    I had an issue with a leaking toilet on a Friday late afternoon. I called and Joe picked up the phone immediately and was able to fit me in that day. Joe arrived promptly knew what the problem was right away and took care of it. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I will continue to use EZ Plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Bonus… so nice to talk to a human being right away rather than prompting numbers. Good old fashioned service with dependable people.

    We worked through a few projects with Joe and Scott as we renovated our 70s home. They were very helpful in guiding the project and suggesting options for how to handle unique cases. Theyve done plumbing for 3 of our bathrooms and the kitchen sink. All of the work was timely and all their staff were friendly and helpful.

    These guys are amazing! First reason, they return your phone call. Second reason, they get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Their plumber Mark is great to work with and communicates with the customer. I highly recommend them.

    The work was good and the end result turned out nicely. Scott was responsive during scheduling and the communication was professional. The only bit holding this back from 5 stars, was that there was some struggle getting the Smart Valve installed and time spent there. Thankfully I had time that morning to research during install to see that a regular smart meter adapter fits the Phyn water smart valve. I would certainly go with EZ Plumbing again.     Great and prompt local plumbing service. My hot water heater kicked the bucket, Joe and Scott were able to fit me in within just a few hours to take a look and had a brand new one installed the next day. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for any future issues / projects.

    Did a great job on taking care of my clogged floor drain issue. It was a big project. I really appreciated their promptness in dealing with this issue. I felt their prices were very fair and reasonable. My only complaint is that it would be nice if they offered a senior citizen discount on what turned out to be a very substantial bill.

    Fantastic! Scott came the night before Thanksgiving to confirm that our leaking hot water heater was dead. Joe came the morning after the holiday to replace it. He was fast, efficient, tidy, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful not just with us but also with his assistant. Work looks well done and no mess left behind.     Honestly, thank god for EZ plumbing. As new homeowners, weve run into alot of bad contractors which has been a really frustrating experience. EZ plumbing is not one of them. They showed us all our valves and what they did when we moved into the house and fixed a minor leak for us.Later, we ended up having to take out one of our showers. They installed a new one for us and as far as we can tell right now, it looks great. Even did some extra hours of troubleshooting when the existing drain and new shower drain didnt line up quite right. Also on this visit, they informed us that our water heater was leaking - something we would have never had noticed because of how small the leak was. And they already are coming out next week to replace it. Theyve been so communicative throughout all of these visits, explaining what they are doing and why.This is alot of detail to say that EZ plumbing has been amazing to work with and we are so thankful for them.

    In the past two years Ive had 2 plumbing emergencies. Desperate to get help, Ive called all plumbers in the Verona area to see who can get out first. In both cases, EZ Plumbing not only answered quickly (not all the plumbing businesses even answered the phone) but went above and beyond to make sure they could get someone to come out ASAP. They are fast, professional and charge a very fair price. I cant recommend them enough. They even helped put me in touch with a great restoration company to help with some water damage. So much better than having to wait a week or two for the other area plumbers to even come out. Thank you EZ Plumbing! I love supporting local businesses and will be recommending you to everyone I know who needs a plumber!

    Hot Water Heater went out on a Friday evening. Called EZ Plumbing Saturday AM. Scott the owner, answered and we discussed all options. Long story short Scott picked up a water heater for me from Home Depot on his way home from running personal errands and installed on a Saturday afternoon.     I have to revise my original review from 4 months ago.I had another emergency plumbing situation today and E-Z Plumbing was able to help me out.First off, it was great that there was a human at the office to answer the phone rather than leave a voicemail and get a return call at who knows when. They were sympathetic to my emergency and were able to dispatch Joe to my house shortly after I called. I really appreciated that they were able to work me into his busy schedule.Joe was able to determine what the problem was in short order. The fix seem to me to be a rather difficult and challenging endeavor but Joe just got to it and fixed it, it was definitely impressive. He was very neat and tidy, very nicely done, great work ethic.Here is what I like about E-Z Plumbing. They had a human to answer the office phone. They took my problem seriously. I got the most excellent, professional and prompt service from Joe. Their prices are reasonable. And as a senior, I appreciated the senior citizen discount.Great business, I would highly recommend

    Exceptional service and professional work! Called to have a new sink and faucet installed after new counters were put in. I called the Tuesday after Memorial Day, so they were busy. Scott answered the phone and was very pleasant to speak with. It turned out they had a technician in my area with some extra time due to a part needing to be ordered for another job. Jason arrived within 10 minutes. He was very polite and professional. He treated my home with respect. Had the new sink and faucet installed in under 90 minutes. He did a fabulous job. The sink was a granite one bowl and the faucet was a Delta touch20. The silicone around the sink is perfect. The cabinet under my sink has never looked so tidy. Im beyond happy that I called these guys!I highly recommend this company!

