry came out to fix a hose bib that wouldn’t shut off. After starting the repair, he noticed there was a leak in a pipe for the kitchen sink.     Randy from Grade A came to our home last week to address a leak issue with our toilet that was flooding our first floor ceiling and dripping through our crown molding onto the floor. Grade A was hired by our home warranty company to inspect and make any necessaryrepairs, as long as they were covered in our contract of course. My wife and I were at our whits end before Randy arrived. For about two weeks we had been battling back and forth with our warranty company to send a half decent plumber to diagnose and fix our problem (which we expected to be a simple wax ring seal failure; the toilet is 40 years old). The first company they sent was horrible. They refused to inspect any seals or gaskets in the toilet until they were able to visually see the leak, so they proceeded to flush our toilet 40 times to get the leak to appear. Within the hour appointment, the leak didnt appear, so the plumber left. The following morning our plaster ceiling was completely saturated and water was seeping through in places that we had not seen water before. After complaining to the warranty company, they tried to make it right by assigning Grade A to our service request, and what a difference it made. Randy was able to clearly see we had a leak from all the water damage to our ceiling, didnt give us any BS about needing to visually observe the leak, and when I suggested he look at the wax ring he did not argue. When he lifted the toilet up, lo and behold, the seal was completely crumbled. He installed a new seal quickly, and even took the time to clear out mineral build up in the toilets drain pipe and bleach down our bathroom floor after he was done, both of which he did not need to do under the narrow warranty repair guidelines. Randy did a great job and my wife and I will definitely consider Grade A if we need plumbing work done in the future. Im docking one star because their office staff doesnt answer the phone half the time, and never returns your call if you leave a voicemail.

    I never leave reviews but felt compelled. I used them through my American home shield warranty. I requested the service at 12:30a. They called me by 8a that morning with a window of 11a-3p same day service. They arrived at noon and fixed my ejector pump within an hour. The 2 gentlemen that came out were friendly and very helpful

    Grade A plumbing was quick to respond to my request. They responded within an hour of the claim (through AHS). I appreciated it every much especially after the first provider AHS recommended failed to honor their appointment.I could track the arrival of the technician by the link the firm provided. The plumber Mr. Marsailes arrived right on time and was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem with the sump pump, provided me my two options. He replaced the sump pump and was done within minutes.I could imagine some folks reporting negative experience during the last week because the storm Ida caused a lot of damage in our area and that created a high demand for plumbing jobs. However, compared to the other provider who did not even communicate properly, uphold the appointment, and erratically cancelled without a basic courtesy of a phone call, this was a blessing. I am grateful for my experience with Marsailes and Grade A Plumbing. I recommended them strongly, and would use them again any day.

    Our water heater blew Sunday night, Monday morning I called to schedule a visit to see what’s up. They were able to come out within 2 hours and determine what happened and temporarily get it working. Tuesday they brought the new unit. We were scheduled for 10, they came at 10. They said about 2-3 hours of work, they finished about 12:45. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything as if Undisturbed. Super punctual, super nice, very efficient, knowledgeable team. There’s a reason Ive only use Grade A Plumbing since I’ve had my own home. They rescued me out of 3 major incidents in my home (broken kitchen faucet/disposal, pipe burst in basement, and this water heater). I am beyond thankful for Grade A, these gentlemen are truly topknotch, knowledge, experts!

    Today Larry showed up for two not so small jobs (laundry pump replacement and tub faucet replacement). Not only that but he had to do so with a dog and two toddlers running around. He did the jobs expertly and proudly. In addition he took time to wish the 5 year old a happy birthday. Larry walked me through everything and explained all of the warranties. He fixed some extra errors that the previous owners had made. Great experience and will use again (if anything else needs it!)

    Punctual, professional and honest!!!!!Update: I wonder if the fast quick service to tighten my valve would have saved my water heater if a more thorough diagnosis was completed. Anyways ...the leaking main valve that was only tightened in Aug has now been completely replaced along with the water heater (slow leak) and extension tank. Both techs arrived within time frame, parts arrived quickly and professionally completed the work order. American Home Shield came through as usual saving me hundreds!

