    I am writing this review in utter disbelief. Without going into too much detail these fine folks went above and beyond looking into a matter for me. They made a call to the utility provider and ultimately resolved the issue in under 4 hours. I had been working on this for 8 days with no luck prior to calling them. If a major utility provider respects their knowledge and expertise this much you know they are one of the best. Thank you Anjelica for all your help!

    This company is amazing! I had several outlets suddenly stop working in different areas of the house. I called, spoke to Angelica. She squeezed me in and the guys who came out, Jeremy and Steven were awesome. They knew before even looking, what the problem was...a tripped GFI plug that I couldnt find. Steven found it in seconds of walking in the garage. (hidden behind a shelving rack). I will definitely be using this company for any electrical problems I have.

    Dyer electric did a GREAT job on our project. They were truly magicians, finding a way to snake cable from very hard to reach power, to another, new location seamlessly. , without having to create notches , that later would need repair. Great job guys and thanks!

    The customer service and quality of work from Dyer Electric was impeccable. Making the appointment over the phone was super easy. They were very polite and seemed grateful to accept our business. Our electrician was Patrick. They called to tell me when he was on the way. Patrick arrived with a friendly attitude. He was very knowledgeable and finished the work expertly much sooner than I anticipated. He was so fantastic, once I find the perfect ceiling fans, I’m calling Dyer to have Patrick out for another job. Thank you Dyer and Patrick!

    I cant say enough about Dyer. This entire company was professional, timely and did quality work.We have a 19050s that needed a panel upgrade, which is an involved process with a lot of steps involving the city and permits etc. There were a lot of moving parts and Dyer was great about coordinating all of it.We also added new receptacles throughout the home and they did a great job with helping us place them in spots that would be effective and minimally disruptive + cost effective. The workers were polite.Finally they installed a 240V charger for our Tesla. It looks great and it was quick & reasonably priced.Dyer embodies the phrase Say what you mean and mean what you say - which is exactly what I look for when I do business with someone. The office communicated with us and everything that we asked for was completed. Thank you Dyer.

    I used Dyer Electric for some post inspection repairs on the home 🏡 we are selling. The new home owners required we use a license / bonded / and insured electrician. For smaller jobs we haven’t always done that. Craig was great—he explained what he did and walked me through everything. Very good work done, professional, on-time, and all the issues were resolved to our satisfaction and I am certain to those of the new homeowners. I will be using them in the future.

    I called and compared multiple companies and went with Dyer (initially) because their hourly price was cheaper than the other companies I called. The technician was very nice and honest, fixed one item, but had to come back to do some casingThe casing was done and about 20 min later, I heard a large zapping noise and a POP! I called, and the technician immediately came back and spent 2 hours getting me back up and running. It turned out his work showed up a loose wire on another breaker for my A/C. The breaker was burned almost all the way through - it was a big deal!Heres where Dyer went WAY above and beyond. This loose wire and zapping burned the inside of my box. I believe other companies wouldve told me to replace the entire box ($3k+), but the owners of Dyer spent 2 weeks hunting down a new interior and gave me a discount on the hourly rate since their work had triggered the incident. So instead of $3k, I spent like $350.I am so grateful to them for hunting down the interior of my breaker box. It not only saved me thousands with them, it saved me from having to reframe the box on the outside of my house, bringing everything up to code (its been 15 years since the other one) and possibly having to paint because of a different sized box.Dyer Electric cares and truly wants to help. I am forever grateful to them and will recommend them to anyone.

    Top notch, customer first service! From the office manager to the estimator to the electricians, every one of them was courteous, hard-working and professional. I called 5 electrical company and they were the ONLY one to come to my house to give a quote (which was helpful with a few unique items to our old house). When there was a scheduling hiccup with the utility company, the foreman stayed 2 hours late after the workday ended to see it through. Our home is much safer thanks to their careful work! I’ve found our electrician for any future work. No reason to look around this small business is the best!
