The team did an amazing job coming together to address a difficult problem. Jose and Jose traveled across Monroe county to help fix my blocked kitchen sink. After 1 hour and 100+ ft of snake cable they got it! They cleaned up perfectly, were professional, hard working, and good guys. My hot water heater recently started making rumbling noises. A quick internet check suggested that having it drained would likely fix the problem. Moreover, draining the tank regularly was suggested for getting full life out of it. So I called Leone Plumbing to have that done.The next morning, I got a call from Andy (the owner). After discussing my specifics, he suggested that draining the hot water heater was not likely to either eliminate the noises or increase its longevity.I feel certain that most plumbers would have simply drained the tank and taken my money.Thanks, Andy - I know who Im calling the next time I REALLY need a plumber!

Plumbers were very helpful and did a great job. A bit expensive but isn’t everything nowadays. Treated well by office and feel taken care of and it’s nice to have our 1/2 bath downstairs working again. Thank you all

Having a leak is a pretty stressful situation and Leones team was so calming and professional. They walked through how to resolve the situation on the phone with me after hours. Then came out the next day to take care of multiple issues at our new house. They communicated very well about what was wrong, how to fix it, and gave good ballpark figures on what each thing cost as they went through the repairs. They will be my first call for future plumbing needs.

I called to get advice on my thermostat not working. The person who I talked with was very helpful, in guiding me to solve my problem. He was honest and did not misguide me in thinking , that an on site visit was necessary to solve the problem. Based on their integrity, I will use their service in the future for HVAC needs and refer them without hesitation to friends and family.

Matt arrived and immediately started work diagnosing and helping me fix an air locked line in my underfloor radiant heat system. Also replaced a hot water cutoff valve.Most importantly, he listens to my issues, engaged in discussion how to narrow down the possible problems, test them and fix them.It was worth the cookies we sent him home with.

Wonderful and professional service from start to finish. We have used Leones at our businesses in the past, but this was the first time at our home. So happy this is the company I decided to call. I had no idea where to begin as Ive never needed to call a plumber before. They asked me about my problem and helped me figure out that I have a septic tank so had to call a different company. Even though they werent going to be sending someone out, they still walked me through things I could do in the meantime until I was able to get a hold of a septic tank company to come help with the flooding we were experiencing. They also gave me advice on the best way to manage the clean up. Cant thank them enough for helping me with as much advice as they could, highly recommend!

Pipe under driveway was clogged with years of debris. Young men from Leone worked in difficult weather to clear it. They refused to give up and we’re finally able to open it up. Very thankful for their efforts.
