I’ve used the services of Janak Plumbing twice now; once to hook up a tankless water heater, and again to install a sink in my garage. The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, and their work is exemplary. They even fixed the hook-up in my master shower for free when I mentioned the contractors that built my house installed the hot and cold backwards. The best part is that their rates are far cheaper than what I researched online for comparable services. I cannot recommend them enough!

The almost-instant freeze just before Christmas ended up freezing my pipes and causing a rupture. They were able to get me in that weekend (on Christmas!) for repair and I couldn’t be more thankful. I’m just glad to have running water again, and thankful they were operating this weekend. They’re both reliable and fast. Jesse was the one to work on my repair and was incredibly kind and professional, and made sure everything was tip top before leaving. I would definitely recommend. :)

I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking rapidly at 11 pm. After vacuuming up water and mopping up water, I realized that it was just refilling and continuing to leak. I could not turn off the cutoff valve or the water at the street. I call Janak and they send a great guy (Dusty) out. He not only got the water turned off, but got the water heater out of the house so that the 40 gallons wouldnt continue to leak. The next day (Saturday), Jacob, another nice guy) installed a new water heater and made changes so that I could more easily get to the cutoff. Im so glad my call was answered a little before midnight on a Friday night. Thanks for great service!

I live in an old house built in the early 50s. Late last night I noticed a supply line under the faucet had ruptured. Since the house is so old there are no shut off valves. I turned the main water off and spent the rest of the night trying to at least cap it. I spent most of the morning calling around try to find a pipe cap with no luck. Then I spoke to Brian at Janaks and he told me to come down and well find something. Sure enough I was only there a few minutes and he had put together a line and cap which worked perfectly. The amazing part was the parts were brand new and he didnt charge me a dime. Now that is outstanding customer service!!! Thank you again Brain and the staff at Janaks I am a lifetime customer now and will recommend you to anyone with plumbing needs.

Miori Plumbing provided wonderful service for us. They were called out on a Sunday afternoon for what we thought was a backed up toilet and ended up being collapsed pipes. Miori Plumbing initiated calling the City of Victoria to investigate and they worked to replace pipes until almost midnight in the wet and cold. If you are looking for an honest and professional company, we highly recommend Miori Plumbing.

Janak Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday because there were problems with water backing up in toilets and the smell of sewer gas. He cleaned all the lines from the house to the street. Told me to call the city utilities number and report an emergency, which I did. The plumber measured the depth of the sludge in the main sewer, and it was 4 feet deep. The city has been working on my street all day today. The man from the city said they think the main sewer line, under the street, has collapsed. I am VERY happy with Janak Plumbing.

The two techs (Dusty and Nema) that changed the water valves for my washing machines were so nice and efficient! Got to work right away! Very affordable and accommodating to their clients! My technicians were great tried to fix a problem they had no experience with and was able to get it working. Even repaired a busted pipe as a separate job without charging extra. Just wish the office had informed me that they didnt normally service my water heater brand.
