    FANTASTIC and FAST!!! Mcleod Electric is AWESOME!!! I HIGHLY recommend choosing them if you’re an EV owner and looking to have a home charging station installed. They were able to fit me in the same day my charger arrived! Jose and Alex arrived and installed my charger in just over an hour, and very well done installation! Very professional installation! Jose and Alex explained to me the entire process and answered all of my questions. Even provided some great recommendations on how to best use my charger!     I have never had serious electrical work done at my home so I was very nervous about how the install would go. I was so happy with the work they did and how transparent they were about the amount of work and how they answered all of my questions. I then realized that the president of the company actually came out to help do the work because they were short staffed! Talk about going above and beyond for your customers. I am so happy I chose McLeod for my charger install!!

    Excellent experience during my Schneider electrical panel recall inspection. Every step of the way I was informed about what was being looked for, and how we would proceed if the worst was found. It was a great inspection, and my home was safe. Mcleods team made sure it stays that way!

    Great work installing a new Tesla Universal Wall Charger. They provided same day service to do the install. Within 60 minutes, they were done with the job. Commissioned the wall charger with the Tesla One app -- confirmed we were getting the full 48A off the 60A breaker and test the speeds confirming it was charging at a speed above 11 kwh. All around professional work by Alex and Pablo.

    It is not often that we run into a 5 star company and after working with them I have found why and agree with the rating. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to people. Communication is great wether you prefer email, call, or text. They were able to get the job done within two days of talking with them. My car is charging great now with their work! They got here when they said they were. Management answers right away and is really involved like I have never seen another company. While a mistake did occur they were right on it as a company and fixed it. They made sure it was as it has not happened and that I was personally happy with it. There work is awesome but the way they make sure that there work makes us happy is extraordinary. Overall their customer service and love for the customer is great which is not something seen now in days. Its the whole deal the experience in the job needed and the customer service. Hire them!

    The staff was incredibly friendly!! They gave me a few different options of placements for our new tesla charger. They made sure I understood what holes would be made in my garage ceiling for each option, which I was very grateful for. The head boss even swung by to make sure the electricians felt great about what route we decided to do since he was in the neighborhood. They stayed a few hours longer than they intended due to the complexity of the home and thankfully still charged me what they quoted me at. I would definitely use this company again.

    McLeod Electric installed our Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger (via Qmerit) in Austin and did a stellar job with it. Since they were short on staff and delayed by rains, the owner himself came out and did the majority of the work to provide initial functionality; followed by their Austin-area electrician who put the finishing touches on it a few days later.This was a somewhat more complicated install than the average EV charger, and I expected large holes cut into walls and ceilings and unsightly conduit running through our carport. Instead, they took the extra time to fish the cable through existing holes for lights and figure out how to hide it above the ceiling panels even in the carport. All while sticking to the original quote.I ended up hiring them for some additional diagnostics of electrical weirdnesses in our home, and they did a great job at a fair price as well. Ill definitely look them up for any additional electrical work I might need.

    Nick came out this morning and checked our electrical panel, which had been recalled by the manufacturer, Schneider Electric. Nick thoroughly inspected the unit, made the repairs needed, and explained to me exactly what the issue was so that I would have peace of mind about my recalled unit not being replaced. After waiting 6 months for Schneider to assign an electrician to perform this service, it gives me great relief to have someone as thorough as Nick come out and make sure we are safe in our home.
