He was prompt to do the work with a detailed plan of what was to be done. He was friendly and knowledgeable and was flexible to overcome some unforeseen obstacles.     Jackson Electric does high quality work for an honest and reasonable price. They are responsive and keep all commitments. Mr. Jackson also helps me screen contractors for other work at my house by knowing which ones do the highest quality work. He has done several projects at my house and I trust him completely after working with him on those. Great experience!

    Francis has done several electrical jobs around my house! He is professional, explains what he is doing and is excellent at repairing shotty work from previous electricians! Prices are reasonable and he always answers the phone or calls back. Hardly ever had to wait. He was usually there that day or early the day after I called. Definitely recommend his services!

    Called when we lost power after a storm to make sure all of our equipment was in good shape while we waited on the power company. Arrived in about 5 minutes to lend a hand and check everything out.

    Cannot recommend Francis enough. Our breaker box nearly caught on fire due to someone incorrectly wiring our indoor and outdoor breaker (it literally had scorch marks and melted wires in our box). We thought we just needed at new outlet or something but when Francis caught this huge error, you can imagine our surprise. We’ve only had our house for 3 years, so our house nearly burning down was very, very stressful but Francis came to the rescue. He literally came the same day we called. He worked quickly and efficiently and brought us to ease. He was very easy to work with and explained every part of the process. He’s very clearly knowledgeable in his line of work and obviously loves what he does. And to top it all off, he’s reasonably priced despite his expertise. He did our repair back in May, and we’ve had zero issues since. We will ALWAYS use this company for any of our electrical needs in the future.

    I can not express how blessed and thankful I am to Jackson Electrical Company. I was in need of an electrician ASAP. Mr. Jackson and his team were determined to complete the job for me.     Called 11/27/23, spoke with Mr Jackson, told him what my problem was, he advised me that as well as being an Electrician he was also a Consultant. He advised me to call Entergy, advise them what my problem was because its something that they need to take care of. Mr Jackson was correct. Entergy came out and found that a squirrel had chewed the ground wire. Thanks Mr. Jackson.

    Mr Jackson is very professional and thorough. When we thought we need a repair it turned out we need a upgrade on our electrical system. He ran new wires, in stalled new light and plug fixtures, brand new breaker boxes. I am very very pleased with the work that he has done and will be calling him back for future repairs

    Francis installed a new electrical line for a replacement AC. The old line was insufficient for the new equipment. He explained everything well, what and why it was needed, and finished ahead of his projected time, working in an attic and during a heat wave. It looks good and its built to last.     I was in need of an electrician to fix/replace a circuit cover in the attic, a gfi breaker outside, inspect my guest bathroom fan, and repair a ceiling fan. Mr. Jackson was prompt & professional. He informed us that the ceiling outlet was not wired to support a fan, which was why it was not working. So he installed a new light fixture to bring us to code. My husband and I were so pleased with his work! Definitely recommend!