    The Grade A team have done several things at our home. Most recently they installed a new Vanity and Sink in a bathroom. This required a little extra plumbing work based on how previous owner had installed. The two plumbers carefully removed the old and installed the new with meticulous finishing. Really appreciate that they took the care on the install and cleaned up everything. They also are great about calling ahead of appointment so you can expect arrival time.

    The technicians (Ken and an apprentice) got to my house within the first hour of the four hour window given (which is always nice, not much waiting around). They were friendly and knowledgeable and were able to quickly assess what the issue was. They were thorough in resolving it, and they kept me informed through the process (snaking the main drain for my house). I also asked if they would look at something totally unrelated to the reason for the service call (running toilet) since they were here. They offered to replace the broken part, since they had the needed part in their truck and were already here, for a lower rate than they would typically charge for the job.     Recently I had an issue with my water in kitchen going down slowly and I tried the baking soda and vinegar method and when I went underneath cabinet I saw that there was water leaking out. I called my insurance who then called Grade A Plumbing who called and confirmed a next day service. The next day Larry from Grade A called and told me he would be in 10 minutes which he was I told him the problem he looked at it went in basement found the issue and grabbed his tools and started working and before I could finish setting up to do my work he was done. In and out now who doesnt love that.

    My kitchen faucet started leaking yesterday. After submitting a service request through American Home Shield at around 9 pm yesterday (of course I paid the copay), Grade A Plumbing was assigned as my contractor. I searched the reviews and the low review score made me worried much and I had expected to have no water in my kitchen until after Christmas.Today it was really a surprise! I got a call at 10:30 am from a nice lady to schedule appointment to fix the faucet. Even to my surprise, the first available time is 11 am - 3 pm today. Of course I took it. The technician came at around 1:20 pm and he found that the pipeline inside the faucet was leaking, so he replaced the faucet and all surrounding pipelines and finished the work at 2:20 pm. Now I have a brand new kitchen faucet well installed, within 24 hours.I highly recommend Grade A Plumbing, based on my own experience.

    Had contractors do my kitchen over. They had a carpenter install sink instead of a real plumber because they did not want to pay for a real plumber. After months of plumbing problem contractor finally called a real plumber in which was Grade A Plumbing. Roy was the one who came out and did his magic. Very professional, respectful and solved the problem. I would definitely recommend Roy and would definitely request Roy if I ever need a professional plumber. Oh and by the way NEVER go through Home Depot to remodel your kitchen because they conract out to Artisan Contractors. Artisan Destroyed my kitchen. Something should have taken 3 weeks took 6 months and plumbing problem until Grade A was called and Roy came to the rescue. Thank you. Roy is the BEST

    Had them today to service a clogged drain and two leaking faucets. Everything was completed except for a faucet which will be completed next week due to ordering parts. Came in a timely manner, was professional, courteous and pleasant. Would highly recommend to anyone.

    I had an emergency in my basement. Matthew and another gentleman explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. They were wonderful. I do have AHS and Grade A Plumbing is the company they assigned. I would wholeheartedly recommended this company.

    Awesome! Used them through American hone shield. Answered phones promptly. Gave a reasonable date to fix the issue. Gave a time window for the service day. Called 30min beforehand. Tolerated my barking dog. And of course fixed the leak and did so very quickly! Oh and did I say he tolerated my barking dog? She’s incredibly loud for a 10lb dog!

    Grade A Plumbing wss called today because a blockage issue I have been having for over 8 months.We had another company come before and they never really took the time to actually fix the issue.Grade A Plumbing sent their technician Larry who took time to really trouble shoot the issue. He suggested a certain type of vent and Oked him to do the work.I am glad the owner joined my network group and we have a GRADE A PLUMBER in our group.I will definitely be on the look out for referrals.Thanks,Tom Peta

Marsailes quickly solved the issue and took the time to show me how fix the issue with the garbage disposal on my own should the problem occur again.
