    I just got the interior of my home painted. From the time of getting a quote to the last second of the crew leaving, they were very communicative and everyone was very nice. The crew was consistently on time and got my home completed within 3 days. They are pretty reasonable on their pricing and the bonus of a 3 year warranty is HUGE! Most of the companies I had come out for a quote were requiring me to not be in the home. However, The 1 Painter company worked with me on this due to me working from home. They worked in sections, which allowed me to still work from home, just hopping from one room to another. They covered and protected everything as well as cleaned up all of the work areas before leaving. They even kept the garage clean and organized the entire time, as that is where the paint and supplies was being kept. Im very happy I decided to go with them and I would 100% recommend to my friends and family.

    We had several hundred feet of unpainted 1x4 trim and a couple of rooms of crown moulding. Damen came out and gave us a detailed quote. We selected That 1 Painter - Cypress Katy to paint the trim. Braulio was the painter. He was punctual over the few days, polite, informative, and cleaned up everything each evening. On top of that, he is a skilled and careful painter. I whole heartily recommend That 1 Painter - Cypress Katy.

    Kevin is amazing! Seriously! Another pair of painters made a mess of my upstairs bath. Kevin was sent to make it right. And he did. Kevin cleaned up the mess left behind by the previous painters in one day. The job was originally bid as a two-day job. Kevin did it masterfully in one day. He left the bathroom beautifully painted, clean, dust and debris-free. We are so grateful for his hard work, skills, and dedication. Great job Kevin, thank you!

    I recently had Damen paint my kitchen cabinets and add hardware. His team was on time, professional and he came through regularly to ensure quality work.     Its hard to find businesses these days that can come to your home and walk with you through the process and details of said job you would like them to complete and for you to feel comfortable knowing that the money you spend will be worth the work you receive! Mr. Damen arrived at my home on time with a friendly smile and hand shack. After about 1 hr of walking me through what would be needed to bring the old home stead back to life I knew he was a man who took pride in his work and hired him on the spot! Work ethic stayed the same from start to finish very clean and not one spot that needed attention on my home once he completed the work. If your looking for a painter do yourself a favor and look no more.

    We had an amazing experience with Damen and his team. From the very beginning they made sure to communicate well and make us feel comfortable! Once inside our home they took care of our things and painted as if it was their own. The thing I noticed the most is how they put a lot of work into the prep so all of our furniture and floors were covered so they could do the job quick and precise!     I got a free estimate that was a good price and decided to use them. Very patient as it took forever to get my HOA approval and That 1 Painter didnt change the price as it took over two months for approval. Work was listed to Start on Monday April 24, 2023 @ 8:00am and a worker by the name of William showed up early since he would be working alone and asked if he could start, Wil was very polite and made sure i felt comfortable with him on my property. I asked him if he was doing this all by himself he said yes since some other person ended up having a baby. Well anyways Wil power washed all areas listed and always asked me if he got everywhere and if it looked good. that following afternoon he began to fix any areas needing to be sealed. the Following day Wil arrived to start painting the exterior of my home and was very thorough with regards to painting and details. It took him 4 days to finish it all and even after he finished he told me that if I find anything after hes gone just to give him a call and he will come take care of it ASAP. I highly recommend The 1 Painter at least if Wil is doing the job. Damen I guessing the owner (I never asked) came by today Tuesday to make sure everything was done (as I was away) Really nice conversation and told him I was happy so far and thinking about using him for other paint jobs around my home as the do Interior painting and Kitchen/Bathroom cabinets also.
