Called Rob at 3am and he was at the house within 20 minutes. He immediately diagnosed the issue and had the power restored shortly thereafter. The knowledge, professionalism, and sense of urgency displayed exceeded my expectations. This company truly understands customer service. They even swung by in the afternoon to confirm everything was to our satisfaction.

I was panicking on a Sunday afternoon when I realized we were having electrical issues. Upon googling R&R was the first 24hr electrician I found so I called. He told me it would take awhile to get here (we live between Victoria and goliad) but when he did he promptly fixed the issue. He walked my boyfriend and I through everything he had done and was extremely nice. Even though it was 8pm at this point he even replaced an outside outlet and showed my boyfriend how to replace the other one since he only had one on hand. He did this free of charge. Extremely nice and helpful. Price wasn’t too bad either for being late on a Sunday. I’ll definitely be using R&R again.

I called R&R to have them replace a switch in my bathroom. They quoted me a fee and asked if I had anything else i could add for I was going to be charged a set fee so I added two outside lights. So thankful for his honesty— saved me money. The person that showed up was respectful, efficient and knowledgeable. Both my husband & I loved the great job he did. We are very happy with the work done. Will definitely call this company again. Thank you from the Laughhunn’s for a job we’re done.
