Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! Weve had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile. We are so happy to be able to fully utilize our tub again.

I highly recommend Generation III. I called them because our furnace wasnt turning on and the house was getting cold. Jerry called me back within a couple hours and was at our house the same day to fix the problem. He took the time to explain what was wrong and answered our questions. Thanks again Jerry and Generation III for being so responsive. We will be using Gen III for all our needs and couldnt be more pleased with our experience.

Thank you Generation 3! When my air conditioner broke on the hottest day of this year, you guys came through and fixed it that afternoon!!I love these guys! Jerry and Julie Pignatelli, Generation 3 owners, are always there when you need them and do everything they can to help you during a difficult situation. Generation 3s crews are reliable and trustworthy, and over the years, they have fixed a leak in my kitchen sink, replaced my furnace and one of my air conditioning units, as well as put in 2 sump pumps!! They do it all and their quality workmanship, experience and expertise make them worth EVERY PENNY!!!!!

Great experience. Had a clogged drain on a Saturday morning. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. Called up GenIII at 8:00am, by 9:00am Kenny was here and fixed it. Very courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after working on it. A bit steep on price $200, but it was worth it. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I must have contacted 3-4 other companies in the area and this was the only company that showed up. They new exactly what was wrong and was fixed in no time. I taped the business card on the furnace so I don’t lose it and know who to call.
