    After contacting A-1 Plumbing & Emergency Services over a non-emergency plumbing issue, I received a very timely next day appointment. Plumbing technician, Jason Miller, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot a major issue with a newer poorly installed shower kit. I have scheduled an appointment for him to resolve the issue. I appreciate all the time he took to educate me on the cause of the issue and feel very comfortable and confident in his ability to resolve the issue and properly reinstall it.     Long story short, we’ve had some reoccurring plumbing issues and we’ve been using A-1 to clear the lines. This is the second time it’s backed up into our tubs and Jason was able to come out within 45 minutes and work on clearing them out and helping us find the issue.He was here for quite a while and was explaining the process and walking us through issues he saw in our lines and what he thought was the main reason our lines are backing up.Super thankful he took the time to walk us through it all. It’s always worth the money when you learn something new and have the problem mostly resolved.Thank you Jason!Also, highly recommend signing up for A-1 Club. Completely worth the small investment!!

    We were having issues with our septic tank and called several services with varying responses… many of them had convoluted phone answering services. A-1 Plumbings response was easy and professional to work with. When I described our issues they made time in their busy schedule to help us out. James came to the residence and evaluated the problem and gave us an accurate quote. He fixed the problem in a very professional and courteous manner. He also provided suggestions on how to avoid further problems. I highly recommend A-1 Plumbing as they delivered exactly what they advertised.

    Trevor came today and checked the whole house for any plumbing issues. He was such a nice, polite young man. He replaced some old rubber hoses on my washing machine that were in danger of exploding from old age, with new metal re-enforced ones. We then talked about a water softener because my water is so hard! What a delightful experience it was!!

    Thank you Mario and A-1 Plumbing for fitting us in on the day before Christmas eve. All of a sudden our sewer drain was backing up into the house. He removed the clog quickly and everything is running smoothly now.

    I had a leaky toilet, I read reviews online about A1 plumbing and decided to use them! JASON with A1 plumbing just came fixed my leaky toilet and looked at my other one to make sure it was running properly. JASON was very cordial and polite. Explained things to me and I highly recommend A1 plumbing and Jason for any plumbing needs. You have in the future.

    It was really nice of A-1 plumbing to come out to my house and clean out my main drain line to my house at 6pm. on a Friday evening. Trevor and Tim were really nice to work with.     I have been a customer and club member of A1 plumbing for the past 2 years and am extremely satisfied. Recently they offered a free preventive maintenance to check to make sure everything was working properly. Travis and another plumber came to the house and went through all areas of the house.     If I could give 10 stars I would. Colton came out today to fix a tub/shower that had a pretty bad slow drain in my daughters bathroom. Mind you I dont go in there very often so to my surprise the sides were riddled with soap residue from her taking showers and it draining so slow. Not only did he fix the clog, he cleaned the soap residue off the sides of the tub! What a remarkable human! He deserves a bonus! :)

    We have had a recurring plumbing issue and the incredible team at A1 went above and beyond. They took the time to explain the ins and outs of the job to our 7 year old who followed them around asking a thousand questions. They were patient, kind and knowledgeable. Then at the end of the service they told us that we didnt owe anything for the service, that it is a God Job and our payment was covered. It was an unbelievable moment for us and were so grateful to the amazing guys who came out late on a Saturday night, resolved our issue completely, and shared their kindness, patience and knowledge with our kids.Colton, James and Eric really went above and beyond for us and we could not be more impressed by them. 10/10 would recommend.

    I was told to expect the plumber to come between 5 and 7 p.m. However James and Jose called about 2:45 saying they could arrive in 10 minutes. They listened politely while I described the problem then went to work. In 15-20 they resolved a worsening problem I had put up with for many years, chatted in a friendly way, and left. Im very pleased with their service.

    My husband I bought a new fridge that needed a water line installed to be able to use the ice/water dispenser. I called several plumbing offices in town, but couldn’t find someone come out sooner than later, so I called A-1 plumbing and spoke with a Sara, who was very kind and professional. I explained to her that my new fridge was being delivered within the next few days, and she was able to get me scheduled with 2 days! The 2 plumbers that came out were very polite, explained the process to us, and had everything installed within an hour. I will definitely be calling them to come and do some outside faucet repairs soon. Highly recommended A-1 plumbing 🪠New review 6/6/2024Today I had Mike M. and James W. out to do a residential plumbing system inspection (something they do for for A-1members), they were scheduled to come between 1-3, but were running ahead of schedule, so came by to see if they could start early, of course I said they could, they both introduced themselves, and started the inspection, I had been wanting 2 new toilets, and they told me they could install them today. They left long enough to go pick up 2 toilets and had them installed in a few short hours. Both men were kind, and efficient, explained everything they were going to perform with prices. I HIGHLY recommend A-1 plumbing, and we will definitely have them back to do our outside water spigots in the next few weeks! Thank you Mike and James.

    This is the second time I’ve had a great experience with A1 Plumbing. The first time was a bathroom renovation, but the second time was an emergency, and I had to reach out on the after hours number. Phil and Mike showed up After 7:00 PM, and put a tremendous effort into snaking the main line in my home. Between that and the wonderful job on my bathroom that Matt completed, I would never call anyone else for a plumbing need.

