    Will Zykoff is the BEST!!! After failing several well water bacteria tests, Will looked at my UV system (which was installed from another company) and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it to get a clean water test result. After he completed his work, sure enough, I got a clean bacteria-free result and was able to close on my house that I was selling. Will offered TONS of advice and helpful information to educate me BEFORE I spent any $ with him. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to get the work done at my house even though it was last minute. I HIGHLY advise anyone with water/well issues to call him at Ideal Water first! If I could give them 100 stars I would. They are THE BEST!!!!

    Could not be happier with service received by Will and his team at Ideal Water LLC. As a new homeowner, I was completely unfamiliar with water treatment systems for our well, and even though I did a good amount of online research, I felt uncomfortable setting up my equipment on my own - particularly because the previous owners did not maintain or care for the equipment. At no point did the folks at Ideal Water make me or my wife feel stupid, and patiently walked us through our system and addressed all of our questions.I HIGHLY recommend working with this company, Will is honest and genuinely wants to help his customers.     I needed a new water softener for a rental property. Will, the owner and I spoke several times and he was a great source of information. He quoted an install price and a DIY price and promised to give me easy to follow instructions so that I could install the system myself and save $500.00 dollars. He sold me the system and gave me over an hour of instruction, late on a Saturday night, due to the fact that my tenants needed softened water. He was available when I had several glitches during the install to talk me through it. He beat the price of the well known industry leaders by several thousand dollars and the equipment he sells gets great reviews. He builds his own systems. If you need an honest water softener dealer, this is your guy. I had never met him, prior to five days ago.

    Will is extremely thorough and patient. He answers all questions and is very knowledgeable. He installed a water softener and UV light in our home about a year ago and weve had no complaints. I really appreciate a business like this and I wish Ideal Water nothing but success.

    Was having an issue with my older water softener. Called Will at Ideal Water due to his great reviews. He responded fairly quickly, and he actually guided me through some troubleshooting steps and I was able to fix it myself (cleaned Venturi unit). A few hours later all is well. Will is patient and trustworthy. In the future I will definitely use them to replace the unit. Was good to speak with someone who is honest, and who didnt try to oversell his services. Thanks Will!

    I had an excellent experience working my water problems with Will. Will stopped out for a water sample, examined my failing softener and then gave me various options. After consideration, I chose to have Will install a system (Softener / Sulphur Filter) that he had pre-assembled in the shop. Will arrived on time and completed the install in about an hour and more than a week later, I could not be happier. No more Sulfur odor and the solution is living up to the promise of best water (actually it is Ideal!!). I would highly recommend Ideal Water.

    I was playing plumber at the wrong time, New Years Eve, and tried to install my UV bulb for my Viqua UV lamp. In doing so, I cracked the quartz sleeve inside the unit with no bypass, so no water until I get this fixed. I called Ideal Water and spoke to Will, he didn’t have the part I needed. Instead of ending the conversation, he gave me ideas on what to do for a temporary fix so that I would have water until businesses resume 4 days later, due to the new year.His solution worked so I can have water. Today, I started calling plumbing companies to see if they had the part. I called Ideal Water and spoke to Will again. Again he was polite and very helpful. He advised me that he can have the part the next day, however I was able to find the quartz sleeve today. Even though I wasn’t able to give Ideal Water my business, I will definitely recommend their services and call them for my plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Will at Ideal Water.

    Will helped me two times recently with my water tank which was acting up. My plumber quoted me $2,500 over the phone for a smaller tank without ever looking at the tank. I called Will for some adivice and he came out immediately and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost. On another occassion, he acted as tech support over the phone and adviced me as to what part I needed to buy when I had an electrical box issue that supports my water tank and water pump. He was able to advice me how to intall it myself for no charge. Wills concern was that I am a single woman and would be taken advantage of by a plumber for a quick fix that I could do myself. Thank you Will for your support. Its nice to know that there are honorable business owners who care about their clients.

    Ive been a customer since building a home in 2016. I was referred to Ideal from a friend. Ideal installed a UV filtration system and water softener. Everything was done quickly and was high quality. Will provided good advice throughout the process and answered all my questions. Have worked with Will and Ideal since for regular maintenance and to purchase salt at his salt sales. Will is always responsive and quick to work me into the schedule. I definitely recommend Ideal Water.

