    Harper’s Drain Cleaning awesome service. Chris was there for us and kept the city on their toes with their part. He continuously kept coming out to see if the city did their part that way he could help us with the issues on our end.     Our toilet was not flushing. I was pregnant with no working toilet. Imagine that. Very good Christian man who came out on a Sunday to do the job. Friendly service with affordable pricing. Hands down the best plumber.

    I saw Mr Harper and his son at my next door neighbors working. I asked him if I could speak to him about an issue Im having whenever he had a minute. Instead of handing me a card and insisting I call to schedule a consultation he came right in and took a look at my issue. He gave me advice on how I could fix the situation and told me he truly thinks that will work, but if not to have my landlord call and he would come right back out. I really appreciated him taking time right then for me and he was very nice. His son was also very polite. These two care about their community and the families in it. They are here to help you.

    We had been experiencing a drain problem since Thanksgiving. We called Roto Rooter out of Paragould, early in the week after. They came out, did some assessment, said they may have to tear up a basement shower. They prepared a work order and left. After hearing nothing for an extended period, We got a call last Tuesday, that they would be out the next day, Dec. 13. At one week later now, they have never been out and never called. A few days ago, my husband called Chris Harper of Harper’s Drain Cleaning. He was out of the country but answered the call! He gave a product recommendation to try but said if that didn’t work, to contact him Tuesday when he was coming back. We did. He was here the next day as promised, he and his helper took care of the problem with no damage to the interior, clearing the blockage through a nearby sink drain. Chris also assured us that if the issue didn’t resolve, he’d be right back to take care of it. We highly recommend Harper’s drain cleaning for the Pocahontas area.

    100% RECOMMEND !!! I called Chris Harper at 7:30 pm while my drains were backing up. He troubleshot the issues on the phone and within 15 minutes he was on his way to me. Took him less than an hour after arriving to fix all my issues. Between his auger and pressure hose he fixed a severe issue in an hour, while the others I talked to said it would take days to even get here to do the work. He’s incredibly efficient, very well organized and has essentially any possible tool he would need in any situation. Overall I was blown away. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND!

    The only thing I regret is not knowing about Chris Harper before I had already spent money with another plumbing service and still had the issue!     Are toilet was clogged and backing up into our bathtub we could not use our hot water we did not know what to do someone referred us to Chris Harper we called him and he was there within the hour it took him 45 minutes to get everything unclogged and of course we thought this is going to cost us an arm and a leg but it did not he was very affordable very professional and in the future if anything goes wrong he will be the first person we call so if youre having any kind of plumbing problems pick up the phone and call Chris
