Great customer service and quick response time!!! Power outage at our cabin on Saturday over a holiday weekend . . . . Repairs done, inspected and power restored by Wednesday afternoon. We were VERY happy with their service!!!

We lost power in half our home and we were very concerned with our breaker panel. I called several phone numbers in walla walla that were supposedly 24/7 help but all I got was leave a voicemail or sorry were closed... Thats when we found Walla Walla Electric, not only did they answer in less than 1 minutes but within 20 minutes one of their technicians called me and within 30 minutes he arrived at our home. Technician name was Doug, he was very professional, clearly knowledgeable, very friendly, not only was he able to fix the main issue we were having, he also fixed a separate issue we were having with the lights in the bathroom. He explained a lot of things we had no idea about, he gave an excellent recommendation. Within less than 5 hours from the initial issue was resolved (considering he took maybe a 30 minute drive back to his warehouse to find a replacement for our main breaker that blew up). Its very comforting to know if we ever have an electrical emergency, Walla Walla Electric is there for us. 100% recommend, great experience and a big Kudos to Doug!

Great experience with W2 Electric. I had them add a 100A panel and Tesla Charger in my garage. Quote was very fair - comparable to a job I had done at another house in the Portland area. Great office communication on scheduling the work (Thanks Kristy). Mike and Caleb showed up on time, installed the added panel and charger and left the job site spotless. Professional all around. And friendly - exactly the kind of people you want working at your home. They also scheduled the inspection the next day to meet my schedule - which I’m sure required some extra effort. I’d highly recommend putting Walla Walla Electric high on your list (at the top) if you need electric work done. You will not be disappointed.

Dustin came out to hook up power to my HVAC as well as install the outdoor lights on my house. He was very professional and patient with discussing what needed to be done. He was happy to answer any questions that I had. I definitely recommend this company.

Amazing service!!!! I called at 3:00 PM for help with some odd power issues occurring at my house (leaving me without water from our well and air conditioning). Christy helped connect me with an electrician and David the electrician was at my house within the hour. He couldn’t have been more friendly, professional and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed my problem almost immediately and was nice enough to answer all my questions and educate me along the way. I will definitely be calling Walla Walla Electric again!

Walla Walla Electric saved the day! After calling multiple electric companies in town, WW Electric was the only company that returned our calls—and in a timely manner. We desperately needed an electrician to inspect our knob and tube wiring and give us a replacement quote to satisfy an insurance clause with our company or our homeowners insurance would have been terminated. Even though WW Electric was booked out 2+ months, they sent an electrician within a week because of the urgency. The electrician was courteous, professional, and friendly. He found things the previous 2 home inspectors didn’t find with the wiring, wrote a note for our insurance company, and gave us a quote to replace what little knob and tube was left in the house. We will definitely be using Walla Walla Electric for the replacement and repair work. And we were able to maintain our insurance thanks to their speedy response and professionalism!

I have worked with Walla Walla Electric multiple times in the past and know several of there staff members by first name. Overall, they are not the cheapiest electrician in town but, they are thorough and do good work. And they are honest with you and will give you advice Are you sure this is a good idea, what about this, etc...
