    I called PCS Plumbing to repair my toilet yesterday and was given a next day appointment. I received a call prior to my scheduled time to check if the guys could come a little earlier.     Ross & Joe did terrific work today! I had a new washer/dryer delivered this morning. Needless to say, after 15 years there was an abundance of corrosion in the faucets. Within 2 hours of calling PCS Plumbing Ross and Joe showed up and made short work replacing both faucets. I couldn’t be happier. I’m a new customer and I have only good things to say about the whole experience. Thanks PCS!

    Love PCS plumbing. Was a first time use of their services. Call out was for a leaky valve on our hot water heater. Working with Ross the Service Manager we determined the problem was the heater was not well supported and the tank had (somehow) shifted on its mounting blocks as well. So with my rudimentary carpentry skills, and Ross’ plan to realign the water heater onto more stable supports we were able to resolve all of the underlying issues with no problem.I’d certainly use PCS again should I require plumbing assistance in the future.

    We called PCS Plumbing towards the end of their work day and were super thankful that they were able to get someone to our house the following morning. Ross was able to fix our issue quickly and efficiently. I also appreciated that he called beforehand to let me know he thought he was running a little behind, although he actually ended up being a little early.     Called PCS again Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Ryan and another guy were very courteous and explained what they needed to do. Told me prices, so I wouldnt be surprised. Ryan finished the job in a timely manner. I couldnt have asked for anybody better. This was a problem totally different than last time. ThanksMy plumber was a little late, but Saundra called me from the office and let me know he was running behind. Very thoughtful.     These guys just saved me over $500!!!Story: I called yesterday afternoon after noticing my water heater was leaking badly, and after a very pleasant phone call with a super nice lady, they came out the next morning to install a new one. Russ (the super hero tech) realized that my system looked a bit newer, so he made some phone calls and learned that it was still under warranty!Not only did they handle my warranty claim, they picked up the new tank and only charged me for the installation! These guys are rock solid and definitely earned a loyal customer. 🤝

    We called late Tuesday night for a leak in our basement and were able to be serviced the next day! The woman at the office Sandra was extremely friendly, returned our call first thing in the morning, and gave us updates as to what time the crew would be out. Ross arrived for the repair and was nice, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. PCS Plumbing made the process of having to call a plumber a lot less stressful.

    I highly recommend PCS plumbing. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Ross and Joe were also very friendly and helpful. Ross and Joe fixed my plumbing issue in under 15 minutes and let me know what the issue was. I really appreciated them and would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to anyone else. -They work with you to be flexible, knowledgeable, and are good at their jobs. They even tightened the toilet after noticing it was loose. Highly recommend!

    PCS Plumbing is the BEST! Totally professional guys. They totally replaced my water service line. In less then 5 hours they were finished and I was out there watering my new contractors mix grass seed which had already been spread nicely on my lawn. : ) I also found PCS Plumbing to be the lowest price by far. They worked seamlessly with the city of Warrensburg, the water company, USIC, Spire, and Sprocket, to locate all other service lines before digging and came with a plan. Very solid work.     Had a sink clog for about a week. I thought I could do it all on my own, but I was wrong. I called PCS plumbing and they arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, which was amazing. After an hour I was back up and running.     As new homeowners we had an issue with our sump pump, but weren’t really sure what was wrong.     I called at 9am to have a leaking water heater replaced and I would have been happy if they could have gotten to it in a day or two. Ross was here at 1pm.     Had to have aged and rusty cast iron pipes replaced from under our basement. PCS sent Ryan and Kaden. Both were professional, friendly, courteous, and VERY efficient. They were very informative and patient with all the questions we had. They thoroughly explained all the work they were doing. Plastic sheeting was placed up along walls and floors to help contain dust and debris. This very extensive work was completed in just four and a half days! Wow!Once finished they did such an outstanding job with clean up you couldn’t tell they ever were there!The difference now in water flow, draining, and flushing is amazing!EXCEPTIONAL work for an EXCEPTIONAL price!I HIGHLY recommend PCS for any and all of your plumbing needs!

Within two hours and a half from the first call, Ryan took my information, drove from out of town, and had my line clean so that we could be a fully functioning household.     Exceptional service! Ross from PCS Plumbing assisted me this morning with a couple of issues at my home. He encountered an atypical configuration underneath the home wherein a condensation drainage pipe from the central air unit had been put into the sewage pipes in a way that was causing the pipes to get clogged. That was a more complicated matter to fix than anticipated, but he fixed it quickly and then even assisted with a side issue involving the kitchen sink. All of the work was done quickly, at a cost that was less than I anticipated, even though the work was more involved than anticipated. Ross took off his shoes while coming back into the home to keep from dragging mud in from the crawl space, and he was very professional and polite. The person who scheduled the service was also very polite and called this morning to confirm the time that Ross would be arriving. PCS plumbing will be my default contractor for future plumbing work!

    Wow! I had been waiting for 6 days for roto-rooter to come to my house. Almost an entire week. They arrived and explained the situation thoroughly and immediately began work. It took about an hour to remove roots and examine the pipes for any damages. Luckily the lines were in decent shape.     We just had our main waterline break. So, I searched Warrensburg for the top rated plumbing contractors. This one was at the top. I called, they responded quickly, with courtesy, professionalism and understanding of our situation. Within a short time, Jeremy was on site, took time to evaluate and I received a vebal quote that evening, signed a contract next day. They had the utilities come mark their lines that same day, and by the next morning, PCS plumbing was on site and ready to work. Fast, professional, friendly, and caring.     I had a few pipes burst in my garage wall when it got below zero around Xmas Eve 2022. It took awhile for them to get in here because they were backed up with business, which is understandable. But the tech, Ross, was super professional and worked very quickly and professionally and even helped me find my hidden shutoff valve for the house.     Ross has always been on time and done a thorough job. We have used PCS for all of our plumbing problems and plumbing installations for the past year. The last time he came out for another problem he checked on the sump pump and the garbage disposal that he had installed within the last year to make sure there was no problems.     We had a pipe freeze and burst the morning of a winter storm, a few days before Christmas. No other company was able to dispatch either because of the weather, full schedule, or impending Christmas holiday. PCS answered my phone call before they even opened.     I cant recommend this company enough!I was away on business when a pipe burst in my walls, filling the walls/floors/insulation with water.     Quality work and great communication! Despite the project getting put back by a month+ because of the weather, the team made sure to remain in contact and communicate efficiently to find another time and day to start the project. Shout out to Ryan and Kaden for completing the work and trying to play cleanup by pulling the excess dirt from the neighbors yard. This team answered any questions, was very upfront with cost, and were knowledgeable about the work they were conducting. Adjustments were made swiftly and efficiently especially when finding out the main sewage line was made from clay (our house is 98 years old after all, the pipe had crumbled) and the water meter housing was damaged (also in shambles).We originally had them come out during a weekend for backup occurring with our main drain. We were told it would be a couple of hours before they could get there, but they were there in less than a hour. At this first visit they snaked the drain and found a huge ball of roots. The next time we called our other drain clogged and they snaked and camera scoped. Which lead to jetting the drain and another camera scope. Out of the many times they had to come out to the property, they were very upfront with cost and answered any questions. In the end, a large hole was found in the main sewer line and the whole line needed to be replaced. They even went beyond trying to find where our waterline is, and any utility lines that Dig Rite and other affiliates did not mark. They even asked about my little garden and how to approach just in case they needed to dig there. (Pt 1)
