    I recently purchased an EV charger and needed it installed by a professional electrician. I had used Shamrock in the past for heating and A/C work and was really happy with their service. I didnt realize that you could call them for electrical work too but found out they did that too and gave them a call. They came out quickly and did a great job on the install. It was quick, neat and clean. Thanks Joe, Ray and Andy. I hope to not have to call you in the future, but I know who call if I need more electrical work done. :)

    Great place. Did a full install in a second home went flawlessly. Had an emergency issue when AC went down in our main home, tried contacting the company that installed and serviced it for years. 3 weeks no response called Shamrock someone came the very next day and solved the issue. In my case it may have actually been a true matter of life and death, my Wife is treating for Lung Cancer and we are expecting a heatwave in 2 days. Hats off to the entire crew at Shamrock.

    This a review that is long over due... Shamrock is a top notch company.. They went to bat for me and my family and made a great effort to get our family back to being comfortable in our home.. Our Ac went out the weekend before the hottest week of the year. The ac unit was under warranty but they didnt install it.. So parts were free and Labor was at a fair cost( They technically probably did not have to do the warranty work). When they came out to Troubleshoot they said no big deal the board is bad we will get one ordered... Little did they know because of covid-19 the boards were on BO till mid December..I am sure not a phone call they wanted to make to use but they did and didnt try and sugar coat anything...During the call they told me that they would do everything they could to try and find one somewhere or do what they could to help us. As a customer you just assume that is what they say to make you feel better knowing they pretty much cant fix your system for you anytime soon... To my familys great surprise they called us in about 3 weeks and told us they were able to find us the part we needed to fix our AC. This was a blessing with one of our family members being injured and very uncomfortable in our home with no AC. The moral of my story is I am glad that the two other Local Companies denied me service because of their Covid back log and a good friend told me to give Shamrock a call.. Please do yourself a favor and just start with Shamrock ... From the Ladies in the office to the Parts manager and the Service techs they are a great all around company. You will not be disappointed.

    Had Shamrock out to my house 2 weeks ago, they diagnosed my fan motor problem correctly and charged a fair price. The technician had great interpersonal skills, knew the subject matter very well. If you want the job done right the 1st time and you want a fair price, this is the company to call. This is the 2nd service call in 5 years and they are without a doubt the only company I will call. I did write a review 5 years ago, but had to sign in on another name to leave a new review. GREAT COMPANY, FAIR PRICE, CONTACT THEM IF YOU NEED HVAC REPAIR!!!

    I purchased a new central A/C from Lowes and they subbed the job to Shamrock. Bud came out and inspected the job site and the next day provided an electronic estimate. The price was fair for the amount of labor required (in the attic) and the equipment was a named brand. We gave the go ahead, they handled the permits, showed up on time and did first quality work. Unconditional recommendation for true professionals.

    They just finished on my home AC today, some of the competition they faced for this particular repair, national company wanted $2000 to do the job, another company never called back to schedule an appointment. Lets just say the repair was 1/4 of the price quoted by the national company. The technician 20+ years doing the job, knew his trade very well. Quick, professional. My experience with Shamrock is top notch and if youre having an AC problem and dont know who to turn to, call these folks.

    Excellent experience with Shamrock and all its representatives starting with Bill Ingram (Sales), Matt (Plumber), Troy (HVAV) and the Manager who helped us with cost adjustments. All were knowledgeable, informative and competent in their fields and answered all our questions. All are assets to Shamrock and because of them I would not hesitate to use the company again. Also, the woman who answered my call today (Ginny? - sorry I forgot your name) was extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you

    This company was the original installer of my heater & AC in 1994. I have stuck with them ever since and they have always treated me fairly. About 5 years ago they removed the heater, AC & water heater & replaced them with new ones. I can say that they gave me a good deal & the installer went out of his way to install everything in one day, even in the presence of rain. However, 5 years down the road, my AC has failed. it was leaking Freon & so the ?coil needed to be replaced. Thats when the trouble began. The first time it failed, the agent said that it just needed some more Freon, which didnt seem quite right to me since the one I had for almost 20 years never needed Freon. So he added some freon then actually gave me a new digital thermostat because the temperature wasnt coming down. it worked for awhile then failed again. Less than a week later, another agent came out & found a leak in a five year old AC. He stated that he was ordering the part & it should be in within 2-4 days. It actually took a week & I had to call several times to have the Freon added. Last night, on the hottest night of the season, it failed again & the temperature quickly went up to 81 inside the house. AS usual, I called the emergency number to get the system recharged while waiting for a week for the new coil. On the hottest, most humid night of the season, he refused to come to my house because he was already working on one. I understand that animals are not important to some but I have an asthmatic cat who was already showing some respiratory distress. It was by far one of the most difficult nights Ive ever spent with minimal sleep & actually considered taking my cat to the animal ER to get him some relief. Anyway, we made it through the night with difficulty. At 8AM, I called the number to be told by the Boss that the part had arrived & the installer was leaving now. An hour later, I called again as the day was heating up quickly to be told by someone who had probably just spent a comfortable night in an air conditioned house & was now in an air conditioned workplace, to calm down & that their first appointment was not until 9AM. So why was I told that at 8AM he was leaving now and where was this thing called compassion for a senior citizen who has been a customer for over 20 years, who has legitimate concerns for a sick animal and just spent one of the hottest nights of the year with about 3 hours of sleep and no air conditioning.

    They did a great job. Heater is fixed, they were even honest and knocked $100 off the price when they discovered the repair wasnt as involved ws they had initially quoted us on. They took a while to come out though - scheduled on a Monday, quoted Thursday, repaired the following week. Thats my only complaint... But honestly, compared to our last HVAC company experience, id much rather wait and get it done right than hire someone same day with shoddy service.

    Had Horizon come out and their tech stated that I need a brand new HVAC which wouldve cost $7000 and wouldve had to go on a payment plan. Shamrock comes out and within 30mins had it up and running for a few hundred dollars. Outstanding service! Will be using them for all future HVAC service.

    My HVCV system of the new built home from Ryan Homes in Egg Harbor Township around 1 year and 9 month was down. No heat for whole night, my kids had to dress up heavily for sleep. I called Ryan Homes around 9 am something this morning (12/11/18) about it, she sent the contractor, Shamrock and fixed it around 12pm something. The technician (aged 22) is so patient, nice and professional. Thank you him again. Hopefully, that HVCV system will last longer.

    Talk to a woman on the phone named Alexa, she was very nice and answered all of my questions. She knew exactly what she was talking about and got one the guys I believe named bud to come out to my house for a free estimate for my heater. I went through with getting a whole new heating system.
