    Drew and Ryan came out to fix our dryer vent that was giving us problems. They not only found the problem, but gave options to fix it. We are very happy with how the whole experience was handled. They were respectful, very attentive to detail- vacuumed every area that they could have dropped insulation on (which was much appreciated with a one year old in the house), organized and efficient.

    First class organization. Mitch took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I wanted what I think I wanted. I really felt he gave me personal and professional service. He answered a lot of questions and asked a lot of questions. Very happy now almost a year after install and so happy I went with them. I tried another larger contractor before and I felt I wasn’t worth their time and basically told to “get in line.” Waconia comfort treats you like you are their only customer. Highly recommend!!!!!

    Anthony was prompt, professional, and went up and beyond to provide excellent service. I have been a home owner for over 20 years and this was the single most positive experience I have ever had with a service call. He fixed our leaking furnace in a few minutes and then went on to do a tune up on our a/c unit because he said he had some extra time after the initial repair (with NO ADDITIONAL EXPENSE to me) and the charge was less than what I was initially expecting. You can bet I will use Waconia comfort in the future!! Highly highly recommend!!Update 7/28/23Another great service call. Our a/c went out in the middle of this heat wave. Our technician was Anthony again. This company was out and had our a/c repaired in less than 2 hours from when I initially called this morning. I’m sure that’s not the norm, but I am beyond satisfied. He always goes up and beyond to provide excellent service. Happy customers who will be returning for any future needs. Thank you!!

    I moved into a new house where the furnace and AC unit had been neglected for years. I called Waconia Comfort on a Friday, and they had their service tech out there by Monday morning to clean and give a tune up to both units. Very helpful service and good to know that they are reliable if something breaks down.

    We called Waconia Comfort on a Thursday afternoon after finding our water heater with a leak. We called multiple contractors to compare pricing and found Waconia Comfort was competitive. They were quick to call us back and offered installation the very next day. They answered all of our questions and were professional. Installation was quick, Mark the installer was friendly, and we havent had any issues since. If we had a similar issue, we would be happy to work with Waconia Comfort again.

    Called on Monday with a 20 year old inop heating unit. Set appointment for next day with the possibility of same day service. Anthony was at the house later that same day to diagnose. Turned out a new unit was the best way to go. Decided to replace AC unit as well as we were most likely going to have to replace it soon. Both were 20 years old. Austin was able to get on it right away with a fair and reasonable quote to do both. They ordered the units and the installation was done by Thursday the same week. Not to mention they had a couple space heaters to get us by in the meantime. Installation team did a great job! Courteous, clean and quality work! From the initial phone call to final install we felt well taken care of. Great job!

    Having purchased a home with unfamiliar HVAC equipment and gas fireplaces, it was our good fortune to see it was installed originally by Waconia Comfort. I gave them a call. Our technician was Matt and he was beyond excellent.Prepared, experienced, courteous and with exceptional knowledge of our HVAC, gas fireplace and air recirculation pumps, I had a lot of questions. He was patient and his answers were clear and precise. He inspected the equipment and serviced it where necessary. I need to have, at minimum, a basic understanding of how everything in our home works and Matt was a great teacher as well as technician. I’d recommend Waconia Comfort and Matt to anyone needing any kind of work on the mechanicals necessary for comfortable home living in the four seasons of Minnesota.

    They were honest and upfront on my service call that my system wasnt worth servicing. It was aging and would cost as much to repair as it would to replace.I did my due diligence and got several quotes - including an installer I am biased towards as Ive used them before and had a great experience. However - Waconia comfort came back with a better package at a better price. Tim took the time to discuss with me my options, advantages/disadvantages on various models, technologies, etc. In the end - Waconia Comfort was offering better service before the sale (and later found out after the sale as well) with better equipment and a better price than the competition. Seemed like a win win. The new system has been running for over a month and I have zero complaints about it. It does what it should and was the best option for our house.

    Our 20 year old furnace went down, and Tim was my first phone call. I decided after an inspection that it was just time to replace both the furnace and air conditioner as they had both been band aided in the past. It was literally the next morning 8am sharp they were here removing my old units and installing new. The whole process from the initial phone call, looking at the old unit, to quoting and comparing new units, installation, and follow-up, was an absolute BREEZE. Im VERY pleased and would recommend this company and their employees to anyone. The prices were VERY competitive and actually cheaper than a friend of mines quotes from other companies. Tim even delivered space heaters to our house to get us through the night! Above and beyond! Excellent service start to finish!

    I felt totally scammed. Statewide did not honor a 6 year warranty they provided on my 3rd AO Smith waterheater. They blamed the city water and because my waterheater was making loud popping noises and had some sediment in it they told me the warranty was void. It was not yet 2 years old. Then wanted over 400.00 after repairing nothing. We negotiated a lesser amount. Careful with this company... they dont stand behind what they sell. Im now going elsewhere for my 4 th waterheater in 10 years. AO Smith suck

We received notice when he was 10-15 minutes from arrival. He wore booties and brought a blanket to work on so our home remained neat.
