Chris is amazing! I wanted a bookcase for my daughter, but not just a normal bookcase. Something special and different. He totally delivered! It’s absolutely amazing and really a piece of artwork that she can pass down to her children. Chris is a master of his craft, and it’s even more awesome that it’s locally made with repurposed wood. I will recommend him to anybody who asks!

I have ordered several items from Bitterroot Rustics including a custom deck bar, picture frames, a candle holder and a custom coffee table. I have always been thrilled with the finished product...always just what I envisioned. I also love the idea that I help the planet when I purchase items made with recycled materials.

First off I had ordered all my furniture for my home before moving into it...bad choice. I had purchased my home sight unseen...bad choice. I thought the drawing of my home was to scale, accurate, and I could take that and furnish my home...boy was I wrong. After lots of returns and exchanges I decided I would go a different route. Local business is always the best business right? YES! I reached out and got connected with Chris. He is so professional and responsive and so busy!! This is his passion but like the rest of us he has a job to pay the bills...hopefully not for long. He needs this to be his primary job and income because he’s that good! He built us a custom bar with a back bar and front bar so essentially 3 pieces. We also had some things to overcome...door sizes to wall measurements. Chris did a thorough phone consultation and then came to the house to take measurements with a sketch that was exactly the vision we described to him over the phone. We gave him the go ahead and so the fun began! He checked in with us every move along the way even allowing us to come over and help pick out the stain! The bar was done waaaaaay before we had anticipated and he delivered it himself. I have to say it’s one of the best pieces in the house and we have lots more projects lined up for Chris! Chris came out and measured the space for our new sofa table, book shelf and end table. The new furniture pieces were a perfect fit in our new reading nook. They look fantastic, theyre incredibly sturdy & well built and are an awesome addition to our home. Chris is great to work with, addressed any questions and delivers a sensational product.
