Ive worked with The Electrician on several projects for our build-out at The Creative Company. The communication, service, and professionalism is top notch. They are very thorough and try their best to think through the most cost-effective solutions. Nick was our electrician today. He not only did a super job getting three Scandinavian light fixtures working but he also cleaned up afterwards! I would highly recommend The Electrician for any of your home or office projects!

Very unhappy with their service! I hired them to move bathroom lights after remodeling project and they failed to center them. One light off by an inch the other off by 11/2”. Never again will I use them or recommend them to family/friends…Update: The service manager sent over another technician, Kyle, who was able to cut out and move the fixtures to center. Thank you Josh and Kyle.

The other day, while in the midst of a blizzard, Eric literally shoveled his way up the street and into our drive way, in order to keep the appointment (which we werent expecting them to keep). Eric G provided excellent service and we were very pleased with the work. I highly recommend The Electrician.

Our Apartment was experiencing some bizarre electrical issue that was taking out half the lights in our unit, along with a handful of outlets. Our apartments maintenance person could not resolve it, and we were without a majority of electrical for roughly 16 hours.Nick G was deployed to our apartment after hours and was fantastic to work with. While some tradesmen do not appreciate being accompanied by residents of the home, Nick was very personable, and even took the time to explain the steps he was taking, and why. The issue was resolved in a timely manner, and he even went the extra mile to resolve some other potential wiring issues that were discovered upon troubleshooting.I appreciate Nick for not taking any shortcuts, throughly troubleshooting, and resolving the issue.Unfortunate situation for us to be in, but satisfied with the end result.

We purchased an older home with knob and tube wiring. Adam came and gave a very detailed proposal before the sale even went through. We had a complicated situation because we were the purchasers but the buyers were also impressed with The Electrician Inc so they decided to go with them. Everyone at The Electrician Inc was incredibly helpful and professional with both sides of the sale. The work was done with care and very minimal damage to the home. We will definitely be recommending them and using them again in the future! Thank you to the whole team!

We contacted The Electrician Inc because we were in need of an electrical company immediately. I read great reviews on them, but sometimes in a rush a company will not be what they would be in different situations. This is not true of the Electrician Inc!! They have been the best thing to come along since Eggs and bacon-Literally! Their quoting is so great, readable, accurate and in a timely manner. The workers are great, courteous, well mannered and on time if not early for each and every detail. In over 40 years in business my boss has never been this impressed! I have recommended them numerous times in the past few months and I will use them on personal and professional jobs! Shout out to Adam Gullickson! He is the best, most dedicated employee this company could ever have! He saved this building project for us!! Keep it up Adam.......we admire your work ethics and you are an all around great guy to work with!! If I could give your company 100 stars I would!!

I have contracted with The Electricians Inc for all of our home and commercial projects for the last 15 years. On this project I needed two outdoor flood lights added. There was not any pre-existing fixture or wiring. John and Logan came first thing in the morning.As noted in other reviews, I also appreciate the time taken to best solve the project challenges. Where should placement be and where to draw the power from were the two main challenges this time. The job was finished in a timely manner, the installations are visually appealing and professional in finish. They fully cleaned the work areas. Excellent work. I will be contracting with them again on my next project. When you need electrical service, consider contracting with The Electricians Inc.

Was billed significantly more than what I was quoted. On our original quote I was told that there would be one electrician and that it would take a couple of hours making the job about $700. On the morning of the job the electrician informed me that he was told it was a hot tub outside and not an indoor sauna and two people showed up. I didn’t realize both were electricians and figured the second guy was training or a helper of some sort. I understand that things can take longer than originally anticipated I was very disappointed that the morning of the electricians weren’t even aware of the job they were doing and that two were sent when I was told it would be one and that essentially doubled the original quote. It was unfortunately my fault for not getting the quote in writing so I had nothing to show that what I was quoted was originally half the price. The quality of the work was well done and the sauna works well however took much longer than quoted and therefore cost a lot more.Addendum:After hearing of the above situation the manager contacted me and reimbursed for the amount difference. I would consider this above and beyond customer service and for this reason work with the company in the future.

