We just moved into our first home with a septic tank, and really wanted to get it cleaned out as we begin our life here. Turns out, our septic had NEVER been emptied. They had to dig about a foot down, but did so in the rain, and kept the area as clean as possible while doing so. They were so quick, so efficient and friendly on top of that. They did a great job cleaning out our tank and will come back to install a cover (which had also never been done!). I am very appreciative of their team for coming out on quick notice and doing a great job and keeping the area so clean. I would highly recommend to anyone needing the same services!

Couldn’t recommend Honey Wagon more!! I called on a Friday morning with a septic tank emergency. They were out in less than an hour and immediately got things taken care of. Very nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. No doubt we will be using them in the future!

Kept me updated on the riser they needed to install to keep water out and when the parts were going to be in and they would be able to install.

Kelly with The Honey Wagon is a stand up professional who really cares about the people he services as well as the quality of the service he provides. He out priced the competition by a large margin and was able to come out, pump and clean my septic tank the same day I contacted him for the quote. He even completed the task with less than desirable weather. Kelly answered all my questions and even quoted me another job while he was onsite to further assist me in getting my septic system back to full working condition. I highly recommend Kelly with The Honey Wagon and plan on using him in the future as well as telling others in my neighborhood who are on septic tanks. Fast, affordable and professional. 10/10
