    Derek is wonderful! He is professional and very knowledgeable. He explains the entire process and makes sure you understand what needs to be done. I have worked with him a couple of times now. I called him on a Sunday for an emergency. He returned my phone call within 10 minutes. That is unheard of. Excellent customer service! I would strongly recommend using Signature Plumbing.     We had a shower issue and leaky pipe that lead to a total water shutoff. Derek was the only plumber willing to come out after hours to help us and get our water back on.     Derek is very knowledgeable about his craft. We are lucky his name was referenced to us after a pipe burst in our house. Not only did he identify the problem and quickly repair it, but he found other issues that contributed to the situation and made the necessary fixes. He explained everything in terms we could understand, and even listened attentively and gave advice for an unrelated problem. If we have any plumbing issues, his number will be the one to call.

    Outstanding! I see now why the ratings for this company are so high. Look no further, this company does it all and is the complete package! For two days my husband and I tried to fix the leak and unclog the drain. We finally had to give up and call someone for help. I didnt search any further online after seeing all the great reviews for Signature Plumbing because I had a good feeling about calling them. I was right because Derek came to our rescue and he is a master in his field. On top of that he has great work ethic and knows how to treat people which you dont find alot these days.     Our drain pipe to our septic tank was clogged, we did not know this at the time. We called around and Derek was the only one who knew immediately what it was and the next steps to take. We did an emergency call on the weekend and he was very prompt. He was very informative and communicative as well. We had no idea how to handle this situation being were first time home owners. He eased our worries and definitely made us feel much more confident. He was able to clear the clog but did let us know steps to take to ensure proper plumbing/cleaning of the drain pipes and septic tank. Overall I would recommend him to any of my friends/family.     What a fantastic experience! We had a water leak two days before Thanksgiving. Derek came out first thing the next morning and was a lifesaver. He fixed the issue right away and got us back up and running. He was extremely professional and one of the most personable people around.     Call late Derek late Sunday night. We found our hot water heater leaking on the electrical components near the top. I left him a message and also called another local plumber and Left a message. Derek called me back right away and came over first thing Monday morning. Not only did he have to replace the hot water heater he had to get it to fit in my well room but he got the job done. I had a home warranty with my Insurance Company I sent in the needed paper work but of course they don’t want to pay and unfortunately he got subject to dealing with them and in the end he took very care of us. I would highly recommend him. Oh the other company did call me back during business hours on Monday.

    I cant say enough good things about him. We had water issues in the basement ever since we moved in, we had several people come out before to evaluate the situation and basically wanted to just put a bandaid on it. He took the time and actually figured out what the real issue was. We had a leak right outside our foundation,so water had been leaking into our basement for months. He came to assess the situation on a Monday,by Wednesday he came back, dug everything up outside the house and fixed the leak...he is my personal hero. Super fast, very nice, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

    Very happy with the work! He was professional, knowledgeable and he explained everything. I had to call for an emergency issue.     After finding a leaky pipe at 1am in the morning, I called to see about getting an emergency plumber our. Even after turning off the water, the pipe was still leaking. I immediately got a hold of Derek who was awake, alert, and incredibly helpful. He was incredibly patient with me and walked me through the steps necessary to stop the leak until they could investigate in the morning. 1000% recommend having Signature Plumbing come out and take care of any issues you may be having.     January 2 2018A week ago we had the water-line from the street connection burst at the foundation. Called Signature and Derrick was here 2 hrs. later. He assessed the problem, presented the facts, procedures, time-line and cost. I called my insurance company, American Family. Guess what, it was not be covered, no matter it was 47 years with zero claims..I called Derrick and did the job as he said he would plus some extras. Ours was NOT an easy job.