I’ve used The Electrician for numerous electrical upgrades in 2021 and 2022. My expectations have always been exceeded. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and a genuine joy to work with. They have been efficient and cost effective. We have worked through numerous projects together and they came up with great plans when I didn’t exactly know what I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They upgraded our electrical service/panel to 200amp, installed an EV (Tesla) charger, and installed can lights in our living room. I primarily worked with Cole M for logistics and Adam G for the actual work. I was extremely impressed with their integrity (e.g. they took full ownership over a small mistake with the quote and went above and beyond to make it right), as well as the quality of Adam’s team’s work (e.g. the house is old/tough to work with, but the can light install was flawless). They were kind, easy to work with, and I look forward to our next project together!

We had a very good experience with The Electricians Inc. We had them replace a whole houses worth of knob & tube wiring a couple years ago. Other electrician companies were scared off by the complexity of the job and wouldnt even provide us a quote. The Electricians Inc made a detailed plan then delivered the work on time and on cost with careful, high-quality work. Their workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time to open us as few holes in the wall as possible and got creative for running new wiring around parts of the walls/ceilings that couldnt be opened up. They also remained responsive after the fact when a new fuse malfunctioned and when we thought a circuit was down but really just a bulb had burned out.

We have used The Electrician, Inc. twice now for work. Adam, Butter, and John were great techs. We had them add onto previously hardwired smoke detectors because one whole floor of our house was just on battery operated units. When the battery units go off they dont trigger the other hardwired smoke detectors to work in unison. Beau quoted us for a whole days work just to be safe. Butter and John were great and finished in only 4 hours. I explained to the techs that my wife was 7 months pregnant and because of covid asked they be extra careful masking, etc. They were amazing and did a great job cleaning up. They also graciously answered all of my additional questions. Our smoke detectors/co alarms are now hardwired and meet code, which gives us peace of mind for our family. I had some exterior outlets installed last summer and was disappointed in the style of the box, and they came back right away to replace them. The Electrician has done few jobs for us. We initially had them come out to upgrade our panel and fix a lot of wiring problems found on inspection. They have also wired two remodels for us, including a garage and basement. I recommend them very highly and without reservation. I found the value to be exceptional.

Shawn from the Electrician, Inc is one of the most helpful, professional people I have ever worked with. He worked with not only me, but also my condo association to install an EV charger in our parking garage. It was a rather lengthy process due to the condo association having us jump through quite a few hoops over the course of a few months, but Shawn was always available to provide guidance to both me and the condo association every step of the way. Shawn and The Electrician, Inc definitely have your best interests in mind. Regardless of your needs, look no further for an electrician

The best electricians in the area. I have been with them for years and they have done some excellent work for me and continue to do so. Highly knowledgeable, from lightning protectors to dedicated circuits in distant locations to electronic doorbell systems, they have always provided excellent service.The only minor issue is that their operator is not particularly responsive. E.g. I was called to schedule an appointment to install an outlet we had left out last time, but they called me from an unknown number which was taken as a robocall on my phone and directed to the AM. The operator kept trying to call but never thought to leave a message on the AM for me to call them back! That sort of thing. Outside customer service, however, they do great work which is also what counts at the end of the day.

Each time, staff are superb in their manner and in their assistance. Last month we needed some electrical work done in conjunction with replacing our water heater. Due to a miscommunication, the initial work done by a different company ended up being insufficient for getting our new hot water heater fully up and running when the plumber installed on a Thursday morning. Unfortunately, our follow-up calls and emails to the initial electrician went unanswered, and as we fretted on that Friday afternoon about the prospect of having no hot water through the weekend (after already going one day without in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic), we called The Electrician on the recommendation of a friend. The folks at The Electrician were friendly and responded very promptly, sending a guy out just a few hours later, adding us on at the end of his Friday on a lovely, late spring afternoon. Much to our relief, he easily navigated our no-contact situation and made quick work of completing the wiring and making the connections so that our hot water was back in working order. Weve learned our lesson - The Electrician, Inc will be our FIRST call next time.
