    Service was exceptional, from the office manager who set up the appointment and called with reminders, to the plumbing professional dispatched to our home. Dimitri arrived right on time and all repairs were handled the same day. I will definitely call Mitci for any plumbing needs and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

    Dimitri cleared a clogged bathtub and fixed the dripping faucet! He is a very knowledgeable plumber with 10+ years of experience. He called before coming to give his ETA and was right on time. He was friendly, courteous, and wore protective shoe covers. He was also health safe by wearing the required face covering. I strongly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! I will definitely use them again should I need a plumber in the Houston, Texas area.

    The technician they sent out, Jonathan, was polite, through and did a great job. He took his time to Fix the issue. The faucet works even better than when I first started using it. I highly reccomend this company to anyone who has plumping issues!

    This is the second time Mitci Plumbing has repaired our pipes through choice home warranty. He is very professional and personable. Wether going through a home service plan or not I would and do recommend him for plumbing services.

    I have Choice Home Warranty and they had Mitci Plumbing come over. I placed the order December 26th on line thru Choice Service online claims, and they just came over today. Dmitri showed up with a mask and shoe covers and was very polite. I gave him a little history and told him there was a leak in my kitchen ceiling and the upstairs bath was just above the kitchen. He found where the leak was coming from and also had to make a access hole in the kitchen ceiling. He explained that he would let Choice Warranty know that was necessary to diagnose the issue and thank goodness he made the hole because water was gathering above and now the wood can dry out properly since he fixed the leak. Was coming from a upstairs shower valve. He swept up and charged me the $65/ call fee. Very professional, thorough and quick. Mitci office also was polite in confirming appointment, spoke with Bridget and she was very professional as well answering my questions. Now waiting on Choice Warranty to advise on a general contractor to come and fix the access hole as that is something a plumber doesnt fix. I would use Dmitri again for any plumbing issues.

    Tim was the technician that was sent to help us unclog a toilet. My toddler threw an object in the toilet and flushed it down, was sure it would not be able to be unplugged. Tim got it unplugged! He was fast and efficient. He was so honest. Its a true blessing 🙏 to have an honest worker who gets the job done. Will be recommending Mitci Plumbing LLC to family and friends

    Mitci Plumbing is the best plumber I have ever used. Tim was able to diagnose and fix the four leaks I had. Tim was professional, on time, courteous, and above all knowledgeable. He also cleaned after him, so when he left, my bathroom was clean. He also was able to save me a lot of money. The previous plumber told me that I have to buy new faucets. The problem is that I could not find a good match to my existing sets. I called my Home Warranty company and they send me Mitci Plumbing. I want to thank Choice Home Warranty for sending me the amazing Mitci Plumbing. I strongly recommend Tim with Mitci Plumbing.

    Dimitri and another guy (I regret to know this name) were knowledgeable, nice, and honest! My dad was the one who got them to replace our dual water heaters. 3 hours was all it took. Barely made a dent with the stored water that we kept! Great service from them!

    Dimitri quickly identified and addressed our clogged house drain that was backed up into our kitchen sinks. He worked quickly and so efficiently to clear the clog so we could get our kitchen back up and running again. Clean up was quick as well. Highly recommend.

    Tim The Plumber @ Mitci Services did some plumbing work for us in Sugarland, Tx. He did an amazing job, was extremely polite and professional, and took care of all issues quickly. He had to pick up some parts to complete the repairs and let us know he would be back later in the day, but would call first before coming over. He was true to his word and everything is fixed! Highly recommend Tim the Plumber!!

    Amazing service and extremely knowledgeable. I had an AC technician tell me a pipe was broken and it would costs $3000 to fix, I called this company for a second quote and turns out it wasn’t even broken! The AC just has a leak, thank you for saving me so much money!!

    Dimitri from Mitci’s plumbing is extremely courteous and knowledge. He moves quickly and can identify the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to identify my issues and also educate my on what ya important and what is not!!! He came across as honest which is rare for this profession in my opinion. I find plumbing services in America as ridiculously expensive. However Mitci’s is very reasonable and Cheaper than most. I am keeping their number for future issues !Ash Ahmed