    I have been dealing with Will since the home show in March. My issue was a sulfur smell which was being treated with a National chain’s sulfur filter. Although the competitor’s system served us well the aging filter needed replacement. Will had me drop off a water sample for testing and he recommended additional testing for sulfur bacteria. After the test results were reviewed Will recommended a cost-effective filter system that would take care of the problem. Since I planned to install the unit myself, Will programmed the system at their facility and we arranged a pickup time. Will took all the time necessary to walk me through the installation and initial startup and told me to call if I had any questions. The installation was simple, and I did call with some questions on the startup. Will responded quickly and answered all my questions. It has only been one day with the new system, but it is preforming as expected. Will at Ideal Water was a pleasure to deal with and I would strongly recommend them for your water treatment needs.

    Will at ideal water is a great guy. I first called him about my old water softener that was purchased somewhere else and wasn’t working. He took time on the phone with me to troubleshoot and get it runnnig again. It was only temporary- the water softener was beyond repair. I called will back and he gave me my options. I wound up purchasing the onyx unit and installing it myself. He also walked me through that.     We have used Ideal Water since 2011 and found Will to be excellent when a question arose. Recently due to low water flow he came to inspect the system and made suggestions to fix issue when we found the system was working fine. I followed up with his suggestions and the issue was rectified through the town contractor. Will could have tried to push a product but used his knowledge to help.     I bought a water softener from them in 2003. The service then was no less then excellent. The product works great ! Today I noticed a problem with the unit. It was not working properly. I went to there web site and filled out the product repair questioner. Not expecting to hear from them until Monday. With in 10 mins. I received a call from (forgive me I am terrible with names) Will. He listened to my story while he was in his car, on a seven drive to his vacation! He quickly identified the issue and told me with great detail how to resolve the problem. He even told me where to go and get the part ($4) that I needed. I followed his simple directions. Now once again we have a fully functional water softener! This is a company that takes customer service and satisfaction to the max! I would absolutely recommend them for any of your water concerns.     The ONLY company to deal with in regards to issues with water in the house. After they installed a new softener our salt usage (as promised) went down by nearly half. Recently they installed a new house filter unit. It has proven to be so much better than what we previously had again as they promised it would be. Will and company are great to work with.     Will from Ideal Water was referred to me by my plummer. I called and set up an appointment and that was the beginning of my water purification experience.     We contacted Will at Ideal Water in 2005 to install a water softener system in our daughters house... we were so happy with the products and (for us) the service that when we built our house in 2006 we had Will install a top-of-the-line system in our house... in the 8 years (for our daughter) and the 7 years for us we have had only one problem and Will was able to resolve that in minutes...in addition to the water softener system, we had Will install an ultraviolet light system to kill bacteria in the well water (at both houses)... our water has always tested at a very high quality so clearly the ultraviolet light systems are doing their jobs...a few years ago friends of ours purchased a house in West Park - they also had Will install both the top-end water softener system and the ultraviolet light system in their house... they often thank us for recommending Will and Ideal Water since they too have had no problems with the water systems in their house...great products, great service, what more can one ask for?!!!???!!!

    Words cant describe the amazing service that is provided! I have always gotten quick responses when I have issues related to my water and the options to resolve them are presented in a clear and concise manner with the pros/cons listed for each. Prices are extremely fair. I had a water softener system installed along with a UV /pre-filter installed and I have nothing but positive experiences with them.     Ideal Water is a wonderful company to have service your water needs. The owner, Will, is extremely friendly and accommodating to work with. We were able to schedule an appointment to have our water tested in a matter of days and received the results very quickly.     I read the other reviews that said some very nice things about Will and judging from my short experience, I would say they are probably all true.I did not use this water company because the timing worked out better with another contractor, but I will say, I was impressed with the mans knowledge. He spent a good deal of time with me on the phone, which was really helpful. And fact that he picked up the phone on the 4th of July was awesome from a customers perspective.     Ideal Water, Will and Ray are completely honest and knowledgeable. The water in my home has a chlorination system that injects into a static mixer, that has been problematic recently. Will ordered the component needed and replaced it today. Upon removal Will identified that my inflow coupling was almost 90% clogged. He replace the plumbing and made it a simple coupling removal for future servicing. Would highly recommend this company as I have done for years.

    On May 29th 2018, I purchased a water softener from IdealWater. To alleviate some of the cost, I chose to install the softener myself. Will provided me detailed instructions on how to install the softener. Will went the extra mile and even provide the copper fittings to make a connection to the water line in my house. At one point, I ran into some difficulty with the installation, I called Will and he walked me through the steps to resolve my issue. Also, Will setup and configured the water softener system to the needs of my house. All I had to do was install and turn on the system. I did not need to program anything.