    I dont typically have the time to write a review but for Stephen B., I have to! He was phenomenal in every way and you dont see that anymore these days. He wasnt just professional, he was extremely knowledgeable, thought of the customer first, gave great honest advice, very personal, he also said he would come back later that evening after his last customer and fix my sink if he couldnt get the part he needed right then and there. He recommended me to a mold specialist and even called them then and there to see if they could come out the same day/evening to check if had a bigger issue that I was concerned about with a leak. I could go on and on. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs help with any plumbing at all including family and friends. This guy better get a promotion and or a raise. I can’t rave enough about his customer service, professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. You need to request Stephen B. to do all your plumbing if you need anything done!

    Mario was amazing and took the time to protect his shoes from damaging our highly expensive flooring and tile. We also have a very high-end shower and he did a great job to ensure our 4-stage diverters were functioning perfect on all 3 jets/ shower heads! Not only was he careful, but he did a through job of cleaning out ALL our faucets after a water softener exploaded internally which causes silicone beads to flood all over in the water system clogging everything up. He even took a moment to show me the disgusting beads… Now everything flows perfectly and drains well. Mario also took the time to explain the cost and charges before performing work so I knew the cost. He knows how to be professional and quick and I really am thankful A-1 was able to come out so quick! Also, the Bible verse on the shirt was amazing, SOO happy to find such an amazing company like this! 🔥👌

    Matt went above and beyond to fix the drain on a very old concrete utility sink. I was told by a different plumber that it couldnt be fixed and that it needed to be replaced. I really didnt want to do that. Not because of the cost but because this is the original sink in a 1925 Craftsman. It took some custom work but Matt made it happen! Hes an excellent plumber and a very nice guy. I highly recommend A1 Plumbing.

    Jose R, from A-1 Plumbing and Emergency Rooter of Walla Walla, was so kind and friendly, he listened carefully to my problem with a toilet not behaving and threatening to overflow, and got to it right away, This was done on one of the coldest nights we have had here and the cold would be here for much of the week. (Not a fun time when the toilet isnt working right) It was already dark outside, the temp was zero. He went to the truck and got the right gear and set to fixing that toilet. He flushed it numerous times after that repair to be sure, there was no overflowing! He also made sure pipes were not frozen and even ran drain tests on the bath sink and the tub. He knew just what was needed and cared that the repair was done right and toilets performance was perfect. Well done Jose R!!! You fixed it just fine!     Mike came to my apartment about two weeks ago! My rental company contracts with A1. He came in and in one day was able to fix three problems that the contractor my rental company used had sent to fix 3 times before that. He was very kind and professional and worked quickly.     We had a pipe burst in our well yesterday and we called A1. They got us on the schedule for that night, and were super kind. After my husband and I pumped out the water we got pictures of the problem and sent it over to A1 so they could be more prepared for the repair and based on the picture they were able to diagnose the problem, tell us how to get around it for the moment, and help us restore water to the house. Saved us a bunch of money, saved them from having to do another after-hours call in Touchet, and now they can come fix it during regular hours! As always, a fantastic experience with A1. He asked about a sump pump and found where it was located. I have found them to be completely competent, creative and even ingenious in solving unique and troublesome plumbing problems. Shannon, in particular has saved me thousands by finding less obvious but more effective drainage solutions in two older homes. One built in 1861, the other in 1935. He thinks outside the box and arrives at solutions that save both time and money. Most jobs were completed in particularly tight crawl spaces, all without complaint. He is open to customer input, and I feel treated with respect and dignity, his mom did a great job.     Called A1 plumbing and was able to get an appointment the next day. Philip was on time and very professional. Reviewed our situation and provided our options and an estimate of costs. Hot water heater was over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. We will be happy to have him continue to provide us with our plumbing needs in the future.

    A-1 Plumbing replaced my water lines throughout my home and replaced my water heater. I am very happy and impressed with the type of business they run.     We’ve used A-1 plumbing several times to service things in our old house (water leaks, replacing pipe, fixing tubs, removing old toilets, sewer line).They have been amazing every time. They are professional, quick, and easy to work with. Their prices are great too. The last service was for a broken sewer line and even though they were booked out for almost a week, they squeezed us in early and got everything repaired in record time. And the price was less than I was expecting. Riley and Fernando are always great! We will continue using them for all our plumbing needs.

    I love these guys! They’ve been my “go to” for the last 5yrs and I won’t use anyone else now. And I have a lot of issues because I’m on a well in an older house in the country.They answer their phones, response to emergencies, wear thick booties inside the house so you don’t have to worry about your floors or carpet, and they know their stuff!!! And their pricing is transparent and very fair. All of their technicians are prompt, courteous, professional and work very quickly and take the time to explain what’s going on if you want.Just this week I had a catastrophic meltdown of the entire water system. Steven, Riley and an apprentice came out right away and correctly diagnosed the resin beads from my water softener which no one else knew about. Then Colton & Jason come out to finish the flushing and install a new 3in1 whole house water filtration system. All of this got done under a week!!!!!