    Best Buy installed a washing machine but could not hook up the drain, due to different sized hookups to our standpipe. Scott came out on a Saturday within an hour from when we first placed the call, and helped us figure out how to get it together, as the Best Buy installers could not/would not do anything about it. Very great service and professional advice on what we need to do going forward with our drain situation.

I explained that when I called and talked with Colleen and we got the plumber we needed with Corey.     I have used EZ plumbing several times over the past 15 years from water heater installations to sink and faucet replacements. While my recent request could not be completed due to the way the water pipes were originally installed, they made three visits (even the owner and his son on a Saturday morning). I appreciated the time taken and the fairness of the agreed-upon result.

    I have used E-Z Plumbing on two separate jobs in the past year. I had them install a new water heater, and also a new water softener. They completed both jobs quickly and were very efficient , and professional. I would highly recommend E-Z Plumbing. They also changed my meter valves and worked out timing with Oregons water utilities so I was not without service for any length of time

    We have used EZ Plumbing for over 20 years for our home plumbing needs and for a 2-unit apartment on campus. Scott is responsive, skilled, professional, honest, and fair. He has provided plumbing for new bathrooms, repairs and replacement of fixtures, new water heaters, and plumbing challenges of all kinds. He has fixed little things he noticed while tackling the bigger jobs with no additional cost because he (or Jason) are on site and because he likes to see things working! One time he called to ask if he could be a few minutes late because he had taken a call from an elderly customer and he thought she sounded confused. He wanted to stop by her house to make sure she was alright. Thats Scott. We wouldnt go anywhere else for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

    We have used EZ Plumbing for the last 15 years. My husbands family have used them for many more years than that. We have always been happy with the work and explanations of what went wrong. There usually have been different options to how to go about fixing something....ie.. water heater size... ect. Those options came with different price ranges that allowed us to choose how expensive a job would be. We have always gotten and idea ahead of time how much something will cost. The cavoite is that if you have to tear a wall out to find a leak you cannot see what is happening until it is open. We have and will continue to go-to EZ Plumbing for all of our needs.... SCOTTY ROCKS!!

    Our neighborhood plumbing shop! This review is long overdue. Scott and Joe at EZ plumbing are outstanding.The Friday night before Easter weekend my husband decided to replace our shower head and things went awry. We turned off the water thinking we would be without water the entire weekend. Well, EZ plumbing is right across the street and we happened to see a couple guys in the shop when it was closed the following morning. Despite them focusing on another job and the shop being closed, Joe still fit us in to repair our mishap and allowed us to get our shower working and our water turned back on that Saturday morning! It was a lifesaver.Flash forward months later and our water heater dies and starts to leak. Again, water turned off until we can get it resolved. We have a home warrantee and fortunately they sent us to EZ plumbing. Scott was at our place in no time and our new water heater was installed the following day. No-nonsense replacement.Scott and Joe take the extra time to explain what’s going on when work is needed and I always trust that they have our best interests in mind. It’s come in handy that their shop is right next door, and they are great neighbors too.10/10 recommend for your plumbing needs!

    The team at EZ Plumbing is amazing! After what felt like a simple service call to address a clogged drain pipe, my wife and I found ourselves in a very complicated plumbing situation. The EZ Plumbing team did great work with identifying the problem and providing timely assistance. Our plumbing issue required a lateral sewage pipe replacement. The replacement process involved substantial excavation in our front yard. Although Scott and his team do not perform this type of work, he went above and beyond by contacting multiple excavating companies on our behalf to help us get our issue resolved within a week’s time. His level of care to support our situation was above and beyond. Much appreciation to Scott, Joe, and John at EZ Plumbing! We are very thankful!

    I first met Scott about 15 years ago on a late Sunday afternoon at Menards. A friend and myself were in the middle of remodelling my kitchen when we ran into a plumbing emergency. We were standing in the plumbing isle dumbfounded about how to repair the problem we created. He must of sensed our desperation and offered to come to the house to see what could be done. Within about an hour he had us back in business. Since then he has been to my house many times. He also takes care of my elderly parents plumbing needs, and my workplace. Scott and his team are wonderful to work with and take the stress out of plumbing.
